07/09/2025: We stayed in a room with a lake-side view, with a balcony. And no, even on the road side, we didn't hear any noises from the road. It was a very nice stay. Be careful with parking. They were implementing "blue-zone", even though they weren't checking yet. The only problem is the WiFi. The signal is good (they use ubiquiti), but the configuration is really bad. It disconnects you constantly even when you are using it and have to login again using dummy data. Hotel Panorama, please, pay someone to just add a regular password. Forget about the captive portal.

22/09/2024: Horrible service. Food decent. I ordered a granola while reading my book. I was seated on a table for 2. Next to me there were 2 girls on iPad who each ordered a cappuccino. We all were there the same time. Two hours later, a server comes standing on my right telling me there are 4 people who’d like a table and either I order more food or leave. No apologies. Abrupt. I said my table is for two not 4. He kinda motioned that he also meant the other table with the girls. But standing over me he really was talking to me, not all of us. He referred to a note on the window that during busy times one can’t stay long… this happened at 5 pm, they close at 6 pm. Busy time is usually lunch time. I don’t like Starbucks and the chain aspect, but I can now see why when Starbucks comes to town people flock there. I’m a fan of mom and pop places and like independent coffee shops but this was a terrible first impression. If they don’t like people staying long, then have a minimum amount spent. To say spend more or leave is obnoxious. Won’t be back here anymore. Great friendly service supersedes a good cake. Btw, wall plugs may be nice for your coffee shop.

21/09/2024: Excellent meal, a menu that changes every 2 to 3 weeks, a menu that offers starters, desserts that you cannot find elsewhere, the room was really unusual, very pretty, the staff very welcoming and friendly, I recommend this restaurant without hesitation

06/09/2024: I strongly advise against it, I was served scorched rice which smelled strongly of carbon, my mother, who ordered a piece of meat and it had a very bitter taste, who was nauseated all evening.

16/12/2024: Manifestement, débordé pour en début de saison. 30 minutes d’attente pour un burger et des frites, la cuisson qui m’a été demandée n’a pas été respectée. Le temps de payer et d’aller aux toilettes ils avaient vidé la table et mis ma bouteille d’eau aux poubelles.

28/08/2024: Very warm welcome! After a very long hike in Haute-forts, we had not had any water for 1.5 hours... Relieved to see a restaurant, we went in to simply have a drink: we were offered a large carafe of fresh water. We were able to chat with the very welcoming owners.

22/06/2024: We stopped off here lots of times in our short stay in Annecy, we had a great experience every time. We had coffee when it was raining. And watched lots of football Games enjoying a beer too. The staff were super friendly and very efficient at Thier jobs . lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend this place !

16/03/2024: Tourist factory, 10 to 12€ more expensive than the cheese factory located 60 meters away. He only makes cheese slabs compared to what they present for sale. It is better to buy from small producers rather than from cooperatives (fruit producers are better). Disgusted with this place. Not even open year round. This is how small producers do not survive.

06/03/2024: We went there at the beginning of March to buy some cheese (Gruyère and Comté), and a sausage, we got it for 42.06. (More than 30 euros for 2 slices of cheese.) Exhorbitant price at first glance, but we decided to wait to taste the products. Cheese nothing more, and fatty and unripened sausage (the seller asked us to dry it for a few days, at this price we still expected it to be “done”)… Go your way!

11/09/2024: A bad experience! I booked my room via a site on which I booked hotels throughout Europe and as usual I paid for the stay online in advance. However, the moment I went to the hotel, the reception made me wait 1 hour to check my payment and then the icing on the cake, I was obliged to pay again on site because this hotel does not take into account payment in online or online booking. In debit due to the fact that I presented all the necessary documents, invoices and even the amount debited from my account, I had to pay again on the spot….a total incompetence on the part of the reception makes a waste of time for those who book online. The story is not over. To get reimbursed for the fees I prepared online, I spent another crazy amount of time….
