11/07/2026: Arriving during peak tourist season, we expected a long wait, but we were served in barely fifteen minutes. A very pleasant surprise! The automatic door is a real plus: no need to touch it, which is convenient and much appreciated. We ordered at the kiosks, and then our table was served by a very energetic, friendly, and efficient young employee. The menus matched our order, the sandwiches were well-prepared, hot, and at the perfect temperature. A smooth experience from start to finish. One small drawback, however: several tables could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy periods. On the other hand, the restrooms were spotless, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Overall, a very good experience. Well done to the whole team!

18/07/2026: I ate there 5 hours ago. I ordered the "radical" with steak and cordon bleu. About an hour and a half ago, I started getting unbearable stomach cramps. I made myself vomit, which helped, but I still have the pain. First and last time I'll eat at that restaurant.

11/06/2026: As a regular customer, I can attest to the efficient service. They know how to adapt to their customers; for example, if you need peace and quiet, they won't chat with you for hours. If you want to talk or have a laugh, they're there too. The customer service is excellent. Most of the time, the food is very good. On the one occasion when it wasn't quite as good, it was possible to mention it, and they found a solution. There's no need to leave a negative review like in some bistros; a simple, polite exchange is all that's needed.

14/07/2026: The appetizer platter was nice, but the rest was really not great. The beef tartare was overly vinegary and inedible, and the fries weren't anything special. The other people I was with (there were six of us) ordered pizzas: one was a soggy burger pizza with meat that also had a strong vinegar taste, another, the "Viroise," was very sparsely topped, and yet another ordered a small burrata pizza, which was charged at the same price as the large one because, as the waitress explained, "burrata is expensive." We know this restaurant well, but the quality has clearly declined, while the prices have remained high. It's no longer good value for money. Fortunately, the desserts weren't bad. I'm not one to complain, but we all left with heavy stomachs and indigestion...

26/06/2026: Varied menu (🦪, daily specials, galettes, 🥗, pizzas, 🥞...), reasonable prices, good quality products, attentive and quick service (perhaps because there's a party tonight and tomorrow, Saturday. This is in response to the negative comments regarding the service).

17/04/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding a very disappointing experience at your restaurant in Fécamp. During our visit, we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 04/05/2026: Food was decent- granola was my favourite, but everything was very generous and well made. Unfortunately the financier was quite cold- felt straight from fridge- so quite heavy to eat when if at room temperature it would have been better. The menu had changed from online, and more than that a dish had the same name but was very different, so I ordered quickly but got something I didn't expect - The "breakfast plate" was different on the website, and in the restaurant, and on images on Google maps- why not use a different name for the dish if it has changed?

23/07/2026: Visited at 12:30 PM, restaurant was clean, fries were hot, and the sandwich was hot. The order arrived quickly, and the staff was friendly. It's important to highlight good experiences because I'm often disappointed by McDonald's.

19/07/2026: Arriving at 11 PM, we found five people in the restaurant, including three employees seated at tables eating. We ordered two set menus and waited about 25 minutes to be served. We passed two employees in the restroom who didn't even look up to say hello. Despite everything, we returned a week later. We ordered two ice creams from the drive-thru. The ice creams were ready on the counter, and after 10 minutes, we still hadn't been served. We knocked on the window, and someone finally served us the ice creams while apologizing for the wait. We will never set foot in that restaurant again.

23/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! Superb cuisine, especially Savoyard specialties. And the Chartreuse and génépi blueberry ice cream was a delight! The service was also very good. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

05/07/2026: Stayed from July 3rd to 4th. The staff were very welcoming and professional, both at reception and in the restaurant. Good value for money for the room; perhaps consider blackout curtains for rooms overlooking the parking lot.

09/06/2026: The hotel was a bit off our Camino de Santiago route. But it was clean, the furnishings were basic, and the breakfast offered was plentiful.
