17/09/2026: Working downtown, I (and my colleagues) used to come to this restaurant for lunch quite often when it was under its previous owner. The dishes are still good, but much less original... and there are no vegetarian options for salads. No chocolate or biscuits with the coffee... As for the welcome and the smiles, there's nothing there... it was better before! Oh well, we'll have lunch at Alice's on Boulevard Jeu de Paume.

26/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in the neighborhood! We live right next door and this is exactly the kind of restaurant we were missing: simple, welcoming, with excellent food and a great atmosphere. We felt right at home, especially with family. A truly great place we'll gladly return to!

25/09/2026: Two hours after eating a pizza here, I had painful stomach cramps. The ingredients were clearly undercooked or under-thawed; it wasn't good. I strongly advise against going back.

04/10/2026: Hey! How about popping into KFC for a Krunchy for €2.50, as displayed on the Drive-Thru kiosk? Oh wait, no, it's not €2.50 anymore because the price has gone up! And you only realize it when you confirm your order. It's not the fault of the very friendly Drive-Thru attendant, nor the fault of the (Shift?) Manager… But there's no gesture of goodwill to apologize, and basically, you pay, and that's that. I therefore urge you to consult Article L. 112-1 of the French Consumer Code and update your prices immediately if you don't want to see other unhappy customers who, like us, leave without their Krunchy. Can we count on you, and especially on your business acumen, to match the price next time?

23/08/2026: We stopped for lunch with the whole family and looked for a restaurant near the coastal road. We found this one, which has a reasonably priced weekday lunch menu. We ordered beef in pepper sauce, which was delicious, a salad of three tomatoes with burrata, and the children ordered breaded chicken with fries. The desserts were very tasty. The owner is lovely and very attentive to the children. The bathroom was very clean and smelled wonderful. The only downside was that the owner was working alone, and the service was slow. That's why I'm giving the service 4 stars. I understand that in August, they're a bit less busy.

20/09/2026: I really appreciated the €19.90 lunch menu with the option of adding extras, which broadened the choices in a reasonable yet still tempting way. It's a shame the fried small fish were out of stock. I appreciated the waitress's neutral and transparent approach. Being in the industry myself, I know these things happen, so I can't be annoyed; I understand. Nevertheless, the fish croquettes were a very good experience. They were flavorful, refined, and generous, even for a fried dish. Bonus: the waitress was also able to tell me what kind of fish they contained (without me even asking). The mussels were generous in size and flavor, all open except for two or three that were a bit stubborn but still opened easily. The fries were superb, in my opinion—crispy and perfectly cooked. Some like them hard 🫣 and others prefer them softer 🤷🏻‍♀️. So far, these are my favorites of the year 🙌🏼 For dessert, I absolutely loved the waffle—crispy on the outside and melting in your mouth. In conclusion: I had a wonderful meal for a more than reasonable price (in my opinion) of €29.90, including extras. P.S.: I paid via QR code; it's a shame it doesn't offer the tip option, or I didn't see the section. P.S.: I'm giving it 4 stars for the atmosphere because it was quiet, so there wasn't much going on 🤷🏻‍♀️

20/09/2026: The wait is unbearable. I've been here more than 10 times today and I'm tired of asking the waiter and waitress 10 times for sauces for the fries, drinks, etc. We only receive things 20 minutes after we've finished eating, and it's always like this.
