28/04/2026: I was looking for a traditional restaurant for dinner with the family and had read some reviews. We actually had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was charming, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, and the food was truly delicious (we had raclette, a fish dish, a meat dish with sides, a dessert, a cocktail, and a glass of wine). Prices were reasonable.

07/03/2026: We're regulars at this restaurant: the whole family enjoys it regularly. Just 10 minutes from Annecy, don't hesitate! Excellent meat, quality ingredients, you won't be disappointed. We have a particular fondness for the andouillette and the Savoyard escalope. And the chef's croziflette is a real treat! For an aperitif, a 10 out of 10 for the Ugo Spritz.

26/04/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant! We discovered it as a gift. We fully embraced the element of surprise, without even trying to guess what we were going to be served. A delight! A feast for the eyes and the palate, the chef and his team have mastered the balance of flavors to perfection. The impeccable service added to the pleasure. 25/04/2026: We dined at your establishment last night, choosing the €158 chef's menu, with the expectations one would have for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing on several levels. The starter listed on the menu (scallops and artichokes) was not served, replaced by another dish… without any prior notice. Worse still, we only discovered this change after tasting the meal, assuming it was simply an amuse-bouche. It was only when we pointed this out that we were told the scallops were unavailable because they were deemed too small. This complete lack of communication is difficult to understand, and even more unacceptable at this level of service. When a product is unavailable, the very least you can do is inform the customer at the time of ordering, or even update the menu. Added to this is a highly questionable value for money. The pigeon dish, while properly prepared, was served in an extremely small portion, almost a token gesture. At €160 for the set menu, one has the right to expect a coherent and polished experience, both in terms of the food and the service. We understand the inherent risks associated with ingredients, but here, the main issues are the lack of transparency and the gap between the promise and the reality. An overall disappointing experience, which we would not recommend.

16/04/2026: No complaints about the bakery. I found a winning bean in my galette des rois at the end of January. I had to call a number (which turned out to be a real estate agency), and they referred me back to the bakery, who didn't seem to know anything about this galette des rois contest. A very strange arrangement. Anyway, I went there twice; they're supposed to call me back... so there you have it... maybe next January...

13/03/2026: Nice restaurant! The pizzas were good, and the service was very friendly and professional! The only slight downside is that it's quite noisy!

07/03/2026: A very good restaurant with a generous and extensive menu. The dining room is pleasant; don't be fooled by the restaurant's exterior, which doesn't hint at what's inside! The service was quick, even though we were a large group. Remember to make a reservation and call ahead if the number of guests changes. It's not very big, so they need to know to avoid losing customers. I personally recommend the Corsican Burger, but the other dishes were a hit with my 11 colleagues 😊 The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a bit noisy because it's small for the number of people there, but honestly, it's not a big deal unless you're particularly bothered by it. I highly recommend this place. The prices are reasonable; there's nothing to complain about.

15/03/2026: A joyful, delicious, and musical February 14th! 🎉😋 A superb evening enlivened by the band Suzanne & Jako, interspersed with tasty dishes (pumpkin and sprouted seed crème brûlée, carrot and cauliflower duo with rice and a duck leg with pink peppercorns, finishing with profiteroles and salted caramel ice cream 😋 It's very delicious!!!) What could be better on this damp winter day than spending quality time at the bistro in La Ferté-sous-Jouarre, all year round?

17/03/2026: I went to the restaurant for lunch and frankly, a three-course meal for €16.90 is unbeatable! The dishes were delicious and generous; I had trouble finishing them, but the taste was definitely there. The owners are welcoming with a lovely Portuguese accent that warms the heart. In short, I highly recommend it and will gladly return. I had tripe à la porto and my friend had pork cheek—a real treat!

19/04/2026: We've known this restaurant for ten years. We hadn't been for several years. In the past, we'd been very disappointed by the service. This time, we were pleasantly surprised by the improved service, which had been disappointing in the past. However, the value for money isn't there for the main courses on the menu. The truffles were really not good. The fish dish we chose was very pretty, but the taste was lacking. On the other hand, we loved the petit fours and the much more original appetizers.

12/04/2026: Given the restaurant's reputation, I was expecting something truly exceptional, but my experience at L’Atelier du Peintre was rather disappointing. The set menu choices were bold, and the dishes were decent. However, the service, particularly from the sommelier, wasn't up to the standard one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The desserts, on the other hand, were excellent. Considering the price and the establishment's prestige, the experience fell short, even though it remains a very good restaurant.
