16/06/2026: Is it the best and most authentic Italian I’ve ever had? Maybe not. Is it a tasty meal that’s good value? Abso-bloody-lutely. After a few days cycling in Annecy I had another cycle planned and was feeling tired and craving carby Chinese food. I found this place which was open a lot earlier than a lot of other Italians in the town and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and I got seated easily enough outside, with a view out over to the mountains behind me. I got the lasagne and it arrived pretty quickly in a big massive portion. Another waited saw me tucking in and asked if I wanted bread, but I refused having one eye on a dessert from chez Gaston for after. All in all, this was a cracking stop: a decent portion of good hearty food for a fair price. Would return again.

16/05/2026: Charming hotel on the shores of Lake Annecy. The person who greeted us was smiling and very kind. Regarding the room, it was small but sufficient for a one or two-night stay. The room was clean, the bed linens were perfect, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wasn't as fond of the decor, which I found a bit dated, but that's just my opinion. The bathroom, however, was very nice: a large shower cubicle and a hairdryer available – perfect. We weren't able to have dinner at the hotel on Wednesday evening as the restaurant was closed that night. We had breakfast; drinks are served, but personally, I prefer to serve myself. I didn't find the breakfast exceptional; there wasn't much choice, although there were cold cuts, yogurt, compotes, cheeses, pastries, bread, butter, and jams. Being able to have breakfast overlooking the lake is really lovely.

21/02/2026: Not friendly at all, deplorable service. The steak and fries were overcooked when I ordered rare and of appalling quality, plus the undercooked frozen fries. All of this was not worth €25. The waitress was not pleasant at all.

03/06/2026: The so-called beef noodles were completely different from the picture; there was only one slice of beef cut into four strips. I forgot to take a picture for reference. The most ridiculous beef noodle place I've ever had in Europe.

02/06/2026: Food was mediocre and overpriced. We shared a few dishes and they were unexceptional. Food comes as bare minimum: duck is just the duck (with a too sweet sticky sauce). Not the worst place you can find, but not recommended.

12/12/2025: This is the first time I have tried this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by the cuisine with great flavors and excellent service.

28/11/2025: We regularly come for lunch at this brasserie located in the center of Meythet (covered parking nearby). We are never disappointed! Excellent value for money. The à la carte dishes are perfect, and the all-inclusive menu at €18.90 is always very attractive. The cuisine is varied, well-balanced, and often with a touch of originality! The red wine that accompanies the menu is more than adequate, and those offered by the glass are excellent. The welcome is always very warm, and the service is more than efficient! Nothing to complain about. Thank you to the chefs and the entire team!

24/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel the weekend of May 23rd. From the moment we arrived, we felt an atmosphere of quality, both in the beauty of the place and in the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. The staff escorted us to our room, which was simply stunning. We chatted with them over drinks at MEIGE, the hotel's cocktail bar, where the passionate and kind bartender introduced us to the range of products. The spa is also cozy and inviting. If you appreciate elegant establishments with friendly and welcoming staff, this hotel is a must. We highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: The rooms lack privacy like the window is opened to a street into the downtown and you have no shutters or blackouts. This is fine if the room had air conditioning however, you have to ask for a mobile air conditioner brought into the room or you have to sleep with an open window that lets flies and people eyesight while you’re asleep. Second thing is the place does not offer a parking spot for you car. In fact they offer you a card for parking in a casino nearby and it will cost €30 per night. For Muslim people, the toilet seat does not have water floss. One last thing is the breakfast. It does not have a variety of food however the place is tidy, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

06/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at this quiet and clean hotel, conveniently located in a shopping area with private parking, which is very practical. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding, ample storage, and a very nice working bathtub. The restaurant offers a wide selection of quality dishes, and the breakfast was also very satisfying.
