11/08/2026: A beautiful view, but unfortunately neither the food nor the service lived up to expectations. We came to this restaurant for lunch as a family on August 11th. We chose this establishment primarily for its beautiful setting, overlooking the sea, and we naturally expected the food to live up to the location. I ordered a Caesar salad and was unfortunately very disappointed. At the end of the meal, the curly-haired waitress, who also took our bill when we left, came to clear the table and asked me if I had enjoyed the meal. I simply and honestly replied that I hadn't, explaining why. The hard-boiled eggs didn't seem fresh and gave the impression that they hadn't been prepared that day. The tomato was cut into pieces that were far too large, and, above all, it was the dressing that particularly disappointed me: it clearly tasted like mayonnaise, which overpowered the dish and completely ruined it. A Caesar salad doesn't contain mayonnaise: if mayonnaise becomes the main ingredient in the dressing, for me, it's simply not a real Caesar salad anymore. (After eating this salad, I also felt unwell.) I explained this to her. I also pointed out that it was a real shame, because the setting is magnificent, with that view of the sea, and that we had come as a family hoping to find cuisine worthy of the location, and not just a restaurant taking advantage of its touristy position. That's when the waitress's reaction particularly shocked me. Instead of simply acknowledging a customer's comment, she became very agitated and raised her voice. When I finally told her that, given this experience, we wouldn't be returning, she replied very curtly: "It's not a big deal!" “ That’s precisely the problem: if you ask a customer at the end of the meal if everything was alright, you have to accept that they might answer honestly if it wasn’t. You can’t ask the question and then get angry because the answer isn’t what you wanted to hear. And when you work in the restaurant industry, a comment about a dish can be heard, explained, or even politely challenged, but certainly not turned into a confrontation with the customer. This same waitress was then the one who took our payment at the end, which unfortunately left a particularly unpleasant final impression. In the end, we felt like we had eaten poorly, paid a lot, and, on top of that, were verbally attacked simply for giving our honest opinion. €80 for such an experience is extremely disappointing.” It's a real shame, because the setting is superb and the beachfront location could make it a truly wonderful place. But a beautiful setting isn't enough: we also expect quality cuisine and, above all, a professional and respectful welcome. For our family, this will unfortunately be a first and last visit.

30/05/2026: This hotel was great for the price. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. It is clean and modern with a small kitchenette (refri, micro, stove top). It is twice the size of the hotel where I stayed the night before for the same price and this one has air conditioning. Absolute hidden gem.

27/07/2026: A warm welcome, impeccable service, and succulent dishes presented beautifully—simply amazing! Seasonal suggestions and a couple who work together in perfect harmony. For our Christmas meal, they went all out; we were lucky enough to taste a delicious homemade terrine.

18/06/2026: I've known Anatolia for a long time. I live in Saint-Claude and I go there regularly. But finally… YES, finally in Saint-Claude I can eat something other than sandwiches! Between the stuffed eggplant, the moussaka, the generously topped salads, and the other dishes on offer, it's a real treat. Everything is delicious, hearty, and you can even get takeout. Honestly, it's a wonderful surprise!

03/06/2026: What a great idea this bread is! Large enough to hold a good amount of food, but not so much as to be overwhelming. The originality and freshness of the parsley in the filling are noticeable and appreciated. And speaking of fillings, the balance between the meat and the seasonings is masterful (all four of our kebabs were similar) and subtle. The meat and spices provide that final, perfectly coated and seasoned touch. A pleasant place with a welcoming atmosphere.

01/04/2026: I'm always satisfied. The staff is always smiling and efficient, and so is the owner. The food, from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, is truly well-prepared in the traditional way, meaning everything is homemade—nothing is frozen. EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE!! My steak was cooked perfectly rare 😋 I come back regularly with pleasure and I'm never disappointed, especially since the daily menu changes frequently. I highly recommend L'Entrepôt; this restaurant is truly excellent 🤗

27/07/2026: If you're planning a visit to the Centre Pompidou or going for a specific exhibition, don't wait any longer! The Centre will be closed from October 2025 until 2030! You don't have much time left... What's so great about the Centre Pompidou, besides being an unparalleled source of inspiration in many fields like architecture and sneaker culture, is that admission is free, and most exhibitions are also free to visit during specific hours. And let's not forget the incredibly well-stocked library. 19/05/2026: A 5-star stay from beginning to end (and even before, when we booked our stay). Comfort (room, bedding), cleanliness, responsiveness (important for us as we have a disability). Friendly and personal welcome. Super friendly and dedicated staff across all departments, from the restaurant team and wellness area staff to housekeeping, reception, and the management team, who were always present on-site. The hotel is well-located by the sea, surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

23/07/2026: Hello, I would like to express my experience this evening. I have been to your restaurant several times "in my childhood" and everything was always very good, the food was very tasty. Tonight I wanted to introduce my Belgian friends to the city of Puy-en-Velay and therefore have them eat at your restaurant. I ordered a starter of foie gras, which was "very good," and a truffade, which, I'm sorry to say, was not a truffade. I'm from the Auvergne region, born in Ambert in the 63 (Puy-de-Dôme department). I've eaten it all my life, and to use the excuse that I'm not from here is rather disrespectful. A REAL truffade is made with sliced ​​potatoes, fresh tomme cheese OR Cantal cheese, garlic, and parsley, all pan-fried and then reheated in an ovenproof dish. Instead, I got a sort of creamy gratin with onions, two or three pieces of cheese that were supposedly Saint-Nectaire (which had no business being there), and fresh tomme cheese with garlic, and, most importantly, it was overcooked and burnt. I'm not one to cause a scene, but when I point something out, when people ask me directly where I'm from, contradict me, and then... I understand that I must not be from the area and that I'm confusing it with aligot is shameful. 22/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome. However, there was an unpleasant smell due to the aging carpeting on the upper floors, and I was very surprised to see carpeting in the restaurant as well! The elevator and air conditioning are very noisy. It's a shame because with a few improvements it would be fantastic.

10/06/2026: The hotel is very well located. It has a lot of charm, with a balcony overlooking the salt flats. The owner's warm welcome, helpfulness, and kindness are particularly noteworthy.
