27/05/2026: A nice self-service restaurant with excellent pasta and a different dish of the day each day. Much better than a triangle sandwich in your car or tabbouleh at the office. I highly recommend it.

02/08/2026: Excellent inn where we ate very well, with mountain views and a beautiful sunset to brighten our evening. We highly recommend it and hope to return on our next visit.

15/07/2026: (+) Location, view of the valley, friendly welcome (-) The meal (fish, broccoli, rice) was really not very good. Basically, you go there to have a nice time with a group, but not for the quality of the food; a shame.

27/07/2026: The view of the river was beautiful, but I'm giving this rating because the salad 🥗 was damaged; the leaves weren't good to eat. My mother also ordered a salad (not the same one) and it was the same—not good. It's a shame because the restaurant looked nice. When I told the staff, they didn't say anything; we were impressed and paid for it.

27/07/2026: Excellent! Everything was very good, the dishes were cooked perfectly and I found them original. The most expensive items were between 25 and 40 euros, but the rest were around 25/30. The desserts were very nice, as were the starters. We were given good recommendations, and the waiter was very pleasant and friendly!

18/07/2026: Very disappointed by the organization and especially by the lack of information. We came for a baby swimming session with our 7-month-old daughter. We paid €25 for the baby and two adults, and in the end, I was forbidden from staying near my daughter because it was supposedly forbidden to remain clothed in the pool area! I'm talking about simply being near her, even though we explained to reception that her father would be swimming with our daughter and that I would accompany him without swimming myself. No one informed us that it was forbidden to remain clothed in the pool area! So I had to leave and leave my daughter with her father for her first time in the pool! And to make matters worse, I set myself up outside the pool area at the entrance, and then they came and told me I should be behind the glass panels instead… it's ridiculous! I understand that you can have your own rules, but you need to explain them clearly to reception. If I had known I wouldn't be able to stay in the room near my daughter, I could have made other arrangements. For an activity intended for babies, I find this situation very disappointing, and the lack of communication is truly regrettable. I hope the establishment will take the necessary steps to properly inform families in the future.

15/07/2026: Swimming caps are mandatory and cost €10! The showers are filthy with an extremely unpleasant smell. Apart from the main swimming pool, the other pools are very small and unsuitable. The only positive point is the terrace, but watch out for the parasols – they blow away!

13/07/2026: At Le Téléphérique Café in Megève the food was excellent, with every dish was good and made with quality ingredients. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The highlight is definitely the superb terrace, especially in the summer, it’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and take in the lovely surroundings. Highly recommend

30/07/2026: A great spot for a satisfying meal, especially since it’s open until late. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the service was quick and efficient throughout our visit. We ordered the pork ribs, chicken taco, cappuccino, and crème brûlée, and everything was delicious. The food was well prepared, and each dish was enjoyable. If you’re looking for a reliable restaurant with good food, fast service, and friendly hospitality, this is definitely worth a visit.

10/06/2026: Finally, a thin, light, and crispy crust, Roman-style. Generous and flavorful toppings. The best pizza I've found in Haute-Savoie so far. For those who want to resist the thick-crust trend!

05/06/2026: The phone reception was unpleasant; they practically wanted to hang up on us. Delivery is never available. We were customers for a long time, but we won't be back. There are plenty of pizzerias in Thonon that are very happy to serve you! 🫣

24/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel the weekend of May 23rd. From the moment we arrived, we felt an atmosphere of quality, both in the beauty of the place and in the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. The staff escorted us to our room, which was simply stunning. We chatted with them over drinks at MEIGE, the hotel's cocktail bar, where the passionate and kind bartender introduced us to the range of products. The spa is also cozy and inviting. If you appreciate elegant establishments with friendly and welcoming staff, this hotel is a must. We highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: The rooms lack privacy like the window is opened to a street into the downtown and you have no shutters or blackouts. This is fine if the room had air conditioning however, you have to ask for a mobile air conditioner brought into the room or you have to sleep with an open window that lets flies and people eyesight while you’re asleep. Second thing is the place does not offer a parking spot for you car. In fact they offer you a card for parking in a casino nearby and it will cost €30 per night. For Muslim people, the toilet seat does not have water floss. One last thing is the breakfast. It does not have a variety of food however the place is tidy, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

08/07/2026: Beware of this restaurant, especially if you're looking for halal food, because they don't separate halal and non-halal meat during cooking. When I asked for clarification, the answer was shocking: they told me they've been cooking together since the restaurant opened.

06/07/2026: This is absolutely ridiculous! We arrived at 8:45 pm on Sunday, July 5th, and as soon as we got there, we were told they weren't replenishing the buffet. We were told we had to make do with the leftovers to avoid waste. But it's not the customers who should suffer the consequences of poor management. We pay €25 per person for an all-you-can-eat buffet, not to fight over the three pieces of sushi that were practically vying for our attention in a nearly empty container. There was practically no seafood left, except for three shrimp surrounded by flies. No meat, no fruit, most of the dishes were empty. When I asked an employee if the buffet was going to be restocked, she told me it was finished. This is simply unacceptable. It's the worst buffet I've ever experienced and a complete rip-off. We paid €110 for four people, including only two drinks, for a practically empty buffet. We absolutely disagree with this practice and will report it to the relevant authorities so that other customers are not ripped off.

02/08/2026: Incredible setting (lakeside with magnificent terrace), very friendly and welcoming service, however it's a real shame that the dishes are reheated (dry perch fillets and soggy fries).

24/06/2026: A restaurant with a family-run simplicity in the best sense of the term, a well-managed service team that knows how to make you feel comfortable while respecting your choices and available time, so you can eat simple dishes that are as enjoyable to eat as they are affordable.

14/06/2026: June 14, 2026. Back for a long, restorative stay, as usual, in this superb Abondance Valley. Old habits die hard: espresso is a must to start another good day, and tomorrow will be another one. 2025 An excellent espresso in the morning on the terrace and off we go! Another sunny day ahead.
