29/08/2024: Made a booking for this November 2 nights due to a concert nearby, paid (Approx. CHF 1200) already months ago and wanted to cancel due to a family issue. They just said it was non-refundable and that I was welcome to come on another date. I would have agreed to pay CHF 100 as a cancellation fee. But no refund at all is just not customer-friendly. This hotel is going on my blacklist!

29/08/2024: I was with my partner to relax on our day of rest and it was simply wonderful, facilities and staff of 10. Recommended to rest body and mind.

03/12/2024: First experience for us with our little girl on top! The pancakes are original and very good. Very pleasant and smiling service. Special mention for the salted chocolate!

30/11/2024: We ate very well, the portions are really generous, the manager is very friendly, the decor and the atmosphere are warm. We recommend it to you!

13/09/2024: Superbe cave à manger, bons produits et la clientèle est internationale et sympa. A défaut de ne pas avoir pu faire le restaurant on a au moins profite de la cave à vins !

27/08/2024: The joys of the US, in the heart of Paris! Only American tourists, advice on wines close to zero (the waiter lists the grape varieties tersely, making it difficult to make a nice choice). The best part: to pay, they hand you the latest card machine and tell you: “to add the tip, click here”. This is all great, but only when you're in New York or San Francisco 😂 Very disappointing the Rican cellar of Septime 🥲 Cheers!

02/09/2024: Very good hot drinks and cakes, comfortable space. However the service was very slow and not the most attentive.

17/08/2024: Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Ne pas rater le plat de tripes maison et la tarte normande.... De plus le service est très sympathique et attentionné.

14/09/2024: The service is so long that it greatly degrades the restaurant experience, which has everything to be pleasant. The food is good without being sensational but 2 hours to be served, especially in the evening with children, is too much. And when we ask why it takes so long, we are told that it is due to our late arrival and that we are therefore the last to be served: we arrived at 8:30 p.m. and we had reservations! We do not recommend.

08/09/2024: Very good address, we tried everything (a la carte dishes, daily menu and 2-course bouillabaisse to order) and everything was excellent.

07/09/2024: Très jolie vue sur le port de lattes . Menu du jour entrée plat parfait Salade de chèvre excellent, tomates farcies excellent et quantité excellente café très bon avec crème au chocolat. Nous reviendrons

23/09/2024: Disappointing and to be avoided. As a neighbor, I used to regularly come and have a coffee at Malongo, but after my last visit, I will never set foot there again. Not only is the coffee expensive and poor quality, but the service is simply pitiful. On my last visit, I waited 10 minutes behind the counter while the new saleswoman did who knows what behind the bar. Not only did she serve another person who arrived well after me, but she also gave me an unpleasant look when I told her I was waiting. Instead of apologizing, she responded with an off-color remark: "I thought you were actually thinking." No hello, no goodbye, and above all, no coffee. I wasted 15 minutes for nothing, between average coffee and an unprofessional waitress. I strongly advise against this cafe.
