02/10/2026: A fantastic spot on Place de la République in Gap. I go there regularly for lunch for their daily specials, and they're always excellent. Special mention goes to the duck breast and the ravioli! Traditional cuisine just the way we like it. The service is super fast, the staff is always welcoming, and the terrace is truly wonderful when the weather is nice. Perfect for a quick lunch with colleagues or a more leisurely meal in the evening or on the weekend. You can go there without hesitation!

28/08/2026: We went there on a whim Sunday evening, a family of seven with a one-year-old, without a reservation. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and helpful advice. As a special treat, my daughter wanted mussels, which weren't on the children's menu, but they still served her a child's portion. We had a wonderful meal; it was delicious, generous portions, and reasonably priced. Well done, keep up the good work! We're from the area and will definitely be back. 👍👍👍😉😉😉

25/05/2026: A perfect stay from start to finish! As a tour bus driver, I stayed at this hotel with a group of seniors, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the reception to the rooms, including the restaurant, the welcome, and the overall organization, there was nothing to complain about. A big thank you to the manager, Dominique, who is excellent, as well as to Hicham, the group manager, who was simply exceptional in his management and follow-up. Special mention also goes to our guide, Pietro, who greatly contributed to the success of this trip. The rooms are spotless, and the food delighted all my travelers. 15/09/2026: The most incredible food and family friendly service. The lunch menu was incredible value for money and a great find in our city break weekend to Colmar. We have a 4 month old baby and was worried the restaurant wouldn’t allow, however they were more than accommodating and encouraged us to come with our baby and were all super friendly with him. 10/10 experience all round.
