25/03/2026: We placed a delivery order, but several items were missing, even though we were charged for them. After calling, we were told that for delivery orders, we have to go after Uber, even though the bag was sealed and the delivery driver wasn't responsible for the missing items. It's no wonder this McDonald's is always empty and everyone prefers Burger King. Perhaps you should reconsider how you manage this location!

14/03/2026: Missing hamburgers in the delivery. After speaking to McDonald's on the phone: It's the delivery drivers' fault, not theirs!!! Fatal error

15/03/2026: A disaster, the place is filthy, and the burgers are getting worse and worse. After six months of closure, things are starting to improve; they still need to do better, but they're making progress.

04/01/2025: Great location with quick and attentive service. I ordered the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, which were fresh and delicious, as well as the Eggs Benedict, which were good. For dessert, we had a slice of lemon cake. While the middle of the cake was a bit dry, the sides were excellent due to the frosting. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a light, tasty, and quick meal. Oh, and they also offer plant-based milk options for cappuccinos!

31/10/2025: We went there for afternoon tea. The bissap was really lacking in sugar and the hot chocolate was lukewarm, served only halfway in the cup. A shame, because the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with games available for children and adults.

25/09/2025: A good experience for a first visit. Friendly staff, we chose the vegetarian bowls and enjoyed them, the desserts were very good and the vegetable cappuccino was delicious 😋 The room is bright and well decorated. Good value for money. Thank you 😉

25/02/2026: The saleswoman at the Kunheim bakery was unpleasant... if she can't stand dealing with customers anymore, she should find another job... it's a shame for the brand's image.

10/02/2026: Very good products. Grenaker Blodelsheim is very friendly. HOWEVER, my son went to Grenaker Kunheim and was very disappointed when he entered the bakery and the girl sighed and was very unpleasant and mean to him. I really do not condone her attitude towards my son.

11/08/2025: A warm and friendly place! The welcome is always smiling and friendly, whether you're having a coffee at the counter or buying a few items at the tobacconist's. The service is fast, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. You feel right at home, with a regular and friendly clientele. A real pleasure to spend time there.

26/03/2026: "Any time from 8:30 am" is written on the front door. But when you arrive at 9 am to order a sandwich, they tell you, with a blasé air (without even acknowledging your greeting), that they can't serve you. Because apparently, service only starts at 11 am :) The atmosphere is disastrous and there's absolutely no sense of human interaction.

15/03/2026: Perfect if you want a quick meal with good quality ingredients. The wraps and sandwiches are very generous. Plus, you can choose a small dessert, which is perfect for ending your meal on a sweet note. The service is very professional. They also offer salads as part of their menu, but I haven't tried them!

18/03/2026: I came this evening with my daughter and ordered an egg and cheese in addition to our set menus. When I went to eat it, I realized there was no cheddar cheese. So I went to tell them, and they just took my egg muffin and added a slice of cold cheddar! I pointed it out, telling them I wanted the cheddar to be at least somewhat melted. They grumbled a bit, but they made me another one anyway! They brought it back to the table, and great, it had cheddar and it was nice and melted! The only problem was, while eating it, I found a piece of eggshell that even a blind person could have seen! 😅 So I pointed it out before leaving, and they didn't do anything about it (well, I did get an apology...). They just took my first and last name.

02/04/2026: We celebrated my niece's 19th birthday at this restaurant and everything was perfect. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the food simply excellent. The plates, as beautiful as they were delicious, were all empty—a true pleasure from beginning to end! You can really taste the passion in every dish, both in the flavors and the presentation. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism. We will definitely be back!

31/03/2026: Very disappointing. Minimalist starter. The salmon main course was clearly from GMO farms: mushy and mushy. They didn't change the cutlery between the eggs and the fish. And the waiter was a disaster. Every legitimate request was met with a rude response. We won't be back.

I tried placing an order by phone, calling five times in a row, leaving 15 minutes between each attempt to give them a chance to answer, but no one ever picks up. It's all the more frustrating because orders never seem to be received or processed properly. If you can't provide customer service or manage order taking, you'd be better off removing your number from your listing. Very disappointed by this lack of professionalism, I will not be using their services again.
