18/01/2026: We had a wonderful time; the staff were incredibly pleasant and professional, with excellent knowledge of quality wines.

08/02/2026: Order placed with a receipt at 12:45 PM. Only three tables were occupied in the restaurant, no customers were waiting for their orders, and only two cars were in the drive-thru. We received our order at 1:00 PM. The order was incomplete, and we had to explain that the fries and main course were missing. The waiter's attitude was nonchalant, with no apologies. We explained that we had been waiting for almost 20 minutes, and he said it wasn't possible because he was using a timer. Nevertheless, it was finally at 1:01 PM that the order was completed. I remind you, KFC is described by the chain as a fast-food restaurant, which means "quick food" in English. We have come several times, and it's always the same thing. It's time to review the staffing and the quality of service, especially on a Sunday. The restaurant is empty compared to other competing chains, and you might understand why this restaurant is so often empty.

20/01/2026: You can tell it's changed ownership. The staff are taking pictures behind the bar and not paying attention to the customers. The wine glasses arrive limp. The charcuterie and cheese board looks like it's from the day before (everything is dry, the cheese has even changed color). The "café gourmand" was a disappointment; the brownie was hard and the rest wasn't good. It's a real shame because it's a place we used to love coming to to relax after work. I hope it goes back to how it was before.

11/01/2026: Great atmosphere, warm welcome, and excellent tapas. I returned to this place for my son's birthday after years (about 10 years, and it wasn't great and was overpriced before) and was pleasantly surprised, probably due to the change in ownership! Well done, don't change a thing!

11/12/2025: It's our ritual, once a week for a snack or a meal. Never disappointed. The staff is always very welcoming, professional and the service is always fast. Our orders have never been incomplete, no worries on this point. There are always balls for the little ones, the outdoor games are always clean. Honestly it's very pleasant! The restaurant itself is really beautiful and clean, ditto for the toilets. Nothing to complain about! Native of Senlis, but by far my preference goes to the McDonald's in Crépy!!
