23/02/2026: More restaurant than a bar for a quick hot chocolate or coffee. Had a positive experience previously of this last time , good honest food

22/02/2026: Lunch with family while skiing - and unfortunately it was a real disappointment. For a venue with around 140-150 seats, having just one single-person toilet is frankly unacceptable. The queue was consistently 10+ people deep, which is not what you expect when you’re trying to get back out onto the slopes. The food - below mediocre and massively overpriced for the quality delivered. The interior - tired and run-down, looks cheap and the overall layout is to squeeze in as many covers as possible rather than creating a comfortable dining experience. Service from the waiting staff was okay, but the manager was notably unfriendly and dismissive, which only added to the poor experience. Would not return and would advise others to avoid.

18/03/2026: It's an ok hotel. Clean, functional and well situated a few metres from the lifts and another slope that takes you straight down. I just think that it is overpriced for what it is.

17/03/2026: Reservation at La Grande Lanière for 6 people at 8 pm. Upon arrival, no one seemed to be aware of the reservation, and the table wasn't ready. Once seated, the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink. There was no wine list, "We have red from Savoie." "Do you have white?" – the response: "Hold on, I'll go check." We ordered three fondues, two rib-eye steaks, and, most notably, a tagliatelle with salmon. The dish was a pile of cold, dry, and stuck-together pasta topped with a few pieces of smoked salmon. The fondues arrived, but there were no plates, no bread, and no forks. The bread for the other dishes arrived much later, only upon request, as it was frozen and quickly reheated in the oven. Finally, the meal ended, and the waiter asked if we wanted coffee. "Yes, a decaf, please…" "Oh, sorry, we don't have decaf." Either you want to run a restaurant with a minimum of professionalism and quality, or you should change careers, which would be perfect for future customers who wouldn't be taken for a ride. Keep walking

23/07/2026: I ordered 10 pizzas. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness from the pizza shop manager. But what really prompted me to leave a review is their complete inability to show any consideration for their customers with a gesture of goodwill after a purchase of nearly €200 worth of pizzas. Not even a bottle of rosé or soda for the children. I had to ask if they offered loyalty cards. I was told they did, but they didn't give them out automatically; I had to request one. Given that my purchase of 10 pizzas meant the loyalty card was maxed out in one go, and my family works in retail, I find it very sad that they have so little ability to offer any kind of gesture of goodwill. All of this will definitely discourage me from returning.

26/06/2026: Ordered 4 pizzas at 8:30 pm... a real treat... well done girls, especially with temperatures like these, don't change a thing, keep it up!

07/07/2026: A very bad experience at this fast food restaurant. The waiter was extremely unpleasant, and the hamburgers and crispy rice were not good at all. You lost six customers from Annemasse because of your food and disrespectful behavior… I absolutely do not recommend it.

05/07/2026: I ordered an Uber Eats order and they forgot a burger. When I called, I couldn't understand their explanation, plus they blamed the driver even though the bag was closed. Focus on your orders, especially the first ones of the day.

16/07/2026: I rarely go there, but rats in the kitchen and the lack of staff isn't great; the owners don't know how to manage.

06/07/2026: I'm only giving 3 stars because the staff are always very kind and do their best, despite the stifling heat in the store. However, there are several things that need improvement. Every time I come, I ask for the salad menu, and I'm told they don't have it today. And as for the pizzas from the monthly special, forget about it… This isn't the first time this has happened. And by lunchtime, they're already out of sandwiches. It's a real shame, because it gives the impression that they don't keep enough stock. Something needs to be done to improve product availability.

10/05/2026: They sell crap! ;))))) Carrefour products!!! Avoid the beef burgers, they're food garbage!!! The product is full of salt (3x the recommended dose) and starch… I can't wait to go to Rumilly and see this so-called butcher shop… Oh yes, it's definitely a butcher shop…

07/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! The hanger steak with tomato sauce was excellent: very high-quality meat, tender and flavorful. I'm delighted with my purchase, even if the price is a little high; it's definitely worth it for such a good product. This is a place I'll keep close at hand, and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good meat.

07/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise! A delightful mountain restaurant with flavorful and fresh dishes. I was thrilled to enjoy a vegetarian red coconut curry with unique fresh vegetables on a day of skiing! The terrace is lovely; you can sunbathe and relax—just what you need to head back out onto the slopes feeling refreshed. Thank you for everything!

05/03/2026: We arrived for lunch as a couple. There were several empty tables. We sat down at one of them. The waiter repeatedly ignored us, apparently because we hadn't noticed his instructions – though definitely not intentionally. He then told us we had to wait. When he finally came, he told us to sit at a different table – even though there were still plenty of other free tables. We then left the restaurant. The behavior was unfriendly, unprofessional, and like something out of a kindergarten.

01/06/2026: A very good little restaurant at a more than reasonable price, welcoming and friendly, with good and generous meals made from fresh, local produce.

16/04/2026: I learned the bar had to close 😭 how sad, I usually hate beer 🍾 but I'll force myself to drink 🍸🍸🍸 of this nectar, well, there is a god after all, what a nice surprise and news, looking forward to seeing you all again and seeing that mammoth again, that fat cow and her mansion

05/09/2026: Fish was not fresh and was rubbery. Steak tartar was chewy. Had to send back very disappointing for a french place and the prices dont reflect what you get.

05/09/2026: Bar/restaurant opposite the Planards ski slope. Service is a bit slow, but that's normal during peak ski season; the servers are overwhelmed. The view is pleasant, and there's good music.

05/02/2026: Incredible! We spent three days there with friends. The place is amazing, the rooms are amazing, the food was also fantastic (breakfast could perhaps be improved, but otherwise great), and the owners, contrary to some reviews I've read, were incredibly friendly and amazing! Highly recommended!

13/01/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't be fooled by the owners' fake smiles. Mrs. Berger spends her time complaining and criticizing her other guests (don't think you'll be spared), and all she cares about is money. Ask for a mug of hot water, and she'll tell her waiters to bring you a tiny cup. She'll refuse glasses for your room because you have to order at the bar, of course. And half-board is already ridiculously expensive for what you'll eat… (the raclette is a joke). Glasses of wine at €14 that you finish in three sips… etc. Always thinking we're deaf, Mr. Berger told one of his employees that they had to, and I quote, "figure out the sauna" (which barely works). Very pleasant to wait for. Furthermore, he always speaks very, very rudely to his poor employees. I'll skip over the fact that the jacuzzi wasn't working, nor was the coffee machine, the Wi-Fi, and so on. And when it was time to leave, no goodbye, no offer to take us out, nothing. We've never seen anything like it. Luckily the waiters were there; they were young, helpful, and friendly. But my goodness, the poor things, working for bosses who respect no one. In short, avoid this place; there are plenty of other hotels and chalets at the foot of the slopes with people who love their work.

14/09/2026: It's easy to see why there were no customers in the store this Monday, September 14th, at 11:30 AM: nothing is good. It's a disgrace to sell pizzas that are pizzas in name only, that taste rancid and fit only for pigs. We also bought a mille-feuille that wasn't fresh, as well as a slice of apple pie that was dry and bone dry. Everything is inedible. In short, avoid this store at all costs.

13/09/2026: First and foremost, I've noticed that the owner hasn't responded to any comments, which unfortunately suggests a lack of genuine commitment to improving product quality. Regarding the establishment itself, the quality has significantly declined. The only positive point remains the bread, which is still good. However, the pastries are consistently dry, as are the snack items. Taste and quality are sadly no longer there. It's a shame, because there's clearly potential, but a reassessment of product quality and the customer experience is necessary.

06/09/2026: A dream location by the lake, perfect setting. Simple yet delicious food, with fries, sauces, salads, pizzas, burgers… all homemade. Kudos to the chef who runs the kitchen single-handedly. A pleasant surprise for a small beach restaurant. Highly recommended.

03/09/2026: This is probably the highlight of our trip. We came across this place and it was fantastic. We had all you can eat barbecue with delicious meat and we got to cook it ourselves. Would just travel back to come back!

06/09/2026: The service was very friendly. The buns were quite alright taste-wise, but for my taste they were a bit plain and didn't offer a real highlight. The price-to-performance ratio is still okay for that.
