13/03/2026: 🚨 FOR MR. ARYLESSE 🚨 I went to the McDonald's in Épinay today, and the experience was quite surprising. I went to the first drive-thru window, which, as many people in Épinay know, wasn't working and the beeping was extremely loud. So I went to the second window as usual. The microphone was clearly on on the staff side, and we could hear the entire internal conversation: "Hey, don't take your time," "You have to do this," "We don't have time," etc. I simply said, "Hello, is anyone there?" There was no polite greeting in return. I was immediately told to go to the counter. Not understanding, I asked them to repeat it. The response was, "Hey, ma'am, I just told you." I explained that I hadn't understood. The person finally said that the order would be taken at the counter. Upon arriving at the counter, I simply pointed out to him that there's a proper way to speak to customers. The discussion dragged on for several minutes without any apology. I asked for his name repeatedly (at least five times), but he refused to give it to me. I ended the conversation and placed my order. When it came time to announce the total, he finally apologized and indicated that he was the manager… which surprised me quite a bit. At the second counter, after paying, I finally asked a colleague for his name, which he gave me: ARYLESSE. I would therefore like to point out that this new manager behaved in a very familiar and disrespectful manner with customers, and that he engaged in an argument with me instead of simply handling the situation professionally. Being in the legal field, I can tell you that this type of behavior in a professional setting is absolutely unacceptable. I have lived in Épinay for over 26 years and have seen managers come and go. At some point, it might be necessary to make certain decisions or implement customer service training. On the other hand, thank you to the team member who handed me my order for their professionalism and kindness.

29/03/2026: We arrived before midnight on March 28th. The order was placed, but since the receipt hadn't been printed before midnight, we went to the counter. We were told that the self-service kiosks automatically shut off at midnight, but we had placed our order beforehand, so there shouldn't be any problems. We were casually told to go to the drive-thru, and the employees, who were laughing, clearly pointed out that they were putting the Mario-themed boxes to the side, right where the customers were. Basically, they didn't care about the customer at all. There were at least ten employees who completely disregarded the customers in front of them; it was like being in a waiting room at the social security office.

07/04/2026: I would have given it 0 if necessary. I tried to order from the kiosk in my car, and they told me to wait. Okay, no problem. Ten minutes passed, she took over, and I made a small comment, saying the wait was long and that I had things to do, especially since it was just to order three McFlurries. An 18 or 19-year-old girl who starts talking to me like I'm a dog? Respect for customers exists, doesn't it? Avoid at all costs.

07/01/2026: I was surprised; we didn't know where to get something quick and affordable. We decided to try some lettuce sandwiches with ham and cheese, and they were delicious—I wasn't expecting them to be so good. The price was good at €6, and you can eat at the tables outside. The waiter was friendly.

28/03/2026: McDonald's franchise, watch out for the prices! Mario sauce is €0.80 in all McDonald's except Gennevilliers Village, where it's €3.80. That's some serious rip-off. The manager told me she sets whatever price she wants. Thanks a lot, and goodbye forever. 🤮🤮

27/03/2026: Catastrophic! A complete menu was missing, including the €1.85 Mario item. All the drinks on every order were also missing. And don't even get me started on the packaging in the delivery bags. The service in the restaurant was just as complicated. It's getting worse and worse.

A waitress dropped an ice cream full of chocolate and whipped cream all over my beige pants, no apology, no cleaning up, incredibly unpleasant, condescending, and even dared to charge me. She didn't bring anything to clean it up and told me it was nothing, it was just chocolate, it would come out in the wash!! My poor girl, if you knew how to do laundry, you'd know that it doesn't come out in the wash! I tried calling after the party and got completely drunk on the phone!!!

17/12/2025: Avoid this place. I came with six friends from Spain and a girl, and they told me, "I won't let you in, there are too many guys." What kind of mentality is that? If we're here to spend money, what's the problem? There's nothing right about the childish attitude in this bar.
