14/05/2026: I found this place after 6 hours hiking. I was dying for a well deserved beer and Isabelle kept me well hydrated. 🤣 I came back a few days later to meet a friend and despite being fully booked, Isabelle went out of her way to accommodate us. Highly recommend this place for the warm hospitality, cozy setting and great food!

The quality of the food, the perfectly executed hot dishes, the seamless organization, and the efficient and attentive service team: everything was impeccable. The sales team also distinguished themselves through the quality of their interactions and their support. An overall service of an excellent standard.

13/04/2026: A fantastic experience at La Table à Raclette! The raclette was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. We enjoyed it from start to finish. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it!

28/05/2026: The setting is very pleasant, the food is simple and good, using local products. However, the wait to take our order is barely acceptable. Thirty minutes to take our drinks order for aperitifs—oh, sure, we could have ordered our main courses at the same time. We still had to wait. Then, one of the staff members, who wasn't our server, came to inspect our table, putting his head way too close to us. As if he were checking the work of his servers, it made us very uncomfortable; it was a bizarre attitude. In the end, we ate well, but you shouldn't be in a hurry. Two and a half hours for an aperitif, a main course, and a dessert.

14/03/2026: Once again, we had a wonderful time at the hotel restaurant. A very warm welcome, authentic cuisine with a truly amazing fondue and homemade desserts. We'll be back!

01/03/2026: A lovely hotel with a very warm welcome. The staff were professional and courteous. A special thank you to Sabrina who, throughout our stay, dedicated herself to making it as pleasant as possible. Thanks also to the chef for the wonderful meals: a cuisine to discover, specialties to devour, and a cheerful atmosphere right from breakfast (absolutely fantastic!). The location is ideal for enjoying the ski areas of Essert and La Chapelle d’Abondance or for exploring the surrounding area. We will be back. Hélène and Fabrice.

20/04/2026: A nice little restaurant in the heart of La Clusaz. The food is good, the burgers are huge and delicious, and the pints are proper pints (a bit pricey). The owner is very welcoming and friendly. Thanks to him!

30/11/2025: Their pizza was amazing. Well done! Really great, a very relaxing time, but I'm confused. Are they open or closed? Your online hours really need updating because they're completely random... the pizzeria has been closed for a while now and we haven't even been told why... What's going on?

16/03/2026: You can't miss the iconic Bacchus: the chef and his pink uniform. And when I say pink… I'm not talking pale pink or baby pink. No, I'm talking a vibrant fuchsia, the kind that will make your eyes pop before you even taste the appetizer. The chef sees life through rose-colored glasses, and it shows: a big smile, a warm welcome, and a team—partly family—that truly goes the extra mile. The food is a delight: delicious, generous, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is friendly, and there's even a playroom to keep the kids entertained while their parents enjoy their meal in peace. In short, a place where you eat very well and have a truly wonderful time. Needless to say, I can't wait to go back!

19/02/2026: We’ve been coming to Bacchus by Crychar for years. It’s our favourite place for a late lunch. Greg, Céline and the team are always so welcoming, the food is incredible and wine delicious! Tip… get the kids food in and then send them off to the play room… and relax!!!

02/04/2026: Great place! The atmosphere was amazing. I believe Mark is the owner. He and his staff were really wonderful. They were on top of everything. Very friendly people. You felt very at home. Everyone talked to everyone. There were a lot of regulars there. A mix of English and French. The music was great. Chris Kern played that night and the whole place was hopping. Everyone was singing and dancing and having a great time. Beware of the steep steps to the bathroom. They are ancient and original to the building and really cool!

27/03/2026: For us, this became ‘the little place with the rude farmer’. Nice terrace, good coffee and tea, but an incredibly rude employee taking the orders. We used to come here regularly last year, but there is now an employee walking around whom we didn't know yet. From now on, we will just take the chairlift opposite the terrace up and then enjoy the restaurant you arrive at right away (Le Chalet). Delicious waffles, large cup of tea, beautiful terrace, and friendly staff.

06/01/2026: A unique place, ideally located for exploring the region, on average 45 to 50 minutes from the main attractions: Chamonix, Thonon-les-Bains, Evan, Avoriaz, Italy, Geneva, Lake Annecy, Lake Geneva... etc. Patricia gave us a very warm welcome. The history of the place is steeped in emotion and great victories, both sporting and regional. Trophies adorn the walls. Don't hesitate to stop by. There's no restaurant, but breakfast and meals can be served in your room.

31/12/2025: We had a wonderful stay at the Gîte de l'Hôtel de l'Union with friends. Very pleasant, very well-equipped, and located in the charming village of Lullin. The owners are very helpful. We highly recommend it!
