Friendly service.
Daily special (grilled sea bream with eggplant) and dessert (pineapple tiramisu) are very good and very reasonably priced: €16.90 for the set or €12.90 for the main course.

14/08/2024: Expérience très désagréable. Je souhaitais commander deux cafés, il était 13h30, la personne au comptoir de façon peu aimable m'a demandé si on mangeait, lui ayant répondu que non elle a refusé de me servir. J'aurai du prendre une bière car ça elle acceptait de le servir!

Nothing to complain about, from starter to dessert, everything was good, tasty, friendly and impeccable service. The only downside was that we were in the veranda and it was very hot. Air conditioning would be welcome. We recommend the place.

27/06/2025: Very bad experience after 3 months of coming every Thursday and Friday during my night shift to have a coffee and a pain au chocolat. Following payment refusal he wished me a good day when I politely asked if I could come tomorrow to give him the missing 4€. Knowing that the coffee will end up in the trash I find that a shame and not very commercial... disappointed

20/07/2024: After a meal in a nearby restaurant where we consumed Sadi Malot blanc de blanc with 2 couples of friends, we wanted to continue at the Le Clos bar. The choice fell on Joseph Perrier blanc de blanc. We were disappointed by a green wine that was not pleasant in the mouth. We brought it to the attention of the staff at the bar.... But for them the champagne was good... Price of the bottle €69 which we emptied into the bucket. Too bad that for a pleasant setting the staff at the bar leaves something to be desired.

01/09/2024: I privatized the room upstairs for my birthday and everything went really well. The platters and tapas were very good and plentiful, and the choice of drinks was perfect so that everyone had a good time at an affordable price.
The place is great, the team was very attentive and super friendly! I had a really nice evening, thank you very much!

10/09/2024: Really excellent experience. Service was quick and food was delicious. Ample servings of food as well. We had a delicious chicken Caesar risotto and fig, aubergine quiche with side salad, two crumble desserts and sparking water for €30. Outdoor seating under a covered terrace.
01/09/2024: Had a delicious lunch here after the city walk. The Caesar salad with chicken was the daily menu, a large bowl full, which was delicious. The Poke bowl without salmon was also delicious! And the price wasn't too bad.

31/08/2024: We came with friends to visit Provins and enjoy this last Saturday of August in the sun, the staff was as radiant as the weather!
The service is impeccable, we ate very well and all the servers took great care of us.
Their humor and sense of service are remarkable, we had a great time!
We know where to eat during our next walk in Provins.
