05/09/2024: Prawn evening is very good, but the ordering system at the cash register and at the bar quickly reaches its limits when there are people, a lot of waiting just to have a drink! Otherwise, nice welcome and great location, we had a good evening!

16/11/2024: Bakery well placed and used to coming for many good products. However, the person, perhaps new, having served me today, a young woman, is very haughty and insolent and impatient towards the customers, and I am not the only person to have noticed this.

17/09/2024: It’s a disaster at Fidel Berger! You have to wait 1/2 hour to be served! Not a regard for the customer and a poor server who does what he can. Everything is lost!

14/09/2024: Very unwelcoming and not much memory especially on the change even 50 cents for a cappuccino en.pkus disgusting its lack of consideration and vigor especially before taking a tgv I have been coming to Annecy for years frankly for a breakfast cheaper and better there are better elsewhere too bad now it's yield and money you even have to limit yourself to asking for your change it's sad for the service it's true that the little people don't have wealth they must not have much good luck

10/12/2025: It's a shame we can't give zero stars! The saleswomen who perform humiliating rituals on new recruits while they're ringing up the cash, in full view of everyone, talking loudly to make sure they're putting their colleagues down in front of the customers—how shameful! Young girls of 19 or 20 who can't even say hello, thank you, or goodbye, who give dirty looks—you need to review your manners before someone loses patience with your disrespect!

07/12/2025: What I don't like is when the staff go outside to smoke right in front of you and then... serve you bread without washing their hands. I find that very unhygienic. The hard floors are very dirty.

28/06/2025: Avoid, major hygiene and cooking problems. My chicken was barely cooked. Two days later, I was hospitalized for food poisoning. Two weeks later, I'm still on antibiotics and antiparasitic medication. An absolute disgrace. The health department should check it out. I learned that I wasn't the only one to get food poisoning after eating at this restaurant.

27/06/2025: Forgotten dish, served after my friends had finished theirs. Too bad because the terrace is pleasant and overlooks the port.

11/12/2025: Order placed at 7 PM. After a 15-minute wait, I politely asked about the status of my order and was told it was being processed. At 7:30 PM, I went back to ask and was told I had been called but hadn't answered, even though I was standing right at the counter, my only task being to wait for my order number to be called. Finally, my order arrived at 7:35 PM. And of course, it wasn't complete. Thank you. PS: This was absolutely not a rush hour.

10/12/2025: Dogs are banned now, yet you make special dog menus for McDonald's lol ciao forever McDonald's.

28/09/2024: To flee! The waiters are unpleasant, especially one who was aggressive, following a plate received cold for which we asked to simply be reheated. As for the dishes, nothing is homemade, everything is industrial. And in addition, aluminum in a pizza. 👍🏼 Let's not even talk about the overpriced and undrinkable rosé.

20/09/2024: Honestly, avoid it. We had a reservation for 15 people so a nice table. The boss who makes a face and blows when you ask him something, the food for the price is nonsense, tasteless prawns, barely cooked pasta and it calls itself an Italian restaurant. Just the little waiter who was cute and nice and when he asked us how the dishes were and we told him meh he called the boss to have us explain but the boss didn't care and he told us just said "sorry for you it can't please everyone" lol lol 9 dishes out of 13 disgusting it's not great as average. We got a bill worth more than €500 but not even a commercial gesture is a shame.

14/09/2024: Very pleasant setting, a magnificent mountain chalet, what we are looking for in this region. The order was forgotten, 1 hour of waiting and the hot box arrived lukewarm with the cheese not melted... the waitress complains very often despite the fact that the room was not full. No commercial gesture to compensate for the delay. It's a shame. The dishes lack character and uniqueness, we expect more flavors for a restaurant specializing in Savoyard cuisine. Not catastrophic but we advise you to try something else!

11/09/2024: A magnificent setting, we not only ate but we discovered the history of the restaurant. Very good dishes, and very well supplied! It's worth the prices. Very good service. Nothing to complain about, we recommend this address!!

19/12/2024: It's no longer as good as with the previous owners I tried I won't come back, good luck anyway.

10/11/2024: Very good Pizza, I recommend the “guitar sound” pizza which is a marvel, a super friendly waiter, very pleasant with the customers,👍.
