22/01/2026: A fantastic find in Ploërmel! The welcome at Le P'tit Bidon is warm and the atmosphere truly convivial. The dishes are generous, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The value for money is unbeatable. The service is quick and attentive; you can tell the team takes pride in doing things well. An authentic place where you feel right at home. I highly recommend this gem on Rue de la Gare, perfect for lunch or dinner with friends or family!

12/05/2026: Disappointed with this coffee shop/roastery. I've known this place for 20 years, but I've been coming less and less often to sit down because it's always too crowded due to social media... it's too noisy, not pleasant at all. I still used to come to buy coffee beans, though, because I thought the quality was excellent. But recently I found a pebble in a bag of Costa Rica coffee I had bought. As you can see in the photos, it's bigger than the beans; I was worried it might break my Hario grinder. I contacted the establishment by email; I was ready to go back and show them in person, but their response was that this is a very rare occurrence, and it's not dirty because it was roasted at a high temperature… So they don't even want to check what the pebble looked like (the contact form on their website doesn't allow you to attach photos, so they haven't seen what it looks like), nor do they offer a coffee exchange. Despite him saying it wasn't dirty, it certainly didn't look clean. There was still about 50g left in the bag, but I didn't want to drink any more. (Plus, this time the roast level was really poor; you can see they were roasted very differently? Some were well-done, others not...) It's a shame, but I'll never buy coffee here again. I can't trust them anymore.

23/05/2026: Living right next door, we were hoping to find our little neighborhood hangout, but the experience fell short. The Blue Hawaii was tasteless, served without ice and very poorly mixed (despite its attractive green color). As for my wife's Mojito, served with crushed ice this time, it was completely bland: no rum or lemon flavor, just a faint taste of mint drowned in water. For the price of the cocktails with alcohol, we felt like we were drinking flavored water. It's a real shame for our neighbors. This will be our last time at this establishment for cocktails.

30/04/2026: Where to begin? Definitely the service. Exceptional servers who truly understand hospitality. An atmosphere worthy of a real Irish pub, just the way we like them. And a kitchen that knows how to welcome friends. You can go there without hesitation. See you soon, you fantastic team!

30/05/2026: I was at the restaurant yesterday, May 29, 2026, with a friend around 1:00 PM. We ate a meat tagine and a meat couscous. We were so hungry that we ate even though the meat wasn't cooked and was of poor quality. After 6:00 PM, we had food poisoning. We need to be careful.

15/05/2026: Great place, excellent food, impeccable service. The foie gras ravioli was delicious. I highly recommend it.

10/05/2026: A restaurant in the Ussel area with a lovely setting, a view, and an interesting menu. However, given the prices, I expected the food to be flavorful. Unfortunately, the seasoning was off; no spices, no salt, no onion—in short, it was bland. As for the service, it was quick, but the waitress's smile and warmth were exceptional. (Just kidding, she was sulking from beginning to end, very unpleasant.) Of course, we mentioned the problem when the bill arrived, during the traditional "Was everything alright?" but as is often the case, you ask the question but you're not ready to receive the criticism. In conclusion, disappointed.
