14/04/2026: Lots of choices and very attractive prices. Just one small thing to mention about the dishes: they lacked a bit of warmth for my taste. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

16/03/2026: It's a disgrace: the food is awful and the service appalling. It's clear they're not in the business. Between the endless wait and the staff's hostility, it's an experience to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the ordeal.

28/11/2025: We came to this café to eat, but were very disappointed by the service. The waitress refused to heat our child's bottle, claiming they were cleaning up afterward. A little understanding and consideration would have been appreciated, especially for such a simple need. We will not be returning.

26/03/2026: Too expensive for the quality of the food, what a shame. I was returning to this legendary place over 30 years ago for the Fantastic Film Festival to celebrate my birthday. So disappointed.

19/03/2026: After enjoying a delicious cocktail at the bar, we had dinner Tuesday evening at "Les Enfants Terribles." We thoroughly enjoyed the veal shoulder. The place is peaceful, and we dined in a calm atmosphere. A special mention for the friendly and attentive service. A very pleasant evening. We'll definitely be back.

07/04/2026: Amazing atmosphere and our best meal in Megeve. We came on the last night of the season on our grown up ski weekend. If you like steak, this is the place. I think it is one of the best steaks I have ever had!! The reason for only 4 stars is because I don't think their side dishes live up to the steak. They were ok but not great. Lack lustre salad and truffle fries that were not very truffle-y, they could have been better. But the service and the steak were phenomenal. The lovely bar in the hotel is fantastic aswell - go for a pre-dinner cocktail :)...book with confidence.

02/03/2026: The setting is nice, and that's about it. The food was bland, on par with a mid-range wedding caterer. The dishes were clearly pre-prepared. Nothing had any flavor. €200 for two people is outrageous. I would reduce the number of servers, who didn't add anything (we were served by five different people), to focus more on the food. PS: No baby changing table in a 5-star hotel…

24/02/2026: Overwhelming and rushed service. Arrived at 7:30 PM, left at 8:30 PM. Beautiful setting, but not worth the repulsion, and very expensive…

02/04/2026: Very good pizza! There were six of us, and the owner was super friendly and we chatted with him for a while. The pizza was delicious and generously topped. And the same goes for the pizza from the vending machine at the entrance; we tried that one too, since we ate pizza there while having a drink. I highly recommend this pizzeria!

31/03/2026: I love it every time! 🍕😋 The pizzas are amazing, clearly made with quality ingredients. And price-wise, despite some comments, I think it's very affordable compared to other prices in the area…we definitely got our money's worth. The pizzas were perfect… We recommend it 100%!

19/04/2026: Coffee for €2.50???? For an espresso! And the waiter's comment: "There's a Burger King across the street for 80 cents!" Luckily for them, there will always be tourists! Appalling service, avoid at all costs!

19/04/2026: Belle Époque… and above all, a wonderful experience! We arrived as a group of nine at 2:45 pm on a Sunday. After being turned away from two restaurants, we stumbled upon this place by chance. A young man with long hair took care of us; he looked after us like a pro: smiling, kind, and energetic. Thank you again for your warm welcome and kindness. All the best!

30/03/2026: I am very disappointed by the small amount of meat in the kebab; however, there is a lot of salad inside... I will not be going back.

29/03/2026: I ate at this restaurant yesterday with friends. It wasn't anything special, just another kebab place in Annecy. The spit was new, and I simply asked for the meat to be a little more grilled and that I wasn't in a hurry. We sat down, and the cook started cutting the meat to grill it on his griddle. Honestly, I almost got up and left him his sandwiches. Anyway, I tasted the meat; it wasn't bad, but it deserved to be grilled a bit longer on the spit. It would have been so much better. A real shame. If I have one piece of advice for you gentlemen, it's to respect your customers' requests a little more. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, unfortunately!

06/04/2026: My mother-in-law had given us all a voucher for a meal at this restaurant. We were thrilled to be able to go, but when my mother-in-law called to make a reservation, to our surprise, we were told that the establishment didn't accept groups. Thinking it was a mistake, my sister-in-law called back for an explanation, and again, she was told that groups were no longer catered for, but that we could go to La Barathe, the other restaurant which, while certainly very good, isn't the gourmet restaurant we had our hearts set on. Faced with these very vague explanations (if we're going by that logic, two people are considered a group…), I decided to call as well and asked to speak to a manager. He then assured me that it was simply because there was no space available that evening and that we had been offered another night (which is quite true; we were offered a Thursday evening instead of Saturday, as groups were apparently accepted during the week – except, of course, that people are usually available on weekends…). When this explanation was given to me, and since groups were apparently finally accepted on Saturdays, I expressed my understanding, explaining that we had clearly misunderstood each other, and simply asked to book for another Saturday evening. And then, once again, surprise, surprise, I was informed that, following the (very factual and unbiased) opinion expressed by my sister-in-law, we were no longer welcome. I remain shocked by the lack of professionalism of some, who still dare to comment on my sister-in-law's review by distorting the facts and claiming that another date had been offered without specifying that only weekday dates were possible, not weekends. Strange, very strange… It's a shame, as we're from the area and often recommended this restaurant, but, as they clearly stated, we'll most certainly be better received elsewhere :)

10/05/2026: The quality has dropped significantly. The order was delivered with errors: - incorrect sauce - no sesame seeds - drink with sugar when ordered without sugar Too bad :-(

16/03/2026: As a regular customer, I came in one Wednesday at lunchtime. I ordered takeout. The young woman told me I was entitled to a free item with my loyalty points. I didn't have time, so I asked if I could use my benefit later, and she said yes. The following Wednesday, I returned with colleagues to eat in. The same woman was behind the counter. She told me I had no loyalty benefits. I reminded her that I had come the previous week and that she was the one who told me I didn't have to use the points that same day. According to her, it was the "expiration" (her words) of the points that explained the disappearance of the benefit. A whole week, seriously? No reaction, no call to her manager, no valid explanation, no gesture of goodwill, nothing. She handed me the card reader without a word, her eyes blank. My colleagues and I decided never to come back and to make sure everyone else understood how these so-called accumulated points actually worked. The food is acceptable, but nothing special. The staff must really hate working here, judging by their blasé expressions, the cold and unpleasant welcome, the long wait they make you finish their private conversations, and the fact that you have to ask three times just for a carafe of water when the restaurant is practically empty...

20/03/2026: As a loyal customer (and neighbor), I've never been disappointed by the products, the atmosphere, or the service from the Pronto's Pizza team. They're hard workers, and their pizzas are by far the best value for money in Annecy. And what's more, they always have a smile on their face!

05/04/2026: One of the best terraces in the area. Incredible view. Homemade cuisine, some meats from their own farm, homemade Myrtille and Genepi liqueurs. A truly authentic spot in Megève!

04/04/2026: We were turned away as soon as we arrived because, despite the restaurant being half empty, they refused to let us order "just" two pies and two drinks, claiming it would reduce the quality of service for customers who were eating... pathetic...

09/08/2025: A must-visit in Evian if you're looking for a great meal. I've had the pleasure of trying their food several times, and each time it's been absolutely delicious. The spring rolls and the beef with onions are to die for! I'll definitely be back! 🤤
