16/07/2026: Thank you for this delightful break. The care taken in the generous and refined dishes, the friendly service, the setting like a small village, away from the hustle and bustle yet right on the main street of Évian. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
16/07/2026: We had a wonderful meal before heading back to work! The service was quick, and the dishes were beautifully presented. There was a good selection, and the prices reflected the quality of the simple yet sophisticated cuisine. Thank you for the efficient and attentive service.

15/05/2026: The view is magnificent and the heated pool is very pleasant.
However, the room is small and poorly soundproofed. The breakfast is quite basic and not worth €19.
Another negative point concerns Connect holiday vouchers: before booking, we called to confirm they were accepted, but only an hour before our arrival, the hotel informed us that they only accepted the paper version, even though the reservation was made eight days prior.
Finally, pool towels must be kept for the entire stay, but this information was not provided to us on the first day.
15/05/2026: The room could use a few minor touch-ups but nothing dramatic, otherwise very clean.

A huge thank you to Max and Jamila for their professionalism, availability, and kindness. They helped us with the organization, setting up the decorations, and prepared an excellent buffet. Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable evening. We highly recommend them!

Apart from the cold, the lack of a fridge and especially a kettle, I had no complaints. The entire team was incredibly welcoming! The price was reasonable. The food was excellent! The ravioli were sublime! Thank you!

16/05/2026: A very disappointing experience.
A major error in the burger's ingredients: it was supposed to be pork-free according to the menu, but it contained bacon. This is unacceptable, especially for a dish where the ingredients must be clearly listed.
The replacement burger wasn't any better, with undercooked meat. They offered a gesture of goodwill with an Orangina, but this doesn't make up for the ordering and cooking errors. They really need to be more rigorous with the menu and the preparation of their dishes.
