18/02/2026: Passing through Besançon for work, I found this place great and welcoming. Their burgers are fantastic, and their fries are too. The staff is great. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll gladly go back.

09/07/2025: Very pleasant table shaded by the trees in the square. Friendly service. Daily special (grilled sea bream with eggplant) and dessert (pineapple tiramisu) are very good and very reasonably priced: €16.90 for the set or €12.90 for the main course.

21/02/2026: A very friendly neighborhood bar. As regular customers with a friend, it's a shame that this loyalty is never recognized. On several occasions, we've been very disappointed by the negative responses of the waitresses regarding even minor requests. Apparently, this stems from management. Hopefully, there will be an improvement following this feedback...

07/01/2026: As a resident near your establishment, I continue to frequent Club Toulouse out of loyalty and habit, despite several disappointments accumulated over the years. Indeed, although I have been a loyal customer for a long time, I have noticed that this loyalty has never been rewarded or even acknowledged. This situation is all the more regrettable because, according to several waitresses I have spoken to on various occasions, this appears to be an instruction coming directly from management or supervisors. I find this unfortunate, especially for an establishment that benefits from a local and regular clientele. Recognizing loyal customers is, in my opinion, essential for maintaining a relationship of trust and loyalty. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and will prompt you to reflect on this matter.

22/03/2026: We did a quick stop for dinner. We order dine in, it was a small order. A happy meal, a burger and large chips. There were two orders waiting while we were ordering. As we finish a large group came up a ordered individual take aways. As we were waiting for our order we realised that the individuals of the take away were being served before us, even though they ordered after us. It wasn't just one or two. At least 4 take away orders got dispatched before our order got brough over.

15/03/2026: Between the drive-thru oversights, practically every time, and the astronomical prices that have skyrocketed year after year at the expense of appalling product quality, I prefer to go to one of the burger restaurants (near the cinema or Barthou...) which, for the same price, sells fresh, flavorful food. McDonald's, you need to rethink your prices; they're disastrous for what you get. And as for the customers, think about it. For the same price, several burger restaurants in town offer fresh products.

11/03/2026: My wife and I came as a couple. We started with a mixed platter for €20, and the charcuterie we got was straight from a package—it's a disgrace! They need to stop this! The starters weren't great either. We skipped the main courses and ordered desserts that were unappealing and lacked any real appeal. To top it all off, when the bill arrived, I saw that the scoop of ice cream I'd ordered for my tarte tatin instead of whipped cream cost me €3. So, a €12 dessert for apples with burnt caramel is outrageous! We're very disappointed with the change of ownership; it was so much better before… what a shame!

22/02/2026: It used to be much better, the quality of the food, plating and choices available has gone down in recent times. Nice atmosphere and wine but the menu could be improved a little.

21/03/2026: I hadn't been to this bar in years! It's in the lively Saint Michel district. Easily accessible by public transport. Very well served. I went back for a rap concert. Seeing my friends and others on stage was great! Good atmosphere, cheap prices at the bar (it was happy hour). However, the sound system wasn't great and one toilet isn't enough. Thanks a lot and good luck to everyone!

10/03/2026: We ate our meal during the day; the price was very reasonable for such good food. However, there was a major drawback: the elderly woman who served us was rather abrupt! She placed plates on the table carelessly and cleared the table with a terrible racket! What a shame...

14/03/2026: The team on March 14, 2026, from 12 PM to 1 PM, was very professional, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The dining area was constantly cleaned, even during peak hours, the restrooms were spotless, and the wait was practically nonexistent for the number of people there. One of the cleanest I've been to in France. I have nothing but positive things to say; thank you.

31/03/2026: Very disappointed. We went to the drive-thru on Sunday evening with my children, who were eager to get their Mario Happy Meals, and then disaster struck! Back home, the boxes weren't Mario at all, but old ones. We ordered from the chalkboard menu, and I asked for drinks without ice, but they all had ice. I also ordered a sandwich without onions, but of course it had them, so I couldn't eat. Great! And to top it all off, I gave them my loyalty account ID, but the next day I discovered they hadn't registered it. Fantastic for a €60 order! The result: disappointed children and a mom who had to cook for herself.
