27/01/2025: After a concert Saturday evening, we decided to go to the drive-thru to order. Unfortunately, this proved impossible. We were stuck for more than an hour, surrounded by cars, unable to move forward or get out. I ended up going straight to the window to ask if there was a problem, but no one came. My question was completely ignored. Meanwhile, horns sounded, expressing the annoyance of other customers. When the manager finally moved, it was only to shout, without providing any explanation or apology. In the end, we managed to leave this hell, but without being able to order. If managing the crowds after a concert or match is so complicated, it would be better to temporarily close the drive-thru rather than leaving customers in such a situation.

26/01/2025: Not enough staff, 1 hour wait, employees do what they can but suffer as soon as there are a few people

27/09/2024: We come several times but hey I had to leave a review... Once again they forgot our order The last time we wait 1 hour. This time 30 minutes, and there was only one other table of customers so don't blame too many people on me! People arrived 25 minutes after we were served, I went to ask.. They sent me back my nuggets which have been cold for some time... no commercial gesture...

12/09/2024: Nice Caesar salad without chicken and with soft croutons. Yum. I will check my order before leaving, complete. I started my order and arrived at the salad.....see photo.

05/12/2024: Drive order === surprise at home I ordered a Big Mac with beef and a double cheese with fries I had a Big Mac with chicken and a McDonald's croque in addition to potatoes. There must be a lot of interns in the back of the shop, take care of yourself.

05/12/2024: Ici moins il y a de clients et plus le service est lent... et ils priorisent les livreurs d'Uber même si tu es arrivé avant eux. Heureusement une partie du personnel est quand même sympathique...

21/09/2024: If I could I would have given 0 stars, the waitress is extremely unpleasant or even mean, I absolutely do not recommend!

15/09/2024: I would have put 0 if possible as the service and prices are dismal. Casual waiter not admitting these remarks under his breath under the pretext that we did not speak French. No politeness, puts the bill in your face to pay when I have just received my order. Prices are inconsistent. We order a Heineken on the receipt it says desperados. Different cards.

15/12/2024: 25 minutes to get your order even though there aren't many people, it's not FAST food. Plus errors in the order upon receipt. And hygiene to review. Horrible smell, full trash cans, puddles of drinks on the floor, the floor slippery and sticky everywhere. And obviously no one rushing to clean. Even when reporting it, 45 minutes later when leaving no one has moved a finger.

14/12/2024: Worst Mc Do in the Orléans region with a shameful waiting time!!! Management problem?? Where is the manager? Lots to see again! More than 45 minutes of waiting on a Friday evening, poorly trained staff? Poorly organized? To flee….

16/09/2024: Endroit parfait por tomber au minimum malade. Pas un seul endroit est propre. Y allé c est vivre une expérience unique 😱😱😱😱😱😱 Le parking est de loint l endroits le plus sur. Juste horrible...

08/09/2024: Clean restaurant. We were well received. The wait wasn't too long.

15/09/2024: 45min / 1 hour of waiting to get an order that was ultimately cold with format errors for the drinks in addition. Never seen before, the bags were piling up with staff who don't care about the customers as a bonus. Avoid!!!

29/09/2024: The more it goes, the less it goes: - products never available - place in disrepair (condition of premises and hygiene) - repeated errors A little message for people who respond to reviews: it would be good to act before one of the unfortunate customers ends up with too much food poisoning. The hygiene of the place is deplorable and it is inevitable in these conditions. I have received a full refund for my order since I contacted you on the site (which was absolutely not requested) and I see this as an admission on the part of the manager of his inability to take care of himself as he owes it to this place. It would be a good idea, rather than working at a loss by reimbursing products for which customers do not request reimbursement, to hire staff and train them, in particular in basic hygiene rules.

28/09/2024: To flee! Dirty restaurant, I can't even imagine the state of the kitchens. When I saw the state of the room, I quickly left!

14/09/2024: Almost 40 minutes of waiting for a click and collect with an order thrown in your face, a big lack of professionalism, I strongly advise against it!

11/09/2024: Because of the long wait for the photos to be collected. I would have been better off going to the drive-thru, I would have had my order faster

30/08/2024: My god, never again, I'm on the road all week and I'm doing McDonald's and I've never waited so long, it's crazy 23 minutes, a room full of flies, dirty tables.. never again

29/08/2024: Came for a salad and a sandwich 20 min wait no clean table. Flies delight in the food on the ground and on the table. The salad was not great, the croutons were very soft, the salad was hot and the chicken was lukewarm. Lots of flies everywhere. The person who brought us the tray and served the ice cream was pleasant.

27/08/2024: Cher pour du très moyen. Milkshake très liquide, à 7euros. Je regrette ma pause goûter à cet endroit.. j'aurais dû regarder les commentaires avant

21/08/2024: A éviter absolument serveur qui vous presse pour finir vos consommations. Préfère les tables restaurant plutôt que petit apéro qui peuvent devenir un repas. Cherche les clients dans la rue.

13/11/2024: Endroit propre mais ils ont un pb avec les sauces a croire qu’il y a un concours à celui qui en mets pas dans les commandes Aujourd’hui commande de 2 menu bigtasty sandwich pâteux,salade défraîchie avec un goût de choux fleurs bien garni en sauce ce qui est rare malheureusement pas la sauce du tasty Ps faite attention à vos commandes à emporter des as de l’oubli
