07/12/2024: Excellente soirée passée avec une quarantaine de nos amis cavaliers de la région ! Accueil, service, produits de qualité dans l assiette et ambiance au top ! Et pour ce qui est du karaoké, vous pouvez faire confiance au talent de Lucas qui sait parfaitement vous mettre dans l’ambiance et « faire chanter » les plus récalcitrants 😉 ! Un grand Merci à toute l’équipe, je ne puis que recommander vivement !

14/12/2024: Decent cuisine and a good welcome Waiting for service too long, compared to others who arrived after us and were served before Presentation of the dishes lacks elegance and research even if we know that it is an estaminet. In response to the owner: Sir indeed we had an aperitif and we were asked when the dish could be served, to which we replied 15 minutes, it arrived 40 minutes later... knowing that in between we repeated our request to the waitress . We also know very well that first come is not necessarily first served. And no it was not a gratin but a carbonade... This explaining this, our comment is therefore not in vain here, and the opinions serve to give an observation of the feelings and not a criticism, otherwise what use would they be? Further response to the owner Sir, thank you for your feedback, indeed we could have reported it directly instead of on this notice...we were just asked if we wanted a coffee so it was a bit tricky to say it, plus it is true that there was of the world and everything was going quickly for those who were serving at that time, so we preferred to settle and leave.

Un parking où poser notre camping car sans problème, un accueil chaleureux, chien bienvenu, un décor extérieur magnifique (au pied du moulin), un décor intérieur original et coloré. Une petite carte avec de bonnes 🍺, des plats régionaux. Nous avons opté pour la carbonade et la saucisse. La carbonade est savoureuse, la sauce épaisse et goûteuse: un régal ! Les frites sont tellement délicieuses que nous avons fait pêché de gourmandise en commandant une autre portion ( à 2€!) Après avoir demandé un petit temps d'attente nous avons dégusté un merveilleux et une tarte aux pommes. Oh, les grands gourmands 😉 Simple mais efficace ! A recommander !

29/08/2024: Fine, tasty, colorful and surprising cuisine. Impeccable service with attentive staff. The dishes are elegant, beautifully crafted, colorful and full of surprises. The mixture of textures and bouquets of flavors intertwine successfully.... It's flawless for this magnificent moment in this restaurant. They should leave Lambersart in a few months and that is a shame. In any case, go for it! Gastronomy is perfectly embodied there!

07/09/2024: There were two of us this evening at the Bouche à Oreille restaurant, we had two very good starters, a mussel marinière and a tartare as a main course, very good I recommend, the welcome and the service are really great, the atmosphere is great, and the decor is really nice! go there with your eyes closed you will not be disappointed! Very attractive quality/price ratio for both the weekday slate and the starter/main course/dessert menu with choice from the entire menu 7 days a week. It is becoming an essential address for me alone or with guests. Reservations are recommended!

06/09/2024: Everything perfect, impossible to find a flaw from the kind and professional service to the quality of the dishes. It is one of the best Michelin-starred dishes, the dishes are taken care of in every detail and you wake up satisfied, full but not weighed down. The dessert is amazing, considering that in my opinion it usually remains the weak point of many gourmet restaurants. Mandatory stop for lovers of gourmet and non-gourmet cuisine. Well done.

11/12/2024: A moment in complete simplicity, an attentive welcome from the teams. Unbeatable value for money. On the kitchen side, some improvements to consider regarding the “interludes” and the trout-based starter which is a little too basic. Special mentions to the dish around the capon (very well executed, delicious juice, parsnip treated with several textures..) and a dessert of Irish coffee revisited in a delicious Baileys style. Disappointing pre-dessert segment of unrisen clementine… Thank you we had a pleasant time. PS we were unable to publish our photos

11/12/2024: A great experience spoiled by a disappointing detail We recently dined at this renowned restaurant and were generally satisfied with the quality of the dishes. The ambiance and service were also pleasant. However, an incident tarnished our evening: while tasting the capon, we discovered a piece of plastic preservation film (cellophane type) in our dish. Although this could happen, we would have expected better management of the situation. The restaurant offered us a glass of wine for €9, a gesture which seemed out of proportion to a total bill of €288 for four people. We would have appreciated a more meaningful gesture. This kind of incident leaves a bitter taste in an otherwise successful experience. In summary, it's a good restaurant, but the lack of consideration for an issue like this might deter some.
