23/06/2026: When I gave my first name to collect my order, this gentleman told me that he had changed it because he didn't like my first name. I wanted to leave him the 4 pizzas, but it bothered me so much that I didn't want to make waves, so I remained polite.

13/08/2026: I don't often write reviews, but this one really deserves a few minutes! 😊 We just had a wonderful time at Hôtellerie du Lac! A magnificent terrace overlooking the lake, a fantastic owner, and truly top-notch servers—warm, smiling, and attentive. And the food was a delight! We had the perch fillets with parsley and garlic, perfectly grilled, served with delicious homemade fries. For starters, we had some very tasty little fried fish. It's a place where you feel comfortable, where the food is excellent, and where the service truly makes all the difference. We'll definitely be back! 😊

23/07/2026: The food and service were excellent, however, the atmosphere, due to the owner, really leaves much to be desired! The owner is arrogant and disrespectful towards his employees. I arrived to pay, and the owner yelled at me – truly unpleasant! My best wishes to the team.

08/04/2026: An excellent restaurant recommended to us by a local shopkeeper. The dishes were beautifully prepared, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly tailored to each individual. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will gladly return.

31/05/2026: A very pleasant campsite by the lake with a private grassy beach. The campsite is wooded, and each pitch is separated by hedges. Very quiet (late May). Nearby, there's a restaurant/bar with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake, and paragliding (Col de la Forclaz). The bungalow was very clean. Ours had a lake view. The only downside was the bedding, which was a little too firm for my liking. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this campsite. We'll gladly return!

14/05/2026: We had a lovely stay mid May. The campsite was very calm which we loved. The showers and toilets were very clean and the showers were very practical. There was a nice variety of restaurants at walking distance. We brought our two dogs. They are not allow on the private beach of the campsite itself but there is a big grassy ‘beach’ next to the water very close (max 1 minute walk). Dogs were allowed , I hope they are also allowed at high season. Would definitely come back again.

07/07/2026: Having been used to wonderful cream puffs, these ones I just tasted are nothing like them. The pastry has lost its softness; I even wonder if it's really choux pastry at all. The glaze that gave it that sweet, melt-in-your-mouth touch is gone. The chocolate is bitter, which is unpleasant. The vanilla has a strange taste. In short, it's a real shame they radically changed the recipe when it was such a popular product! I understand the idea of ​​working with more "high-end" ingredients, but what matters is the result!

28/06/2026: Dry sandwiches, no sauce, expensive and not good. Flies everywhere on the counters. I definitely don't recommend it for savory options.

22/07/2026: Nice little brasserie, lovely outdoor terrace, fast, efficient, and friendly service. Very good brasserie-style food (with a special mention for the gourmet coffee), and the price is right too.

18/07/2026: Lazy and unfriendly service. The mussels were practically empty and the chicken in the Caesar salad was still frozen. Very disappointing… Luckily, we were seated on a lovely terrace overlooking the town hall square…

22/05/2026: I'm always happy to come for my lunch break there or get takeout. The products are fresh, the recipes are healthy and delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Nina is very pleasant and professional, and it's nice to chat with her when she has time and isn't in the lunchtime rush!

14/06/2026: We ordered takeout: three salads, one pizza, and two desserts. I specifically asked if the salad dressings were included, and the owner replied, "Yes, they're all there." I asked for cutlery, but they didn't have any. And of course, when it came time to eat, there was no dressing. The atmosphere wasn't great. I could tell the staff were stressed. I was disappointed because I often go to the one in Thonon-les-Bains, and it's completely different.

22/04/2026: We were only there during the après-ski :-) It was really great fun, quite expensive though, but that was known.
