14/11/2025: Politeness is definitely at odds! I'd like to add something following your comment. It was Tuesday the 11th at 12:30 PM. The brunette woman was unpleasant, didn't even say hello, and preferred talking to her colleague rather than serving us! I left.

26/01/2025: We have been there 4 or 5 times this past year and each time we are delighted. Just a quick remark regarding the sweetbread sauce with morels which deserves to be creamed. Well, I know it's very classic.... See you soon for the 5 stars 😋

13/09/2024: I'm sure the food is very good, unfortunately the times are not up to date, we walked 30' in the cold and rain with a baby to arrive in front of a closed door, even though Google indicated an open creperie.

19/09/2024: I waited a few weeks to post this review. We took the chef's salad which is a meal salad but to our great surprise we had a small bowl with green salad, three cherry tomatoes cut into pieces, the same for the radishes and a crouton of bread with a slice of log melted goat cheese. Price 15 euros. I think there was €3.00 max in the bowl. Two desserts and a beer and a lemonade. 64 euros. The time to eat the salad is 5 minutes and a wait of an hour for dessert. I consider it a tourist trap being local. But what makes me laugh the most is the sign at the entrance here we take the time we enjoy and if you don't have cash there is fast food. Speaking of take-out meals: a Michelin-starred restaurant by the lake makes take-out meals: a salad that will make you cry. Bagnat ferra du lac bread, water, cake and coffee €62 for two. Your message protects you from customer comments... by sending them to fast food... which depending on the case is 1000000 times more plentiful, delicious and less expensive ;)

11/09/2024: I ordered tacos and I didn't have any sauce, it was dry and above all there was nothing in my tacos except 3 pieces of meat, I'm disappointed.

The welcome is very good, the location too, in the heart of the center, the food nothing to say, the same for the service, very pleasant with Elise our waitress and then the must are the generous quantities especially for the menus which are generally reduced but then not at all and prices more than reasonable. Well done, we don't understand the bad reviews. Absolutely worth testing

03/12/2025: It's a private, cozy place, the music is great, and the decor is what makes it special! The owner is friendly, the service is fast, and the food is super tasty. The calzone and tiramisu are delicious.

31/08/2024: I'm a hamburger person, I've been traveling around the world eating hamburgers in many different places and I got to tell you, The Roster (Meythet) it's one of the best places I've eated. It's been a couple of years that I'm a client already and I'm always satisfied, every week a different Lunatic with a great recipe so you don't get bored. I think the manager is amazing and it's the reason why this simple restaurant is one of the best. Recommended.

18/12/2024: A superb discovery in Savoie! Fresh and local products sublimated on each plate, all with a breathtaking view. 22/10/2025: We had lunch this afternoon, nothing to complain about, everything was great. The people were friendly, the setting was great, and the food was very well served. We'll be back. I recommend this place 👍👍

11/09/2025: Friendly waitress and nice salads, but fried fishes & veggie burger were tough to point of being almost inedible. Agree with other post about apparently overcooked (dark) chips, which at the same time seemed undercooked - possibly the worst frites I’ve had in France! Strange response from owner. I changed main course because it was due to be fried fishes, which had been my partner’s very poor starter & was relieved the last minute change was possible. I would suggest that instead of criticisng every negative review, they learn from the process & improve! Also, might be a good idea to ask why somebody has not eaten most of their meal.
