04/04/2026: Like 9 times out of 10 at this McDonald's, there were mistakes in the order. This time: no ketchup, no onions, no pickles, and it became with everything. My son thanks you... I knew I had to go all the way to Illies after leaving Basic Fit.
02/04/2026: I stopped by the drive-thru at lunchtime and despite the crowds, I was served quickly. The staff were as friendly and efficient as ever, the burgers were piping hot, and excellent. Well done for your professionalism!

20 minutes later, we received a Croque Monsieur + two 280s...
We reordered 2 McFlurries + 1 large fries + 2 sauces.
35 minutes later, we received the 2 McFlurries but no fries and no sauces... This isn't the first time there have been mistakes with our orders... Forgetting things is frequent at McDonald's... But this takes the cake, 2 orders, 2 deliveries completely wrong 👏👏👏
14/03/2026: What a phenomenal improvement! The staff are incredibly attentive. A brand new indoor children's play area and absolutely no complaints about the order (content + quality). You can really feel the radical change. Well done! 👏

From a customer's perspective, the employees do their job very well: the service is quick and friendly, making for a pleasant experience.
However, the way the manager speaks to the employees can be awkward for customers. This creates a certain discomfort and makes the atmosphere less enjoyable. It's a shame, because otherwise, the place would be truly welcoming and would make you want to come back even more.
18/03/2026: Economy... Economy... A Charolais with 3/4 of a steak instead of a whole one as before, cheese present but very little, and I'm not even mentioning the mustard sauce which was only noticeable in the last quarter of the sandwich... What a shame

16/02/2026: I just left and I'm writing this review to say it was very good. The staff was 10/10, the welcome and service were excellent, and they helped me with everything. Honestly, I recommend it to you. I'd already been there when I was in high school, and I came back to relive some youthful memories, and I'm so glad I did! 20/10, I'd even give it a 20/10.
