It would take a minute to correct the slate in plain sight on the square but they don't take care of it even though there is hardly anyone in the place. bar. I point this out, after a few shaky explanations I understand that they have no intention of making the correction (a wipe of cloth + chalk = 30 seconds max). In short, it doesn't make you want to set foot there again.

20/09/2024: Drive-through on September 19. The crew member in the first cabin was unable to page my loyalty card. The crew member in the second cabin lied to me by saying that it had been, even though it was noted on the ticket "you would have won...". Customer service also incapable.

17/12/2024: Deplorable.. Waiting more than 20 minutes, they are so slow that a number of orders accumulated and we were all in the small entrance. (No easel so we have to wait standing for our order). Despite ordering on site we were served in bags. We ordered 2 menus, and veggie nuggets. 1 fries were missing, and the nuggets were actually chicken....... A shame but it's not over. After pointing this out to them, they gave them new nuggets, that's what we thought, because indeed there were veggie nuggets this time, but the bottom of the packet still had chicken nuggets.. It's that alone, a reason for restaurant closure. We also ordered an m&m's ice cream which was delivered later, great news when we were told that there were no more m&m's.. Please train competent people, react in order to offer a quality service or leave the catering field. The Google note should have already made you react..

26/01/2025: I had already tried to publish a comment last year because it was catastrophic but this one had not been taken into account by Google.. I'm doing it again 1 year later, paying 4 euros more for 2 double big Macs , and end up with just 2 simple big Macs... unfortunately we only realize this at home? And this is not the first time, between the 30 minutes of waiting each time, the mistakes each time, the cold and uncooked soft fries, I now go to the one in Lunel, too bad, no more driving but at less less error... I still have trouble being fooled every time when you order a double and end up with the single, my opinion last year was the same, scam on scam, I want to believe that to err is human but at the price we paid for it I find it a shame and above all that I am not the only one complaining about all his errors..

26/01/2025: 2 double Big Macs ordered to take away only to realize once they got home that they were simple... This puts the final nail in the coffin of a restaurant taking a dangerous slope.

01/12/2024: last night we stopped at the mac do. It's a shame to run this establishment so dirty. Already no more paper in the machine when we placed the order. The tables not cleaned at all, the trays tangled together with waste overflowing everywhere. the trash cans overflowing to the ground. And then the disgusting toilets. Piss everywhere, both among women and men. What hygiene!!!!!!! We are disgusted with McDonald's. How are the kitchens? that leaves us skeptical

09/10/2024: C est franchement du vol, demander un chocolat chaud et une vienoiserie. En pensant que c etait un menu... ben non je paye plein pot et la caissière me dit tant que le client ne dit pas menu on fait plein pot!!!!! Voleur !!!

07/10/2024: Formule petit déjeuner infecte. Seul le jus d’orange Andros est bon. Pain au chocolat et croissant = carton pâte ! Café médiocre. Prix chers Manque de personnel : longue queue Bref mais que fait Aéroports de Paris pour autoriser une telle concession. Il y a quand même des enseignes plus qualitatives en France. D’abord pour les usagers et ensuite pour l’image d’Aéroports de Paris.

21/03/2024: Small takeaway restaurant where the slice of tartiflette for one person is a good portion but a lot of sauce and the cheese is not too present. In terms of staff, what is a shame is that it is not very friendly, not smiling and not happy to serve. I don't advise you to go low because there are other places in La Clusaz that are much more welcoming.
