16/02/2026: It was so bad experience as a tourist in annecy. I just step inside to the place and I said “bonjour hello”. The guy in the cash desk didn’t replied and said something in french repeatly. I said “ sorry I can’t understand you, can you talk in english?”. and he said “No I can’t because this is France. You are in France” That was hilarious and so disrespectful. I didn’t order anything and leave the place. If you are a tourist, be careful!

25/03/2026: Excellent bakery. I had breakfast there and honestly, I have no complaints: good, fresh products, quick and friendly service. Good value for money. I recommend it.

07/04/2026: Amazing atmosphere and our best meal in Megeve. We came on the last night of the season on our grown up ski weekend. If you like steak, this is the place. I think it is one of the best steaks I have ever had!! The reason for only 4 stars is because I don't think their side dishes live up to the steak. They were ok but not great. Lack lustre salad and truffle fries that were not very truffle-y, they could have been better. But the service and the steak were phenomenal. The lovely bar in the hotel is fantastic aswell - go for a pre-dinner cocktail :)...book with confidence.

14/06/2026: Hello, The service was appalling… a 1 hour 10 minute wait to be served on a Saturday night with very few customers. We ordered an aperitif and spring rolls with Reblochon cheese. €14 for three measly, tiny spring rolls that were practically nonexistent and tasteless, with only the taste of oil… hardly enough to feed six people. Then came the main courses… the wrong order. We had ordered a classic Swiss fondue, but a porcini mushroom fondue arrived, very small for two people… We pointed this out to the waiter, who insisted it was a fondue with Swiss cheese… true, but that wasn't what we ordered. We reminded him, and he insisted the cheese was Swiss. It seems difficult to distinguish between a Swiss fondue and a porcini mushroom fondue… Anyway, after 1 hour 10 minutes, we weren't about to ask for the correct order again. Furthermore, there weren't any glasses for water. A nice gesture of goodwill from the manager, who offered us a charcuterie board. I absolutely do not recommend this place…

13/06/2026: Hello, My colleagues and I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. We ordered spring rolls as an appetizer for €14, and we were quite surprised when our order arrived... just three measly, tiny spring rolls. We also ordered some pizzas, waited over an hour and ten minutes, and the pizzas were served lukewarm, bland, and unappetizing... in short, bottom-of-the-barrel. The restaurant was far from full. Some colleagues ordered a Swiss fondue for two people and received a porcini mushroom fondue instead... Not to mention that we weren't given glasses for our water. However, the owner did offer us a charcuterie board, which was a nice gesture. I do not recommend it.

23/02/2026: Nice bar/restaurant (daily lunch menu, crêpe snacks, sandwiches). We didn't try the food, but the other customers seemed satisfied. We had drinks; the service was impeccable and quick. The prices were more than reasonable. Plus, there's a lovely terrace in the pedestrian zone.

17/03/2026: Excellent couscous, served quickly, generous portions, and piping hot. The oriental pastries are delicious. The only downside is that you feel a bit alone in the dining room, but the decor is lovely; it's like traveling without leaving home! 😁

12/03/2026: In my opinion, the best couscous in the Haute-Savoie region! The portions are generous, the semolina fragrant, the vegetables simmered beautifully, and the meat tender. Best value for money. I come back regularly and have already converted everyone I know!

28/11/2025: This place is filthy, the meat is plastic-tasting, and the fries are frozen and bought from the supermarket, which they then resell at exorbitant prices. Not to mention the unbearable owner, her lack of professionalism, and the unsanitary conditions—you wouldn't be surprised to find yourself sharing fries with a cockroach. Even the public restrooms at the Carrefour supermarket are more hygienic and pleasant than this restaurant. For the bravest among you, who don't mind poor hygiene and have plenty of money to spend on substandard food, I highly recommend it. For those of you with a bit more civility, I suggest you travel a few extra kilometers and eat somewhere more suitable for a proper restaurant. Sincerely.

09/06/2026: Since the change of ownership, the quality of service has dropped dramatically: the waitress was unpleasant, and the service really needs improvement! The food is no longer up to standard, and the Hugo beer is disgusting! Under the previous owner, we used to come as a group of 10-15 people (for company meals), but that was then. Everything needs to be rethought! What a shame.

21/04/2026: The waitress was extremely unpleasant and rude. In addition to her childish attitude, she kept using the informal "tu" with me and mocked me when I politely asked her (despite my annoyance) to use the formal "vous," using a very inappropriate tone. When she came back to serve us, she started using the informal "tu" again. This is unacceptable and extremely disrespectful! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

20/03/2026: I have been here after skiing and had a rather negative experience. We ordered some drinks and it took them forever to serve us the drinks. We politely complained about it but the reaction of one of waiters was quite rude. Do not recommend it.

17/03/2026: Excellent experience from start to finish! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: the tartares (salmon and beef) were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the pasta with morels… a real winner 🤍 The service was warm and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention for the terrace overlooking the slopes, perfect for soaking up the scenery. And a much-appreciated little extra: the complimentary hats provided for sun protection ☀️ An address we'll definitely be keeping—we'll be back with pleasure!

04/12/2025: A truly awful experience, I strongly advise against it. Run away, stay away! It's catastrophic. I've never, ever, ever seen anything like it. The service was unpleasant, the food was bad and slow, and we waited an hour for two pizzas!!!

04/12/2025: I was very surprised by such poor service. In my opinion, you should go into hairdressing; definitely don't go there, the restaurant is catastrophic!!

10/04/2026: The pastries are always delicious, however, the service is very poor when a mistake is made by the cashier. They create a very unpleasant atmosphere of suspicion, and their refusal to check the till to prove my honesty was equally unacceptable.

04/04/2026: Unfortunately, a young waiter was extremely arrogant and very unpleasant. Tall and blond... incredibly disrespectful. Besides never giving the same price for the exact same orders, he took it upon himself to tell us what we should take and how we should speak... he didn't serve chocolatines, only pains au chocolat... and as long as my husband didn't say "pain au chocolat," he wouldn't serve it 😳 Well... given my husband's height and seeing that we weren't amused at all, he finally served the pastries while sighing and rolling his eyes! This establishment is a disaster... getting worse and worse, in any case.

02/05/2026: We had a very enjoyable lunch with excellent service. Exceptional foie gras terrine , octopus salad . For mains - chicken breast with morilles and the local fish - omble - perfectly executed. Desserts - wow !!! Best creme brulee so far !!! Thanks so much - must try. And I left my phone on the table but the nice waitress ran after me after we had already walked off to return it. 5 stars

23/04/2026: Personal reason. Once I was there, I saw a gesture towards their pets that was completely inappropriate.

09/05/2026: I love their pizzas, I always go there. I recommend the four-cheese pizza with extra ham or the kebab. Very friendly person.
