For a town like Bry, which is committed to promoting artisans, I am surprised that this poor quality of service is tolerated. And I am clearly not the only one to say so.

12/12/2025: Ordered drive-thru tonight, the Coke cup wasn't even closed and it spilled in the bag, the fries tasted and had a cardboard texture, the nuggets were cold, and to top it all off, the drinkable yogurt was missing from the Happy Meal! This fast food place is a disaster!!!

11/12/2025: They refused to serve my father because after 20 minutes he still hadn't been served, and so my father got annoyed. The "manager" addressed my father informally, even though she didn't know him. She refused to give him his order and demanded a refund without giving him a chance to comment. It's unacceptable that people treat customers like that. I also want to mention that this isn't the first time we've been spoken to rudely at this McDonald's. Whatever you do, don't go there!

28/01/2026: Lack of professionalism; things happen often. For example, if you order without raw vegetables, you often find them inside the sandwiches. They have trouble changing them. The service is poor when you ask them to change your sandwich because they made the mistake of putting the raw vegetables inside, and when you don't want it changed, they complain. They also forget things in your order; you always have to go back to ask.

17/01/2026: At 9 PM, after a one-hour wait, our sandwiches and fries arrived cold. The unfriendly staff told me they were understaffed, even though there were only four tables inside the restaurant and five cars at the drive-thru. Hygiene was also questionable, with two garbage bags on the counter. I do not recommend this place.

27/01/2026: Lunch for two at this brasserie. The daily special, lasagna, was a rather small portion, unfortunately not very tasty, and the rest of the plate was piled high with a rather bland salad. The croque monsieur was equally basic, but acceptable for the price. The coffee was quite bitter, while the chocolate fondant dessert (advertised as homemade) was excellent, although the portion was tiny. The dining area was quite crowded with tables; you had to move other people to get to yours, making the room rather noisy, and the service a bit rushed. Efficient for a quick meal, but not really enjoyable.
