05/10/2024: Expérience extrêmement décevante... Nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes nos poké (alors qu'il y avait personne...) Sur 3 poké, 2 n'étaient pas conformes à la commande : 2 ingrédients + le supplément manquant dans l'un, un ingrédient en plus (des cacahouètes....j'y suis allergique, heureusement que je m'en suis aperçue et que c'est une allergie légère) dans l'autre. Enfin, oubli des sauces et des couverts...je peux admettre une erreur mais là ça fait beaucoup...

04/10/2024: Je viens de tester pour la premiere fois en livraison à domicile sur le site Pokawa. Sur 2 menus commandés et règles je n'en ai reçu qu'un, le livreur n'a pas voulu revenir en boutique chercher les articles manquants et j'attends encore le remboursement de Pokawa. C'est honteux !

03/09/2024: I don't recommend it at all, RUN AWAY!!! Really very very disappointed: the fries are (super) fatty, the wrap was poorly closed + too much sauce (disgusting) + the chicken inside lacked taste (it looked like it was boiled). If I gave 1 star for the service, it's only because I ordered via Uber Eats, and my delivery person was fast and efficient.

27/08/2024: Ordered via ubereat I didn't understand the negative reviews the wings were great and the chicken wrap was the same.

15/12/2024: De passage à Poitiers et j'ai pris un Mcfish ... avec un vieux poisson pané repasser à la friture pour resservir au client ... c'est une honte !! Je ne comprends pas que le service client de McDo France ne fait rien malgré les mauvaises notes concernant l'établissement !

Seeing that several people having arrived after us were served more quickly, we decided to return this time to see the Manager, who gave us the order, which had been forgotten. This is given to us by the security agent who tells us that it is complete. We decide to check it, which turns out to be incomplete. We return to the cash register, the security guard tells us in an annoyed tone “What else”. Following this, the manager told us that there was a problem understanding and redoed the missing part. However we wait another 15 minutes then the order is finally complete, a cheeseburger is offered to us as compensation for the wait of more than an hour.
