03/08/2024: We arrived by chance 30 minutes before the restaurant opened, the very kind cook still sat us down while waiting for the waiters to arrive, who were just as friendly. Meat, sauce and accompaniments, everything was perfect. The only area for improvement would be to have more choice of wine and beer. But the cuisine and the staff fully deserve the 5 stars.
26/06/2024: The waiter takes great care and is really super friendly, the quality of the cuisine is excellent. The accompaniments for my lamb shank were excellent, tasty and perfectly cooked. But a mouse of microscopic size but a plate price that was not. I find the prices excessive given the quality and comfort of the terrace/neighborhood/and quantity.
What attracted us is the fact that they serve late, that's a real plus. But despite everything, we will not go back

23/08/2024: Great welcome with substantial meals no matter what we had on the menu, we were looking for something cheap but good and which would fill our stomachs and this is the perfect place. Not to mention the Armenian desserts whose recipe comes straight from the chef's maternal grandmother, and the result is: a treat!

18/08/2024: Remove Bortsch from your menu. It is NOT russian food, and not of the region of Kaspia. It is disgraceful and disgusting that after two years of genocide and full scale invasion of Ukraine by russia - the terrorist state, a restaurant in the heart of Paris still praises russian culture (and its caviar) and does not hesitate to also MISrepresent a signature Ukrainian beetroot soup - Bortsch - as russian. Shame on you.

31/08/2024: Siamo arrivati versò le 19 . Non era affatto affollato. Cameriere un po impacciati ma gentili. Abbiamo ordinato una grigliata mista di carne per 2. Arrivata dopo 1 ora di attesa. Il Cameriere si era scordato. Carne buonina alla griglia. Pulizia del locale da rivedere. Bagni sporchi e degradati. Prezzo nella norma. Si può fare di meglio.

The owner was charming and had very good wine advice. The dishes were hearty and full of flavor.
The room is very nice. The prices are slightly high, but the quality of the dishes explains it.

Welcome, as we know how to do among the ch'tis! 😁
Traditional, generous and delicious cuisine, for a completely acceptable value for money!
Small downside on the slightly long service (entered at 12:30 p.m., left at 2:45 p.m....the wait between starter and main course was too long...this can however happen, I just hope it's not a habit )
We will return with pleasure

04/12/2024: Amazing creative pizzas! I would gladly eat here again. Service was also great, helpful and friendly staff. Only tiny issue is that I was seated near the door and every time it opened a cold breeze hit me, which was not ideal. That being said, I would eat here again in a moment.

The cacio e pepe pasta was much too salty, the prices were exaggerated, the staff were very pushy and we were placed at the back of the restaurant, the atmosphere of which was very dark and much less pleasant than the front 🤷🏼♀️
Only positives: delicious pizzas and Prosecco 👌

06/12/2024: Actually, we should have listened to our gut feeling when we entered and not sat down at all...
We are French speakers and have been going on holiday to Corsica for years. This experience was “humiliating.” Feeling like a guest (unless you are probably Corsican and know the patron?) is not a nice experience. There's probably no point in writing this review because the man of the house, the way he acts towards strangers, doesn't care about other people's opinions. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our food but not because the kitchen couldn't deliver. No: we were simply ignored. Of course we complained straight away. And then we should have gotten up and left... when we finally got to place the order, both dishes weren't available (yet) because the season hadn't really started yet. Conclusion: we once had fish with no side dishes (luckily there were delicious pizza rolls) and once we had a large, delicious portion of pasta with salmon.
Since this experience, one question has just stuck with me: What
motivates someone in the catering industry to work on a tourist beach when that person obviously has a problem with tourists?
There are so many really cool pailottes in Corsica, you can easily ignore this one.
By the way, the beach is very little visited (beginning of May) and the location of the Pailotte is very nice.
