11/04/2026: The food here is by far the best Asian menu in Morzine, with great cocktails to accompany. The beer selection is also worth a visit for. So good you'll be coming back again!

30/03/2026: This restaurant is a hidden amazing gem of Morzine. The food is incredible - and a very welcome break from the traditional mountain food of a French ski resort. Being from NYC / London, this food could easily be a successful restaurant in a major global city. Service was great and super helpful to squeeze us in. Ambiance and vibe were excellent. Everything was delicious - but if you feel like you desperately need some vegetables for a break from the other Morzine restaurants - order the broccoli and the carrots!

27/04/2026: Here's a lovely story from my time at La Baratte this winter… After a bike ride near the Semnoz pass, in the cold and dark, I decided to stop a little earlier than planned in front of the restaurant, which was under renovation. To warm up, I discreetly settled down in the back while waiting for a friend to pick me up. That's when the owners surprised me… and invited me in to warm up. A wool blanket, some long conversations, and a complimentary local beer later: that's what I call true hospitality. I invite you to come and sit down and share a moment with this warm-hearted team. Thank you again. See you this summer, this time in cycling shorts!

09/03/2026: I went to this bar for a stand-up comedy night I was attending. First of all, the setting is absolutely gorgeous. The service is top-notch; Oscar is super friendly and immediately puts you at ease. In general, the whole team is great. And as for the menu, there's a really wide selection: platters, open-faced sandwiches, etc. They even have crepes outside, perfect for winter bodies. The bar seems to never close, lol, only the 24/7 pizza vending machine is always busy. But I think what really sets Rhodos apart is the atmosphere. You feel like you're with family, on a special occasion. And it makes you want to party there every day!
