28/02/2026: At a buffet for 300 guests, the Auberge du Pelloux demonstrated remarkable professionalism. The quality of the food, the perfectly executed hot dishes, the seamless organization, and the efficient and attentive service team: everything was impeccable. The sales team also distinguished themselves through the quality of their interactions and their support. An overall service of an excellent standard.

10/11/2025: Astounding, in the worst possible way. A "Master Restaurateur" plaque for dishes containing frozen ingredients is a disgrace, a disgrace to the profession. As for the food, we ordered fish dishes with vegetables, none of which tasted as expected since they were frozen. The fish was salty, the skin was limp, and the flesh was mushy (QED for frozen). The fries, advertised as "homemade," were pale, all the same size and color, and mushy—they didn't lie! The only positive thing about the dish was the mashed potatoes. This establishment clearly doesn't hide the fact that its dishes are overpriced for the quality served… No, I'm not paying €24 for a dish where two-thirds of my plate comes straight from the freezer; otherwise, I'd stay home. The service was fine… apparently, having menus with the desserts is too complicated. A poster at the end of the room (an A4 sheet in 15-point font) lists the desserts, which the waitress asked us to read with a "good luck," half the table having their backs to the poster. This isn't even something you should offer customers… especially since, after seeing our faces, she suggested moving the menu closer. When paying, we shared our comments and our disappointment. They replied that they were surprised we thought they were serving frozen food and that the information would be passed on to the chef. Let's be clear, let's be honest, this reaction doesn't deny they use frozen food. Good luck.

07/01/2026: The food was decent, nothing special, but the service was absolutely appalling. They practically threw your dish at you, making you feel like you were bothering them, and then there was the bald, arrogant waiter. (Thank goodness the owner knows his stuff, and that makes up for everything.)

12/03/2026: Living in Les Contamines, we had been wanting to try this place for a while. It was a wonderful discovery, both in terms of the location and the food: perfectly balanced portions, fresh, seasonal produce, and original flavors. We will gladly return.

07/06/2025: We've been regulars at this restaurant for several years. It's hard to find a good place to dine in Annemasse. Try this place and you'll become a regular too. The kindness and professionalism of the team, the quality of the dishes, the setting is very warm (and not kitsch!), the speed of the service. The hygiene is impeccable, this point is important to us. This restaurant ticks all the boxes! I recommend it without reservation.

06/01/2026: We visited as a group of four and ordered two items since we weren’t very hungry. The server told us we needed four dishes total, so we ordered two additional items. Shortly after, the manager aggressively approached us and insisted we must order four main dishes or be charged per person—contradicting the server. When we asked to cancel and leave, the manager yelled at us, claimed we weren’t allowed to leave, grabbed menus from our hands, and repeatedly touched and yelled at my sister despite being asked to stop. We were humiliated and forced to pay for the starters just to leave. This was not about money, but about extremely unprofessional, aggressive behavior and lack of communication. I would strongly advise tourists and families to avoid this place and from what I have heard food is mid....

16/01/2026: I've had a great experience with Nathalie and the whole team for many years. The club is improving in every way, constantly upgrading its equipment and making it more intuitive overall. The coaches are also very helpful and give excellent advice for progressing. I highly recommend it!

26/12/2025: So, I can only do aquagym because of my knee, even though I'm 65. I only attend classes with two coaches, Melanie and Frank, and the rest aren't trained for aquafitness classes, and the result is just deplorable. It's the management's fault; they don't train their instructors when they hire them. In fact, they have to improvise. I feel sorry for them. It's just deplorable for a €212 subscription. It's a shame they have no competition, so in our opinion, they ask for it but don't care at all. And six showers are out of service, while there were no showers for two weeks this summer. When will they start taking the money paid seriously? We don't know.

18/02/2026: A good mountain restaurant with excellent food, though the prices are quite high, but it's right on the slopes. Even without a reservation, they try to find a solution. I recommend it and we'll be back!

16/02/2026: There was a crowd in front of the snack bar, people waiting somewhere to eat, I thought. I just wanted a drink, so I went looking for a waiter to politely ask where to go... Well, it had been a long time since I'd encountered someone so unfriendly! "There are people waiting, can't you see? They're not waiting for nothing, besides, there's a sign." The sign was already hidden by the people waiting, and all I wanted was a drink, not food. "This isn't the place, sir, you need to go to the snack bar!" As if that were obvious! The good thing is that my 6-year-old daughter got to see that not everyone is pleasant... Anyway, I went downstairs to a less friendly bar, but the staff was much nicer!
