14/09/2026: A very pleasant restaurant. We were in Pont-l'Abbé for two evenings. We came the first night and, being very satisfied with our first dinner, returned the next day. The welcome, service, and food were all excellent. When we return to Pont-l'Abbé, we will gladly reserve a table.

11/09/2026: We came to eat at La Marine restaurant on the recommendation of the receptionist at the hotel where we were staying. We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice. The dishes were generous and of very good quality.

13/09/2026: As a long-time customer, I usually avoid leaving bad reviews, but the disappointment is constant: oversights and mistakes every time. Tonight, on two Maxi Best Of meals, the potato portions didn't even fill half the box (photo taken as soon as we got home). Paying for a Maxi size and receiving less than a child's portion is unacceptable. Also, please remember to respect basic hygiene rules in the kitchen, especially wearing a hairnet when preparing sandwiches…

22/08/2026: I highly recommend this pub. The food, the atmosphere, the service—everything is incredible and designed for a fantastic time. I recommend the Welsh rarebit, which is excellent, as is everything else on the menu. It's a must-visit in the Latin Quarter.

19/08/2026: The only establishment in the town, and a very pleasant one, for a refreshing drink. Saint Ginoux perfectly represents these typical small towns of Ille-et-Vilaine, with the stone of Monfort-sur-Meu.

The service was pleasant and attentive, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

26/09/2026: We were just passing through, the welcome was very courteous and pleasant, however the quality of the éclairs and the Paris-Brest was really poor… and not worth the price… what a shame

19/07/2026: A small Parisian bistro where everything is perfect: great background music, a lively atmosphere, simple, homemade food, and very friendly staff. The children also loved their special children's menu. And the prices are very reasonable!

16/07/2026: The terrace is very pleasant and quiet (a luxury in Paris). The daily special was excellent value for money. The waitress was smiling and attentive (which isn't always the case in Paris). A great little brasserie!

28/08/2026: I strongly advise against this bar because I ordered a beer, it was very crowded so the waiter with a tattoo on his skull asked me to move so he could pass (which I did) but there was one person who didn't move so he decided to take them to move them except in doing so he spilled my beer, a few seconds later I went to see him to ask for a refund or at least to have my order refilled and he told me that I should have been more careful so there you go if you want to get ripped off this is the best bar.

09/09/2026: Great Monday jazz night. Really cool varied styles played. We heard double bassist and 2 guitars. Btw best to reserve in advance if you want to be in back room with musicians- by phone I think. And arrive 8 onwards You can hear music in middle bar and front bar just fine. The decor is something else-such a variety of posters from all sorts of music and bands and artists from the last 50 years intermixed with photos of past customers-we spent ages looking at them recalling the music. Toilets down rickety stairs but fine. Good enough choice of cocktails wine and beers Thank you to female manager who looked after us, as I am an oxygen user. The place gets warm! Bar gets busy.

26/09/2026: Visited on 26/09/2026, evening service. I was very surprised to see a cook with a very nice, long beard 👍 but without a beard cover 😱 🕵️. It's not mandatory in the kitchen 😓

25/09/2026: Came today after the lunchtime rush. The lobby was a bit dirty with litter on the floor (but people aren't respectful). The wait time was well over 999 seconds. The fries were cold, but the potatoes were hot. The Big Mac had a 10:1 ratio of salt and pepper, and most importantly, no onions on top (maybe they were out of shakers). They were out of reusable 0.5L cups, so they used paper cups… It's a shame because the restaurant is cute.
