31/01/2026: Update: The hotel responded on July 17th after more than four months, "they take this very seriously"; so yelling at a disabled person and saying "I'm going to knock all your teeth out" = "When you left, we weren't overly pleasant to you, but at a certain point, your threats have to stop!" Wow, a 3-star hotel. I have the right to leave a Google review. I never threatened you when I left. I've always been polite, I've never yelled, etc.: You do. Don't hide behind your staff; you've admitted your professional misconduct (the first one). I'm being factual. Yet another "inappropriate" behavior by threatening me in your response. You definitely like that. If you had taken things seriously, if you knew your job, nothing would have happened. Review: Yelling at the hotel reception at a disabled person who's unlikely to escape: "I'll knock all your teeth out," and wanting to do it. Who? The cook, the son of the family, one of the hotel's "managers." It would be good to lock him up or treat him. Otherwise, for 3 people: €1,600 for 1 week with breakfast and half-board, excluding drinks (5 nights out of 7). Room 31: cobwebs all over the living room/bathroom ceiling, headboard never cleaned. It doesn't smell, it stinks of the urine of the (beautiful) hotel cat from the elevator to the room (1st floor). My 81-year-old mother-in-law put her perfume on every night in her room and in the hallway. 3 stars: my god, not to mention the serious professional misconduct acknowledged by the other son, the manager. It's truly catastrophic. Otherwise, the breakfast was impeccable, the dinner ranged from very dry/disproportionate to very good (you wonder if there were two different chefs), a beautiful, well-designed room, a very nice hotel, a beautiful view, great facilities, and thankfully the staff is extremely nice. Shouting "I'm going to break all your teeth": You don't say that to anyone, especially not in the middle of breakfast in the middle of a hotel. You have to be truly crazy. Now, if we condone these kinds of people, it's a choice.

03/02/2026: Lovely week's stay in Flaine with a group of 5 adults in one spacious apartment. Will definitely return. Great location for the resort, lovely front desk staff, well-equipped apartments and facilities - roomy ski locker, fantastic loan fondue machine, and ample towels with bathrobes and slippers (only 2 there on check-in but the extra 3 were instantly provided from the spa reception). Generous amounts of crockery and glassware, which other similar hotels can be stingy with, and good cleaning and condiment set provided. Loved the pool and spa facilities - think some reviewers need to figure out the difference between a whirlpool that's operating at its described temperatures from the signs (31-35°) and a jacuzzi. The jets were brilliant for pummeling sore muscles, and the sauna was delightful. Ski-in is definitely not for beginners - mogul-prone red run - but we had 2 adults who had never skied before the trip who were happy to ski out from day 3. I'd recommend sending one person up to check in then return with the code for the door to the ground floor with its lifts, as it is a reasonable heft of stairs up to reception with luggage.

24/01/2026: What a fantastic place ..... Grand massif area is absolutly stunning Location to slopes bars and cafes etc is literally as you exit building The Spar is superb......Pool is lovely and staff are fantastic with a special shout out to Max ....niceoneMax Will be returning
