16/01/2026: Great find! Friendly owner who manages his terrace well. Very friendly waitress, dishes a bit pricey but generous and tasty, and no overbooking, so a great customer experience. We'll be back, don't change a thing, it's becoming rare in Les Sybelles.

23/03/2026: I'm very disappointed with my experience...😕😕
I placed my order, then realized a speculoos donut was missing. So I went back to the drive-thru, they gave me a donut, but when I got home I realized it wasn't the right one: it was a chocolate donut.
Furthermore, in my order, I had ordered two Sprites and I ended up with two Pepsies.
There weren't many people at the drive-thru, which makes these mistakes even more baffling...
Very disappointed!😕😕

22/03/2026: We tried to try it with our 2-year-old son, who was otherwise very well-behaved, and we received a very poor welcome. We were clearly bothering the waitress, who surely had better things to do than wait 10 seconds for us to think about our order. The crepes were decent, the prices are reasonable, but the service needs improvement. What a shame!

The food is still as delicious as ever, and the owner is still as pleasant as ever 🙏🏼

18/03/2026: A fantastic Lebanese restaurant near Montparnasse! It's a small, unassuming place, but the food is amazing. Lentil soup, fatayer, tabbouleh, baked eggplant… everything is delicious and homemade by a couple. As an added bonus, the owner is incredibly helpful, friendly, and funny! In short, a great Lebanese restaurant with excellent value for money.

28/03/2026: A very good experience at Le Chalet de l’Esplanade restaurant. I had a raclette and Beaufort cheese burger, and my boyfriend had a wild garlic matouille: the dishes were generous and delicious. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the cooking is hearty. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, I highly recommend it!
28/03/2026: A friendly welcome with a beautiful view of Bourgoin. The setting is lovely, and the tartiflette and Swiss fondue were really good.

At reception, a sandwich was missing from a meal deal.
We called them, but they offered no solution, just simple apologies.
I quote:
"Sorry, we can't do anything for you, I can see the missing sandwich right here."
They didn't even have ketchup or French fries in the order.
The order was practically cold.
The order preparation was appalling.
13/03/2026: I went through the drive-thru today, March 13, 2026. The staff is really unprofessional. The girl who took our order three times in a row, then suddenly started laughing with her colleagues while she was taking our order. I find that shameful.

16/03/2026: Arrived into resort late on a Saturday night and went to The Marmot just before they stopped food service (9:30pm I think). Ordered two burgers with chips and it was awesome. Excellent food and drink, and not too expensive. Staff were great, and a nice pub atmosphere.

24/03/2026: Ordered for delivery, they forgot the sauces and the ice cream I bought with my loyalty points… And there's no help on the app for this, 50 points wasted, I'm extremely disappointed… There have been more and more oversights in orders lately…

13/03/2026: Alica was very nice and friendly. Good coffee and fresh pastries — I loved the banana bread! Vibes 5/5, calm atmosphere. Highly recommend. The only downside was that there was no latte art on the coffee.
06/03/2026: I visited today and had the pleasure of meeting Samantha, who gave me an exceptional welcome. A radiant and incredibly kind employee who makes me want to come back to this Starbucks much more often 💘 Never change!
