20/09/2025: So it's still just as good, very high quality, and local 😋 The only downside was that we were seated upstairs on the partially covered and enclosed terrace, which wasn't very nice and where we were cold. The downstairs room is great, why not open it up? 🤔

15/02/2026: /∆\ WARNING THIEVES /∆\ My reservation was double-charged and I was taken twice. The manager, who didn't even bother to leave her office, referred me through her employee to the booking website. However, this website is only an intermediary; it didn't prevent any money from being taken. The lack of response is unacceptable; such a lack of rigor inspires little confidence. The Eden Hotel had to contact me about a card issue, but when they noticed there were two reservations under the same name for the same dates and the same number of people, they went completely silent. Furthermore, on other booking sites, several reviews highlight how easily the hotel debits money unduly. I've been booking in Chamonix for six years, and this is the first time I've encountered such unscrupulous hoteliers.

08/02/2026: We stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved our experience. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive from the center, with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's design is warm and elegant; you immediately feel at home. The restaurant is lovely, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It's an ideal hotel for families and groups. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return on our next visit to Chamonix! 🥰🥰

07/01/2026: The real deal. We had a takeaway meal, which was prepared rapidly and was delicious. Chef is Cantonese, and you can taste the authentic flavors.

07/03/2026: Unfortunately they don't let Swedes in. Because we are from Sweden. They are very rude and also accept bribes/payments (cash only) if you want to get in. Don't go here it sucks. They also didn't let Swedes in at the restaurant next door. They can't be reasoned with either as they pretend not to understand English and totally ignore us. They call us idiots and say we have to have a reservation while they let everyone else in who doesn't have a reservation. Do yourself a favor, don't go here!

07/03/2026: I understand your reservation policy better now, waiting list, etc. I understand it because in 4 hours you have to make the most of your time. However, when you claim high prices, which don't bother us, you have to live up to them, and unfortunately, that's not the case. The server deserves his rating, but he's not responsible for the food, hence my fair ratings. We come from time to time, and I advise you to ensure that your prices reflect the quality of the food served. Have a good end of the season.

04/03/2026: Honestly, one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The dough is exceptional: light, perfectly risen, crispy on the bottom and soft on the edges—exactly as it should be. You can clearly tell that someone behind this pizza knows their craft and puts care into every single one. This level of quality is quite rare, and it really makes a difference.

04/03/2026: I wasn't expecting to eat a pizza of this caliber here at all. For a restaurant that doesn't call itself a pizzeria, it's definitely one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. The dough was perfect and the toppings were very well balanced. You can tell there's a lot of passion and expertise behind it. If you love good pizza, it's definitely worth a visit.

14/02/2026: The food was good but not very generous, especially for the price, and the service was really poor – no smiles, and we had to ask for everything ourselves, several times… in short, we understood why there was space left here and not elsewhere…

08/02/2026: A pleasant lunch at L'Authentic. The Savoyard burger was very good, quite substantial, and well-prepared. The dining room is attractive, with tasteful decor, and the view of the canal adds a real bonus to the setting. The service was adequate; overall, a good experience.
