14/07/2026: We sat outside as the restaurant was busy, the pub next-door was a little loud but not too bad. Food was good and services friendly and efficient. If we went back it might be nice to try the upper floor.

Of course, at the next window, we told her how delighted she was. So, thank you to that woman! I asked her name and told her, "My name is Charlene. It was a pleasure meeting you, and keep smiling!" 😃 😃 😃

18/06/2026: To follow up on Christophe's comment, I was also passing through Aix and, having just had surgery, needed to use the restroom. I had a drink yesterday, and I've never encountered anything like this before. I wanted to pay, but I only had my bank card. The waiter forced me to withdraw cash because I didn't have any, claiming that any amount under €10 wouldn't be accepted! And that it was the law. Tough luck for him, I studied law! He didn't give up, and I, very angry about this unfair situation where they were clearly pushing customers to spend more, left. He chased me, threatening me and using people around him who didn't understand the situation at all. Seeing that I wasn't going to back down because I was completely within my rights, he finally accepted the €4. I got yelled at, "Dirty Bordeaux girl, go back there!" SHAMEFUL! I was there for a holiday! AVOID this place if you don't have cash. They're right next to the cathedral, what a disgrace!!!!!

07/05/2026: I loved the bar's atmosphere, the cocktails were great, and the staff were very friendly! (With a really cool playlist too!) I recommend it, and I think it could accommodate large groups with its back room!

16/04/2026: It's a legendary bar, but next time I'll check the Monday lineup. I saw one of the best concerts of my life during my last trip to Paris, but that Monday was a disaster. It's a bit of a gamble. The staff are always lovely.

23/07/2026: I'm giving one star because I'm so angry. This is the third time I've ordered veggie nuggets and been served regular ones. It's exhausting to pay and then realize at home that they made a mistake. A word of advice: ALWAYS check your order before leaving.

22/07/2026: This is the second time in a short period that we've come to get McDonald's here, and the first time they forgot my fries and the second time they forgot to include a toy in my son's Happy Meal... of course, we only realize it each time when we get home...

15/07/2026: A warm welcome. The Périgord casserole was very good. The mussels with Camembert weren't large, but the portion was very generous. I'm deducting one star because the toilets didn't have soap. It's busy, so it's best to make a reservation.

The reviews were so positive, it seems customers can't tell the difference between something simply assembled on a plate (like defrosted desserts) and something prepared. Plus, having a magician perform during the meal is really tacky. Only the service was decent, with friendly staff.

19/07/2026: We dined on the terrace overlooking the Volane without a prior reservation. The setting was perfect, as were the service and the food.

15/07/2026: I've ordered delivery through the app several times now, and each time I've only received half my order. What's funny (not at all) is that sometimes a burger or several burgers are missing, sometimes the ice cream or drinks are missing. And that's when the order isn't stolen.

11/07/2026: A year later, it's the same story: a 30-minute wait with no one there, resulting in cold, rubbery fries. It's a shame.
