18/09/2026: Save your time and dont wait in the queue! Okay food, bad service. I must say waiters work hard, almost running while taking/bringing the orders. However, attitude is not pleasant as shared in other comments. No excuses for eye rolling and making noises while serving to customer - although it may be acceptable French behavior. As for the food, flams are good but I am sure you can find similar tastes in other places in the city.

13/05/2026: Short stay with a business trip package The location is fantastic, the building truly unique, and the welcome very friendly and warm. However, having had the pleasure of staying in many Logis Hotels, the restaurant deserves a maximum of two stars. The business trip package cost €152 (beer and a glass of wine included), and I'll let you judge the portions from my photos. There were barely two croutons in the starter, the shredded beef vol-au-vent was very dry, and the side dish consisted of two slices of zucchini (the cheapest vegetable at the market) cut into several pieces to hide the white part of the plate. The profit margin must be excellent 🤩 What's even more surprising is the establishment's response: "No, but we've always done it this way" 🤣🤣🤣 What's the connection between local produce and the microscopic portion of zucchini you serve? Please, be completely transparent about the price you pay for these items and the price you sell them for on the menu, with minimal processing. 🫣 If you're disgusted by restaurants, don't spoil it for others, thank you. It always makes me laugh to hear restaurant owners on the radio (I'm not saying that's the case here) complaining about customer numbers, but in my experience, those who respect their customers will never have this problem… In short: Hotel: I highly recommend it. Restaurant: Avoid it!

11/05/2026: We only stayed one night, but the place is lovely, the rooms are spotless and the meal was excellent! It's a shame we couldn't enjoy the small garden and the very pleasant terrace.

18/09/2026: A very nice self-service restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are advertised as entirely vegetarian. However, some of the cheeses in the dishes contain rennet and are therefore not vegetarian.

18/07/2026: Some famous bookstores have become more tourist trap than bookstore. Not so with Smith & Son. This English language store in Paris maintains its French charm. Great selection. Very helpful staff. Charming café. While Smith & Son is deservedly popular, it is spacious and not so packed with people that you can't browse comfortably. If you're looking for a great English language bookstore in Paris that maintains its French feel, this is the place.

26/09/2026: Excellent restaurant... friendly and professional service! Very good food at a very reasonable price... lovely terrace! I particularly recommend the "Corsican meal" at €24.90. Starter/main course/dessert and digestif (limoncello)... very good and generous portion (see attached photos).

26/09/2026: We were quite confident upon arrival, given the establishment's very good overall rating. Our first contact was indeed very positive: despite our rather late call, the person on the phone was pleasant and managed to find us a table. Upon arrival, we waited a few minutes before being seated. The staff, rather difficult to identify, unfortunately seemed overwhelmed. The main negative point concerned the waiter who took our order. His attitude towards us was unpleasant, with a manner of speaking that we found inappropriate, and this feeling unfortunately persisted throughout the rest of the evening. As for the food, nothing particularly remarkable. Some items seemed mass-produced, especially the fries and the chocolate fondant, which was quite disappointing. In the end, a mixed experience that didn't live up to our expectations. In our opinion, it's certainly possible to find better options nearby.

18/09/2026: I loved the setting, with a table by the water giving the impression of having lunch on a barge. The menu offers a satisfying selection, and the dishes are beautifully presented and truly appetizing. The prices are reasonable, yet still allow you to treat yourself. I will definitely return.

06/10/2026: Simply the best Welsh rarebit I've ever had. Being from the north, I have to admit I didn't expect to find such a delicious Welsh rarebit in Paris. The owner and his partner are very welcoming and warm. The restaurant is small, so be sure to book! You can really feel the atmosphere of northern France through the unique decor and the subdued lighting. In short, a must-try.

01/09/2026: The food is very good, no complaints there. However, I find the prices quite high. The service also needs improvement: the staff are rather cold and not very friendly, which unfortunately doesn't make you feel very comfortable. It's a shame, because a warm welcome is just as important as the quality of the food and could really enhance the experience.

12/08/2026: I've been coming here for four years, but it's not the same as it is today. The portions have become stingy, especially for a €14 kebab meal. Otherwise, it's very fast.

07/10/2026: Visiting a traditional pub for the first time, I was extremely disappointed to find fries cooked in sunflower oil! The very unpleasant owner told me that this was for vegetarians and that he wouldn't change his ways. So, no fries cooked in oil at this establishment...

29/09/2026: Delicious carbonnade. Friendly welcome. Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy. The exterior looks very pleasant, but we went in the evening. There were some unpleasant remarks about what was left on the plate. Since customers don't serve themselves, I don't see the point.
