21/08/2026: Nice bar to relax in. Sandrine, the manager, is very helpful, friendly, and kind. Clean place, with excellent foosball and pool tables. Reasonable and inexpensive menu prices. Great atmosphere, I highly recommend it ;)

11/09/2026: One thing I was not happy about was when a member of staff came over and took away the chair next to me, which I had placed my bags on. At first, I assumed the staff member needed the chair because another customer wanted to sit down. However, I then noticed that the chair was simply given to another customer to put their bag on. I found this quite disappointing, as I felt the staff member showed a lack of consideration and common courtesy towards me as a customer. It would have been more appropriate to ask me first or explain why the chair was needed, rather than simply taking it away while my belongings were still on it.

10/08/2026: This place offers tastings, as well as selling raw coffee and cacao, with roasting done on-site. We tried a fresh fruit cheesecake (delicious!) and had a coconut lemon tea and a tiramisu coffee. This coffee break was lovely. I saved the address because I definitely plan to go back.

31/08/2026: A lovely place, the setting is pleasant and the food excellent. The foie gras was divine, the scallops and prawns were delicious, and the duck breast was perfect. The cooking was flawless, the portions generous, with a subtle and well-presented sauce. A great find with good value for money.

05/08/2026: So how can I leave a review for this restaurant without exaggerating? Not easy, because it's truly excellent! Alban is a chef like few others... So if you have the chance and the restaurant isn't fully booked, go for the best quality, enjoy yourself, and you'll surely leave with a big smile! The Maroilles tart is my absolute favorite, as are the spiced lamb and the curried fish. Enjoy your meal!

25/07/2026: Alban is very friendly yet respectful. His cooking is worthy of a top restaurant, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. And the prices are very reasonable. One of the best in Autun.

03/09/2026: We were welcomed in a super friendly manner and the food was delicious! We arrived around 6:30 and the kitchen was opened especially for us. They didn't have any vegetarian dishes on the menu, but they were able to make something for me: a super fresh salad with delicious cheese and a side of fries. It really wasn't expensive either. I can recommend it.

18/09/2026: A slightly minimalist approach. The room had no curtains, and the bathroom had no curtain in front of the window, but it was clearly visible from the street. There was no toilet paper holder or shower tray for shampoo, etc. The room was small, but okay. Capsules for the Nespresso machine and a hairdryer were only available upon request. The reception staff were friendly. The restaurant was closed.

You'll also appreciate finding this authenticity reflected in the food, with simple, generous, and high-quality cuisine. Both the service and the food contribute fully to this friendly and family atmosphere. And above all, excellent value for money, which is becoming rare enough to be worth mentioning! A charming and genuine place, where you come as much to enjoy a good meal as to have a pleasant time. A true escape from the everyday.
