19/06/2025: The terrace wasn't full and there were no waiters in sight, so we sat down at a table. A waiter then came over and gave us a dirty look. After that, we waited in vain to place our order. The waiter preferred to serve women who arrived after us, and we were pointedly ignored, so we left the restaurant.

26/07/2024: Infamous royal couscous (takeaway); thrown in the trash immediately: no seasoning, too much cinnamon or I don't know what spice, uncooked vegetables, which made it disgusting. The portion went straight into the trash and the other returned to the owner who was very unhappy with my return with the meat in sauce and semolina from the second portion, his culinary masterpiece. He pointed out that no customer had complained in the restaurant except me. I offered him a taste and told him what he thought. He refused and was quite aggressive in telling me not to set foot in his bistro again. I assure him this will not happen. I would like to point out that he reimbursed me except for the 2 merguez and the skewer he charged me (classy all the way...).😤😤😤

04/01/2026: This bar has everything to be a great spot in Angers: well-located, spacious, rock 'n' roll vibe, wide selection of drinks... BUT (and yes, there's a big but), the service is appalling, unwelcoming if you don't fit their customer profile. It's not about causing trouble, behaving badly, or disturbing the other patrons, but apparently, on the owner's orders, you can quickly be labeled as having the wrong look. It's deplorable, and what bothers me even more is that they haven't grasped how staff should behave in the hotel and restaurant industry, or even in a bar. So, it's clear that their clientele is nothing more than a source of income for them. There's no consideration for the customers, no passion for the job. Some of them would be better off putting their checkered caps back on and going to work at Renault. At least they'd be up to the task. Honestly, avoid it.

20/07/2025: Great welcome, fresh produce, prices not excessive. The salads are very refreshing, refined and we really enjoyed them! Quiet place with a small terrace 🥰

18/07/2025: A warm welcome and expert advice are offered, along with a selection of cheeses selected by a knowledgeable and helpful professional. In addition, there's also a selection of quality charcuterie, served with meticulous hygiene. Let's not forget the selection of some excellent bottles to accompany the cheeses and charcuterie. If you're not familiar with the shop, be sure to visit; the owner will be waiting for you with a smile; it's well worth the effort.

28/09/2025: We’ve had such an amazing experience here!!! From the moment we walked through the door until the end, the staff did a great job making us feel really special. The food was incredible. The steak was cooked to perfection. They helped us choose a bottle of wine, and it was perfect. This is such a special place!!! ANDA they have SO MUCH Chartreuse!

21/10/2025: Today we had a wonderful lunch of tasty well cooked pork with a perfect sauce, rice and salad served with red wine.

20/09/2025: We were sat near the front door (open) where people were smoking. The food was baffling. I wanted a salad, and received a plate with some slices of fruit (apple, orange and peach) which were nice, but the rest ... ??? Four large spring rolls with too much five-spice powder. Steamed rice. Two dipping bowls of some sauce. And a roll of iceberg lettuce with two slices of tomato. No salad dressing. What to eat with what? My partner had steak that he said was mediocre, with greasy fries, and for what passed for salad (a piece of lettuce). €20 per plate. So unimpressed with this first experience of French food.

12/12/2025: I love this place; it's comfortable, and the food is good, even if the sandwiches aren't very generous or large—I think they'd benefit from making bigger paninis. The iced teas are delicious, and they often have new coffee recipes. The loyalty card is a nice little bonus with small gifts that make you want to come back!

01/12/2025: A very good coffee shop from the Columbus chain. The service is very well organized; several orders are taken simultaneously by the staff, who are very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. And the chai latte, the seasonal cinnamon version of which was recommended to me by one of the servers, was excellent. Thank you again for your hospitality :)

01/02/2026: Not only was the meal cold and looked like it had been eaten yesterday, but the service was so careless they forgot the boxmaster that was supposed to be the main course. Terrible.
