29/08/2024: Fine, tasty, colorful and surprising cuisine. Impeccable service with attentive staff. The dishes are elegant, beautifully crafted, colorful and full of surprises. The mixture of textures and bouquets of flavors intertwine successfully.... It's flawless for this magnificent moment in this restaurant. They should leave Lambersart in a few months and that is a shame. In any case, go for it! Gastronomy is perfectly embodied there!

Very attractive quality/price ratio for both the weekday slate and the starter/main course/dessert menu with choice from the entire menu 7 days a week. It is becoming an essential address for me alone or with guests. Reservations are recommended!

11/12/2024: The best Burger I've eaten in a long time. Generous, with the taste of good products (maroille smoked bacon). As a bonus, very pleasant service and the chef coming into the room to greet you. Go there without hesitation!

11/12/2024: A moment in complete simplicity, an attentive welcome from the teams. Unbeatable value for money. On the kitchen side, some improvements to consider regarding the “interludes” and the trout-based starter which is a little too basic. Special mentions to the dish around the capon (very well executed, delicious juice, parsnip treated with several textures..) and a dessert of Irish coffee revisited in a delicious Baileys style. Disappointing pre-dessert segment of unrisen clementine… Thank you we had a pleasant time. PS we were unable to publish our photos

11/12/2024: A great experience spoiled by a disappointing detail We recently dined at this renowned restaurant and were generally satisfied with the quality of the dishes. The ambiance and service were also pleasant. However, an incident tarnished our evening: while tasting the capon, we discovered a piece of plastic preservation film (cellophane type) in our dish. Although this could happen, we would have expected better management of the situation. The restaurant offered us a glass of wine for €9, a gesture which seemed out of proportion to a total bill of €288 for four people. We would have appreciated a more meaningful gesture. This kind of incident leaves a bitter taste in an otherwise successful experience. In summary, it's a good restaurant, but the lack of consideration for an issue like this might deter some.

29/10/2024: Sommes venus avec nos amis de Sameon pour un repas d'anniversaire. Belle salle cosy, bon accueil, Après l'apéro, champagne et americano (bon), avons pris en entrée des Saint Jacques, crème butternut, bien préparées puis en plat : un paleron de veau, un duo de ris de veau Saint Jacques, morilles et un filet de turbot. Tous ces plats étaient excellents et bien présentés avec de beaux produits. En dessert, crêpes suzettes revisitees, dessert fin et sucré à base de petits rouleaux de crêpes à la crème d'orange avec une glace vanille. Belle carte de vins et service professionnel. Une maison sérieuse qui reste une table gastronomique. À recommander.

07/10/2024: Nous avons passé une excellente soirée et tout était parfait, dans le raffinement ; de l'entrée au dessert sans oublier le service assuré d'une main de maître par Florian, que nous remercions pour ses conseils culinaires judicieux, ce qui justifie la 5e étoile dans notre note.

01/09/2024: Excellent restaurant in Baisieux. From the welcome to the quality of the products, you will not be disappointed by Le Trou Normand. The products are fresh and “homemade” which is becoming a little rare for a set of services (starter to dessert). In summary, Le Trou Normand is an excellent restaurant and you will not be disappointed for a lunch or dinner for two or with family. Price rating: it costs around €20 for the dish.

09/09/2024: Les pizzas sont divines! Après plusieurs voyage en Italie (dont Palerme et Naples), je vous assure qu’elles sont meilleures!! Sans exagérer, tout est parfait, de la pâte aux ingrédient. Pour résumer, elles transpirent l’amour! Je recommande très très vivement.

10/08/2024: Bonne cuisine mais fait payer la carafe d’eau en terrasse malgré la loi anti-gaspillage du 1er janvier 2022. Après nous être plaints, le patron est venu personnellement afin de nous dire droit dans les yeux que tout était normal.

12/07/2024: Finally arrived at this table, warm welcome and nice seat, immediately at ease in this setting which is not unknown to me. Fast and quality service, I ate so well and so did my partner! Thank you Crusade, we will come back...

08/09/2024: We ate well, the service is average, €495 for two people with the food and wine pairing billed at €90 per person (not worth it), excessive prices for a non-starred restaurant, for the price go to Le Cerisier, a restaurant starred and exceptional service!!!!

08/09/2024: The setting of the restaurant is very friendly, welcoming. The restaurant has parking at the entrance. Lots of fish during our visit, fortunately the chef adapts and does not only have one menu per table.. there is also a menu for vegetarians. Lots of local products! Big downside for the service which is not up to par with the rest. However, we ate very well, special mention for the desserts! I recommend booking in advance.

22/09/2024: Very good restaurant. The plates are very generous. The prices are very fair. The boss is super attentive and very kind, which is rare these days. I will come back often.

07/09/2024: An incredible restaurant! I have come to this restaurant several times with my mother and a friend and it is by far the best we have had. The atmosphere is great, the dishes are delicious and tasty, the staff is smiling and professional, special mention for the manager who is adorable and very kind. We feel good there, we eat well and we have an incredible atmosphere with karaoke and oriental music. For my birthday I was even treated to a gift and free pastries, so a big thank you to all the members of staff and especially the director for their warm welcome. I will come back with pleasure and I recommend this restaurant 200%.

06/09/2024: We came with friends to eat tagines and couscous. Everything was delicious. The boss is smiling and explains his dishes with passion. A surprising but really great atmosphere in this restaurant. We even left with gifts. We will come back with great pleasure. Thank you very much for this evening.
