Even though the meal was good, it was far from generous. A charcuterie platter for €12 was barely enough for two people.
The service was rather slow, but the courtyard is pleasant and quiet.
€128 for four people, including a children's menu without dessert, just one main course per person, and a kir. The children's menu arrived 15 minutes before the adult courses.

07/04/2026: A superb experience! The new owners are fully committed to the success of the establishment, much to the chagrin of a few naysayers. I have no doubt whatsoever that they will bring a wonderful energy to this business. Special mention also goes to the quality and management of the snow at Flaine – simply incredible!

26/06/2026: We discovered Bella Pizza in April thanks to the excellent reviews on Google and TripAdvisor, and we certainly weren't disappointed!
The pizzas are delicious, prepared with care, and the owners are lovely, always smiling and welcoming. It's a real pleasure to come back, and we regularly pick up our pizzas there. 😁
A very nice little bonus: you can have a drink while your pizza is being prepared, which makes the wait even more pleasant. ☺️

12/07/2026: I ordered 3 pizzas, the crust wasn't good, it felt like rubber, and the person at the counter wasn't smiling.

26/07/2026: Whatever you do, don't order pizza here. The crust is as hard as wood, the cheese is rubbery, the tomato sauce is so runny you can't eat it with your hands, and I had a terrible stomachache the next day. The other dishes are charged at full price but the portions are tiny (it's just an appetizer). In short, a total tourist trap!
The service is just okay, and the atmosphere is very noisy.

We keep coming back for the impeccable and consistently pleasant service, the charming staff, and the excellent food. Everything is there for a perfect moment after a morning on the slopes. We highly recommend it! ⛷️❄️
03/04/2026: Always has the best atmosphere! The croque Madame was the best I’ve ever had, and there’s a stunning view. Ski down isn’t so lovely

Friendly and attentive staff.
31/05/2026: I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Hotel Les Terrasses. My room was spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean. The garden is a real bonus for relaxing and enjoying a drink served by very pleasant hosts. There's a large shopping center right next door, and an underpass beneath the train station provides quick access to the city center and old town.

The dining room is a bit cramped.
The only downside is the water, which isn't cold and you have to pour it yourself. At €20 for the set menu, you expect a minimum level of service.
They could easily put a few bottles in the fridge, but oh well... overall, it's a pleasant place.
12/05/2026: Excellent value for money with a varied selection of vegetables, proteins, and a real favorite: the desserts!

The welcome was warm, and the staff were truly attentive, friendly, and professional. We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, with its refined and flavorful cuisine. A truly excellent place that we highly recommend. We will gladly return.
