23/06/2025: A very good experience at Au Bureau. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, ideal for spending quality time with friends or family. The service is pleasant and responsive, and the staff is always smiling. As for the food, the dishes are generous, well-presented, and tasty—special mention goes to the burgers and the sharing platters! The English pub-style decor adds a lot of charm to the place. I definitely recommend it for a relaxed lunch or a fun evening.

18/03/2026: A deplorable experience. I was about to order at the kiosk when I witnessed a shocking scene: a man (apparently the manager, elderly and bald) started yelling at a delivery driver. He demanded that the driver confirm the orders on his app even though they weren't ready. When the driver politely refused, he literally told him, "Confirm or get out." A complete lack of respect and gratuitous aggression that completely ruined my appetite. I canceled my order and left. If this is how people are treated, I have no confidence in the quality of service or hygiene. Avoid at all costs. This incident occurred on March 18, 2026, at 6:45 PM.

14/03/2026: Things have changed a lot in the last few years. Serious lack of maintenance: a broken toilet, a toilet door handle that barely stays on, a broken sink. And the price has skyrocketed, €12.50 for a meal.

05/10/2025: The boss is not friendly. We came to eat on the day of the Saint Michel fair, knowing that it was raining. We were thrown out, pretending that it was full. It's really not businesslike to put customers outside knowing that it's raining outside. Run away.

16/02/2026: A typically Parisian restaurant with its gingham tablecloths and decor that has stood the test of time. The homemade fries are a delight. The "naughty" burger left a good impression. On the other hand, the steak tartare, bland as it was, deserved to be showcased in both flavor and presentation. An extra egg wouldn't have been out of place. A shame, because the service was friendly.

21/03/2026: As a local customer, I have dined at your establishment several times, most recently three years ago, when I left a very positive review. It was therefore with complete confidence that we chose your restaurant to celebrate my father's 70th birthday on February 22, 2026. We had booked for noon, unaware that the restaurant opened at 12:30. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, although they didn't seem quite ready: the table wasn't set, and preparations were still underway. We had planned a surprise for his birthday, and we sincerely thank the team for going along with it. Unfortunately, the experience then deteriorated. Once seated, we heard the owner raising his voice in the kitchen to his staff, particularly regarding the fact that the floor hadn't been swept. This created a real sense of unease and a tense atmosphere. We also noted several issues: Sticky table and stained glasses Overall tense atmosphere €35 set menu with numerous unclearly listed extras No wine list with prices, and no prices quoted when ordering Lack of clarity regarding the children's menu (drinks included or not) Regarding the food, the quality of the ingredients was good, but the portions were very small (side dishes were tiny). The children, in particular, ate very little. The service was rather slow, but this didn't bother us given the occasion. However, the major problem concerned the bill. It was handed to us in an illegible manner, and upon checking, we found an error of approximately €40. Since then, despite our efforts, the situation has not been rectified. The restaurant owner asked us to come in to resolve the issue, but wasn't there when we arrived, and the staff present were unable to issue a refund. This situation is particularly frustrating and incomprehensible. Furthermore, some prices appear to have been changed (bottles of wine, aperitifs, and the inclusion of drinks in children's menus). I regret to share this opinion, but I feel it's important to raise awareness about these practices, which are not consistent with our previous experience.

05/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! You can immediately taste the quality of a true Master Restaurateur: fresh ingredients, homemade cuisine, and very professional service. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend.

09/03/2026: We ordered pizzas and burgers. One of the burgers was overcooked (the bun was toasty). The fries were more like potato chips than fries. The pizzas were overcooked, and the ingredients were of poor quality. Very disappointing. We should have listened to the reviews we read online.
