14/04/2026: While visiting the museum, we took the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant on the terrace: the setting was pleasant. However, the wait for the appetizer platter was extremely long, and it turned out to be very disappointing considering the price—best avoided. Fortunately, the two salads we ordered were generous, tasty, and reasonably priced considering the quality and quantity of the ingredients.

10/05/2026: My sister and I came to eat here, and our experience was quite disappointing. First of all, there was no drinks menu, which prevented us from choosing at our leisure. So, we ended up ordering a blackberry kir by default. Regarding the service, we were asked if we could have our starters sent, to which we replied no, not right away. However, no one came back to us afterward: we had to flag down the staff to request our starter, which is not very professional. The starter (salmon baked egg) was served in small, very hot ramekins, without any warning. I actually burned myself handling it, which could have been avoided with a simple warning. For the main course (baked fish at €23.90), we were told it would be sea bass. The fish was good, but the side dishes were really inadequate: just a few new potatoes, some strips of bell pepper (which I don't like), and a small piece of eggplant. The whole thing was clearly lacking in generosity. It's a shame, because with a few improvements to the service and the side dishes, the experience could be much better.

10/05/2026: Well-located hotel. A great atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel's Monkey Place bar is very original and beautifully decorated; it feels like a home away from home.

09/05/2026: I'm giving 5 stars because the receptionist at the front desk on Saturday, May 9th at 6:00 PM responded to my request in under 30 minutes. She was incredibly professional. Knowing how to listen to a customer, acting immediately, offering a small token of appreciation with chocolates, and then following up with an email to apologize and ensure the customer felt valued—that's excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Mercure La Roche-sur-Yon Centre hotel and will definitely return, even if it means making the detour from the A10 motorway when I'm traveling to Bordeaux.

15/04/2026: A very good fast-food restaurant that I highly recommend. The service is particularly quick, ideal for an efficient break without compromising on quality. The portions are generous at very affordable prices. Special mention goes to the crepes, which are delicious, hearty, and remarkably well-filled for only €4, which is very rare in Val d'Isère where prices are generally around €6 minimum. Excellent value for money.

02/05/2026: A fantastic find! Passing through Le Mans and always on the hunt for the best kebab spots in France, I stumbled upon Sultan. Despite its unassuming storefront, the moment you step inside, you're greeted warmly! The staff is friendly and smiling. The homemade bread is soft and crispy, the veal is homemade, and the white sauce tastes just like my childhood. The raw vegetables are fresh and hold their shape well. The harissa and white sauce combo was perfect. Treat yourself! At €9.50 for a kebab and fries, I think it's a very reasonable price for the quality, especially in a world where good kebabs are becoming increasingly rare, and even rarer for under €10. Thanks so much, guys! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. All the best in the meantime!

30/04/2026: I used to come to this kebab shop regularly; it seemed pretty decent. Unfortunately, I'll never go back. Putting fries left on a tray back into the fryer doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the quality of the food.

18/05/2026: Shameful! They make you wait 15 minutes in front of the kiosk without a word of assistance, only to then tell you they're no longer serving. They ignore customers and then tell them the service is closed.

08/05/2026: Poor service (slow and dirty), uncleaned premises (table, chair, greasy floor). We asked for someone to clean our table before eating, but no one came; we had to clean it ourselves with baby wipes. Needs improvement!

29/08/2025: A beer menu that changes regularly with consistently excellent choices. If making a decision is difficult, no problem! A tasting menu is available, and the servers' recommendations are always helpful. They know their products well, and chatting with them is always a pleasure. A very pleasant place to have a drink, but the raclette evening is also worth checking out. A great deal offering excellent value for money and service.

15/05/2026: The least you could do is specify that you are undergoing renovations and are therefore closed until further notice.

10/05/2026: The location is convenient, close to Annecy train station. The service is quick if you're in a hurry, and it's friendly with friends. The cocktails are good. The welcome was courteous. However, some points need improvement, which is essential in a restaurant: the lack of toilet hygiene, the absence of toilet paper even with two roll holders, and the lack of soap at the start of the evening service. Yet, when we arrived, the servers were waiting behind the counter. As for the food, it's basic, but that's the concept. The bread, however, lacks freshness; it tastes like it was left over from the previous service. For these reasons, I'm not giving it 5/5.
