Pleasant setting. Fast and friendly service even for a simple latte (Monday afternoon, few people, order at the terminal).

My brother in law ordered vegetarian meal, to end up waiting 40 mins for food, and for him to get a chicken and bacon wrap, I tried to get him to go up and complain, but he didn't hence why am leaving this, service was shocking only caring abt online delivery's

01/09/2024: I was in a bit of a hurry because of work.
No time or desire to cook.
I go to McDonald's, it's supposed to be quick and the kids like it.
Result?
I waited a good half hour, while the restaurant was practically empty, I had order 3.
The Big Mac arrives cold, I take 9 nuggets, they are hot, no worries on that front.
Except, there are 8 and not 9.... disgusting.
It's a take-out order.
So yes we have to check, especially in these kinds of brands.
I didn't think to count, but that shouldn't happen.
No more Mc Do in Oyonnax.
31/08/2024: Very disrespectful staff they openly disrespect by making fun of the customers if they have a look that does not fit into their morals it is not normal to have to ask if in the end we can take the order for the reason of the mockery made by the staff it is not even tolerable that people who do not know how to behave in society work in contact in professions where contact with people is necessary.

16/12/2024: It was by looking at the reviews that I realized that I am not the only one, often being at the institute opposite, I used to eat there from time to time, however today I I was able to find by eating not a hair but a tuft of hair in my sandwich, to the point of vomiting, so I went to the subway to show what I found in it and what I was able to spit out, the the only gesture we are proposing is to make a sandwich again? or choose a cookie. Obviously I refused, not even a refund offered I remained cordial and polite and I left but frankly I am very very very disappointed and disgusted too bad that in shock I did not think to take photos

The prices of this coffee are the highest I have seen in a Parisian museum. It's a shame. Nothing justifies such prices, it is simply organized theft!
You have no respect for families or children.
17/06/2024: We had a terrible experience at the Atmosphere restaurant in the Cité des Sciences for a sunday lunch. The prices are outrageous: 17 euros for a simple rice and chicken bowl, yogurt, and a small bag of chips.
The yogurt was expired with a strange texture and taste. When we complained, it was replaced with a poor-quality fruit salad. Later, we both got sick with vomiting and diarrhea, likely from the food.
For a museum cafeteria for young audience, this is unacceptable. I regret not checking reviews first. Avoid this place to save your health and money.

03/09/2024: Today I took a smart menu, nothing to say about it, but in terms of hygiene it's catastrophic, sticky floor, garbage on the floor and tables not cleaned. We really have to do something.
31/08/2024: Good evening, I am really disappointed because after placing our order, I asked for just a glass of water for my nephew and my son and the team member tells me that he is too busy to serve me the glass of water, ok , after questioning the manager, she told us that it was not necessary to have the glass of water. As a temporary worker at MacDo Paris 9, I give a glass of water when asked. Disservice.

13/08/2024: The place is friendly, the owner too, but however the food does not live up to my expectations, the price is too high, and he does not take the credit card, which forced me to go and withdraw money from the other end of town is not very convenient. Too bad because I had better expectations from a French sandwich shop! I really don't recommend it, I unfortunately say it reluctantly. Decent buttered ham, American much too dry "country bread" on the window but it's no longer there like the baguette from Auchan.
