25/05/2026: A perfect stay from start to finish! As a tour bus driver, I stayed at this hotel with a group of seniors, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the reception to the rooms, including the restaurant, the welcome, and the overall organization, there was nothing to complain about. A big thank you to the manager, Dominique, who is excellent, as well as to Hicham, the group manager, who was simply exceptional in his management and follow-up. Special mention also goes to our guide, Pietro, who greatly contributed to the success of this trip. The rooms are spotless, and the food delighted all my travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return! Christophe

04/06/2026: The tart was very good, no complaints! However, there was one small drawback: one of the sweet tarts was much smaller than the other, and at €5 per tart, I find that a bit disappointing…and the small salad had wilted leaves and a tiny portion…

19/05/2026: A beautiful and authentic place. The meal was excellent from start to finish. The small portions, perfect for sharing, allowed us to try more dishes. The service was quick and efficient. Our server was attentive and patient, as it was our first time there. I highly recommend it. Thank you for a perfect evening.

18/05/2026: What a disappointment: a small fillet of sea bream on barely cooked, cold, and very acidic peas and broccoli. A dessert of three strawberries on a few speculoos crumbs with poor-quality whipped cream. Only the asparagus starter was acceptable. Three people for over €160... on the evening of May 16th. We have no desire to return.

18/05/2026: Very disappointed with this meal. The asparagus starter was undercooked, the fish was a small fillet of sea bream served on a bed of peas and broccoli, cold as if straight from the fridge, and the dessert was simple: three tasteless strawberries drowned in industrial whipped cream. All this for €48 per person without wine.

01/05/2026: On our way to Marseille, my wife, our son, and I stopped at the Restaurant de la Rivière, which we'd found after searching online. The place certainly lived up to the saying, "it's worth the detour." We found the establishment pleasant and welcoming, located on a small village square with convenient parking. Arriving around 8:00 pm on the eve of May Day, we received a warm welcome. We dined on the terrace. The atmosphere was lovely, the clientele a friendly mix of regulars and generations, the service cordial and attentive, and the homemade cuisine delicious, generous, and beautifully presented, served by a passionate chef who took the time to chat with his customers. Everything was perfect for the three of us to have a wonderful time. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

13/04/2026: The restaurant has a lovely terrace for drinks, and the owner is very attentive and gracious; he even opened his parasol for us to protect us from the rain. I highly recommend it.

30/05/2026: I regularly go there for lunch, and everything is perfect. The place is very pleasant, you feel comfortable there, the decor is beautiful, elegant, and cozy. The staff is truly attentive. And most importantly, the food: fresh ingredients, very well cooked, in perfect portions—not too much, not too little. A small but important bonus is the speed at the till during lunchtime; no waiting, you can quickly get back to work 😊

03/06/2026: Excellent tea room, with superb matcha and several plant-based milk options (soy, oat, and almond). The pastries were also delicious. Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: This is my second time here, and definitely not my last! The welcome was friendly, the place is very cozy with a terrace, the pastries are truly delicious, and so are the drinks. 07/06/2026: A very warm welcome. It was busy, but the service and food were efficient. The team is fantastic, both front and back of house. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

26/04/2026: A truly excellent Flemish tavern, both in terms of the food and the service, thanks to the very friendly owners and a top-notch team! The meat is superb, the Maroilles sauce is divine, and the desserts are simply amazing! Be sure to try the margoulette, a fantastic combination of lime and raspberry! I'll definitely be back! Reasonable prices Very good and generous portions Very wide selection (even for picky eaters), they have everything Very wide selection of alcoholic beverages Large parking lot Very friendly management and staff Excellent atmosphere for all tastes Very fast service even during peak hours, kudos to them... 05/05/2026: We ordered a sharing platter which was very good, but they should consider providing small plates; it's much more practical for eating. Unfortunately, we received stale bread, which made the experience less enjoyable. I find it sad not to have fresh bread in a restaurant.
