- a shower cubicle/WC for 3 bedrooms --> no need to go to the WC in the morning when you wake up when the other tenants are taking turns in the shower...
- no morning breakfast; remember to bring coffee, tea, bread, butter, jam in your luggage...

19/08/2024: Is the cafe nice? Definitely not, on the contrary, the furniture is old and the toilet is clean but in urgent need of renovation.
But it was still a great visit. We hadn't quite sat down yet before we placed our order. And it was the best coffee of the entire French vacation. We wanted a cafe au lait and were asked how much milk we wanted and then we got the coffee with an extra milk jug with warm milk and all for 2.5€ per coffee. So just great.

On the other hand, by ordering a “smoked fish” board I really had the impression of having fallen into a tourist trap! 16 euros for 4 pieces of dry fish and 4 slices of bread... copy to review on that!

27/08/2024: Uber Eats order: So yes I’m going to do the Italian cliché but… it really wasn’t good. The pasta was way overcooked, the sauces were sweet and the panini was bland. Not great when we offer Italian cuisine, not knowing how to cook pasta and sweetening the sauces to remove the bitterness
