08/09/2026: I’m a big fan of Ugly Wok and usually come here for the good food and fast service. Unfortunately, today was very disappointing. I waited almost 30 minutes before my order was even taken. It seemed that one large Deliveroo order created a huge backlog during peak time, leaving the rest of us waiting while the team struggled to process it. I hope you can review how large delivery orders are handled during busy periods. It was frustrating for many customers today and, unfortunately, likely cost you quite a few regulars.

18/08/2026: Friendly service and a very extensive menu, ideally located in the heart of the Marais district. Excellent wine list. Wine of the month by the glass, one of the best ports in Paris, and an exceptional tarte tatin. A well-stocked bookstore, cheese platters, a pleasant evening, and quality conversation. Books, manuals, postcards. The place is sometimes crowded. I've been coming for almost ten years.

27/08/2026: A lovely little spot, a welcome respite from the heatwave... Simple, local cuisine prepared by the chef... Just for the taste alone, I suggest you try the ham and cheese omelet to see for yourself what a great place it is: Fabien is a "perfect omelet expert" and the menu is very reasonably priced. It's a fantastic spot in Old Nice. 😜👍😊

29/08/2026: A very pleasant family meal. A lovely surprise. Excellent in terms of taste. The duck breast was delicious and the small gratin was a delight. The dessert was very mild, not too sweet, a nice balance. The decor and furniture were nice, but not the food; it lacked comfort and refinement. The only downside was the acoustics; the restaurant remains noisy when busy. That was the case for us. The place isn't wheelchair accessible, but we managed. In short, we recommend it.

25/08/2026: Several experiences at different times of the day. Coffee in the morning. Lunch at midday. After-work drinks in the evening. Lovely waiter. Simple and delicious food at a reasonable price. Warm atmosphere, a place where locals of all ages seem to enjoy meeting up. I recommend it.

30/08/2026: I ordered a Veggie Wrap at McDonald's and it came with a "toast": a chicken nugget hidden in the middle. Apparently, the definition of veggie here includes meat. Huge failure of quality control and ingredient separation! When I went to complain and pointed out that one of the nuggets was clearly chicken, the managers still insisted it wasn't.
