08/07/2025: The food was quite good and well prepared. The problem was the service and the feeling that we were left with that they wanted to scam us with the bill. To start with, they charged us two euros more. When I asked for the receipt, they immediately refunded it. When we checked the receipt, we saw that they had charged us 5.5 euros for a bottle of water, when we had taken water from the tap. They immediately refunded it. I think you have to be careful when they give you the bill in this place, especially if you are a tourist and don't speak French well enough!

25/09/2025: Have been coming here for years, but after today's 'weak' coffee for €8 (2x €4), this was unfortunately the last time.

07/08/2025: I think I'm dreaming when I read the positive reviews. Passing by at the beginning of August, the waiter rolled his eyes when we asked him politely for a coffee. The foreign tourists next to me were also stunned by this nonchalance (and that's a polite term!) so ostentatiously displayed. Pitiful!!

12/12/2025: Completely disappointed, after a 25-minute wait, I presented a Ritz gift card to buy boxes of madeleines, and they refused it. The website clearly states that this card can be used in all Ritz boutiques. Finally, I went to the shop in the gallery where I ended up spending over €400 on tea. My card was about to expire, and when I went to pay, the cashier asked me why I hadn't gone to the pastry shop. Strange, isn't it?

12/12/2025: The marble and madeleine were absolutely delicious! However, the wait was very long. The place is very small and only has four tables.

27/11/2025: Nothing to say except that it's excellent and very filling. An open kitchen where you can see everything the staff are doing. An impressive wood-fired rotating oven. The managers are fantastic and always smiling (special mention to the boss ❤️❤️). If you want to eat a good pizza 🍕, you can go there without hesitation... I highly recommend it!

20/07/2024: After a meal in a nearby restaurant where we consumed Sadi Malot blanc de blanc with 2 couples of friends, we wanted to continue at the Le Clos bar. The choice fell on Joseph Perrier blanc de blanc. We were disappointed by a green wine that was not pleasant in the mouth. We brought it to the attention of the staff at the bar.... But for them the champagne was good... Price of the bottle €69 which we emptied into the bucket. Too bad that for a pleasant setting the staff at the bar leaves something to be desired.

31/01/2026: Saturday evening, 6:30 PM, we went in for a drink and there was no one to greet us. Yet, there were only 3 tables... We sat down at a table, and a waitress practically pounced on us as soon as she opened the menu. We asked her to come back while we chose. 20 minutes later, still no one, so we left. As we were leaving, we realized that the waitress who had rushed us when we arrived was finishing her shift. Why didn't she ask one of her colleagues to come? No one, no words, no apologies... This isn't the first time we've had this experience there, and tonight confirms that we absolutely will not be returning and will be telling everyone we know. Want to waste your time and feel like you're bothering them? A great place otherwise, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

01/09/2024: Hello, My partner and I ate at this restaurant this weekend and were disappointed. We stayed at the Majestic Hotel and through the hotel, we had a meal included at this restaurant. It started with a cold welcome, waiters who didn't speak French, and shaky explanations about the menu. We didn't want what was on the menu. We asked for a dish from the à la carte menu and had to pay an extra €10. We agreed, except when we asked for the bill, we were surprised to see the amount. Especially since we had already paid for the restaurant with the room reservation, i.e. €60 for the restaurant, and we had to pay another €70 on site. Extremely disappointed, especially since we were told to pay only an extra €10 and drinks, so not an extra €70. Total €130 for a restaurant like this? No, it's not worth it. I wouldn't go back!

18/08/2024: I have never eaten such industrial cuisine in a restaurant, for a 4-course meal. From starter to dessert, including hash browns and meat. A plus (perhaps for some, the clientele was 75% German) after an hour we were already out. The staff was numerous (not very friendly). I am rarely negative, but here... avoid.

15/01/2026: I just wanted to highlight the great mood of the employee who was at the drive-thru on January 12th around 8 pm. I didn't ask his name... He was smiling, his greeting was so energetic, almost musical, at the order kiosk! I was so surprised, it was contagious! 😁🥰 Young man, thank you for being the person you are. If more people were like you, life would be so much better. Don't ever change! As you told me: you're the boss! 😉🤣 Spread your good humor, it's contagious and we need it! 🥰🥰🥰 You're the boss! 😉🙏
