21/10/2025: OCTOBER 2025: First visit, for the traditional Tuesday morning coffee break, after shopping at the market. (On other Tuesdays, I went to a small PMU bar, closed that day.) SMILING welcome! WARM atmosphere! You immediately feel at home here, and you can also browse the regional daily newspapers: the famous "Télégramme de Brest et de l'Ouest" (Télégram of Brest and the West). Food: As midday approaches, the hungry regulars arrive, and I see that everything is appetizing. Like, for example, the "American Steak + Fries" snack served piping hot! Conclusion: I'll be back, not just for a coffee break, but also for a bite to eat at lunchtime.

21/10/2025: We had one of our best dinners of the month in Provence at Bistro Panoramique tonight. This is one of two restaurants at this location in the old medieval town part of Vaison La Romaine. The room was beautifully mid century modern with a fire roaring in a stove making the restaurant amazingly comfortable on a cold rainy night. There’s a great view better seen doing the day. The food was brilliant and served very competently without hovering. An amuse bouche came immediately consisting of a thick mushroom soup with a cheeses cookie and a seeded cracker. Starters were a cassoulette of prawns in a seafood broth with a stuffed ravioli. Main course was slow roasted chicken with mushrooms and truffles and fish of the day - hake - in a citrus sauce over risotto. Desserts were a deconstructed Black Forest cake and a pineapple with passion fruit mousse and coconut cream. A very nice and reasonable wine list and help choosing a vin blanc cote du Rhône to accompany the meal. Overall a meal to remember. And the restaurant is just steps away from a parking lot. We were sorry we are leaving tomorrow or we’d be back.

01/11/2025: We had a very pleasant stay at Pero Longo. The accommodation was perfect: a large, well-equipped, and comfortable house. The welcome was very friendly. The location allowed us to enjoy some wonderful excursions around the property, in the mountains, and along this magnificent coastline. We'd love to go back.

21/10/2025: A pleasant surprise On our cycling trip, we appreciated the peace and quiet, the pitches, and especially the welcome. We were almost alone and felt like we were camping. The restrooms were adequate. We were treated to some complimentary vegetables. A great place 👍

20/09/2025: As we pass through this unusual village, our gaze falls on the 16'80 sign and the house overlooking the road. Not far from the church (Saint Martin), dating from 1614. The 16'80 year of construction of the complex, sparingly restored, takes us back in time. Fabienne (conductor and orchestra) welcomes us and tells us the story of this beautiful house. The decor is sumptuous, and the table settings are understated and effective. The background music is soft, romantic, and at a volume that allows us to hear each other, the atmosphere is captivating. Between spaces of conviviality and privacy, the smell of ash transports us back in time, and the image of a crackling, reassuring fire immediately invites us to enjoy. The welcome is warm and confirms that we are in a generous establishment. The menu is simple, with no over-the-top exotic dishes or EU products. The daily special is local, and it's good. For dessert, I recommend the Baileys, a balanced ice cream based on the eponymous drink. Welcome here, and if you're not on the itinerary, diverting to this establishment is one of the best choices of your day, because I assure you, it's one of the best choices of my day. I'll come back hungrier than I was today.

08/09/2024: Restaurant à la décoration antillaise avec chanteur de zouk kompa très chaleureux. Nourriture excellente et assiette plus que généreuse. Par contre le patron vous compte en plus des 10€, 3€ par verre de planteur si vous demandez à rajouter du rhum. Nous avons trouvé cela dommage et gâche un peu le moment passé dans ce restaurant.

10/10/2025: A very nice discovery, pleasant terrace, after the walk along the chestnut path, a short break and discovery of this beautiful place we tasted the chestnut fondant, a delight as well as the maquis ice cream, all served with a really very friendly welcome, we will come back next year to taste the omelet

27/09/2025: After our hike along the Chemin des Châtaigniers, we stumbled upon this wonderful bar. Very friendly and nonstop service from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a great selection of various small dishes, from typical Corsican omelets to salads and sandwiches. The prices were also very fair, and we were completely satisfied.

04/01/2026: Very fast service, lovely staff, and absolutely delicious kebabs

30/12/2025: They're stingy, skimping on the fries, the door is wide open and impossible to close, you eat in the cold with sub-zero temperatures outside, and a smile is optional. The meat isn't bad, but like the fries, it's really stingy for the price.

25/01/2026: You order, but you eat what they give you. I don't understand how this McDonald's works. I've never had a single order without an error, and what's worse, when you report a problem, you feel like you're bothering them. It would be good to go back to basics and think about the customer.

25/01/2026: We came to eat with our family on Sunday, January 18th, to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday, and we had a wonderful time at your establishment. Everything was perfect: the meal, the service, the location. A big thank you to the staff who served us; they were incredibly kind and helpful. I therefore award you a well-deserved 5 stars, and we will most certainly return for another birthday or family meal.
