25/09/2024: I ordered at the drive yesterday, everything went well during the order but unfortunately this was not the case when looking at what had been put in my bag. 2 drinks which were not the one I ordered, missing products or different from those I ordered for an order with only 1 menu and 2 drinks that's a lot....

17/12/2024: I come to this McDonald's very regularly and unfortunately regularly forget things... today I come as usual and I realize that my nuggets are not there when I arrive home. Beginner’s mistake, I should have checked…

15/12/2024: Poor The sandwiches (when they are not missing) are more twisted than the Tower of Pisa, the ice creams are soup (but only in half portions), the sauces and napkins are either for a regiment or non-existent. Whatever happens, no matter how long the order is, something always goes wrong.

04/09/2024: I ordered a cannelle and cappuccino while waiting for my train. So, the cannelle was really delicious, but the coffee was terrible 😅 The same happened with my friend - she really liked her dessert, but couldn’t drink the coffee as it wasn’t good at all. I think it would be better if we bought water or tea instead of that cappuccino.

15/12/2024: Service and friendliness merdict arrived at 12:20 p.m. sevis 1:32 p.m. 1:10 a.m. to get our order... a bus arrived after our arrival and they chose to give priority to the bus asked to use kindly 1x 2x 3x times without response it arrived to end up having an order 1h10 later

15/12/2024: Avoid coming on weekends, it's crowded. The wait is endless. However, order respected, without forgetting.

01/12/2024: First time in this McDonald's 01/12/24 at 3 p.m. The tables are full, the women's toilets are full up to the bowl.

29/11/2024: It's a McDonald's like any other and 50% of the time it goes well. Otherwise it's: a 280 served with the wrong sauce, burgers "without raw vegetables" with, we ask for a lot of sauce we get 2 Mayo 3 ketchup, bbq sauce are PAYABLE etc etc.

16/12/2024: SANDRA ce sera le prénom que je retiendrai ce soir. Et cette personne est « Manager ». Visiblement ce soir, 16/12/2024 elle n’a pas su manager son équipe ni s’occuper correctement de la clientèle y compris moi. Suite à un malentendu au drive, j’ai dû me présenter au comptoir. Je précise le restaurant et quasi vide il est 19h, nous sommes 2 à attendre à ce comptoir. Le Monsieur a ma droite partira au bout de 15 min, mais moi je vais devoir attendre 20 min à regarder la belle Sandra et son équipe me passer devant sans ni me dire bonjour, ni me regarder. Qu’est ce que ça doit être un samedi soir…. Enfin bref. Une première personne fini par venir vers moi, mais quand je lui explique le problème me laisse comme ça en disant à « Sandra » de soccuper de moi et part faire autre chose. Sandra arrive, et quand elle comprend que il s’agit d’un mal entendu avec le jeune homme qui prend les commandes au drive, elle fera comme l’autre personne, me tournera le dos et appellera le jeune homme au loin pour qu’il se déplace et qu’il s’occupe de moi. J’avais vraiment l’impression de déranger la belle Sandra, qui n’est vraiment pas aimable. Ni avec moi ni avec ce garçon au drive. Le temps de faire le sandwich manquant, et patientant depuis déjà 20 min je demande à ce jeune homme de remettre mon sac au chaud le temps d’avoir ce qui manquait… mais non. Sandra décidera que non, le sac sera retirer et je rentrerai chez moi avec la nourriture froide, seul le dernier sandwich sera chaud. Je travaille dans le commerce et la moindre des choses était soit de me les laisser au chaud le temps d’envoyer ce qui manquait, je n’ai pas demandé à ce qu’on me refasse ma commande, j’ai payé ce qu’il manquait, je n’ai pas demandé de geste commercial RIEN! juste que la nourriture reste chaude! Qui aime manger froid ???? Enfin bref merci Sandra pour ton sens du service client; ne change pas.

12/09/2024: I am served cheddar fries with cold cheddar, I simply ask to reheat it for me, I am told “no” and when the waiter asks in the kitchen if it is normal for it to be cold, he is told, “well yes it is just out of the fridge”…. Is it normal or is it just in a McDonald's that thinks it makes good food when it really stinks?

12/09/2024: I order a menu including cheddar fries. Unfortunately I noticed that the cheddar was cold. I go to the staff and ask them if it is possible to reheat it for me (without causing controversy). One of the men approaches the kitchen asking why the cheddar is cold and is told “because it just came out of the fridge.” I ask again if it is possible to reheat it and I am told “NO”. I pay for something cold and they refuse to heat it for me. Never seen before!!!! We should perhaps add new training to staff on customer loyalty and satisfaction! That’s not their strong point, believing Google reviews…

28/09/2024: Friendliness 0. Hygiene to be reviewed, bathroom toilet, spider and web on the ceiling. The trash can is completely full I ordered a Mc choconuts, the one who prepared it for me didn't wear gloves, it disgusts me.

27/09/2024: The star is really that we have to... 20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru when there's no one there and the restaurant is empty... all to get fries and cold sandwiches, that's it. is really deplorable.. at the price we pay..

08/09/2024: My boyfriend and I went to McDonald's last night. Sandwich taken in common (cheese) and obviously food poisoning. It's been a long time since this happened to me with them.

20/10/2024: Commande au drive 10min d'attente sachant que pas de monde retour chez moi menu smart erreur dans la sauce des fish ketchup pour les 2 sachant que je suis allergique. J'appelle on me dis de venir pour le changement je vais pas refaire 10min de voiture pour leurs incompétences. Honteux

09/10/2024: 🚨 ATTENTION ARNAQUE 🚨 Je vous partage mon expérience au MC DO ORANGE CENTRE afin de vous éviter les mêmes désagréments car les équipes mc do ne feront rien pour vous ! Voici la situation: Après avoir passé commande via l'application mc Donald's officielle dédiée nous avons été débités mais JAMAIS livré à notre domicile malgré la procédure mc Donald's affiché sur leur site. Sachez que la dite procédure vous renera également vers les équipes du mc do concerné qui vous diront qu'elle ne peuvent rien faire pour vous et VOUS TRAITERONT COMME DE LA ME**E, comme des piques assiettes alors que l'erreur vient d'eux. On refusera de faire un remboursement et même un petit geste commercial de manière condescendate et aggressive. Ne pensez même pas non plus à les contacter car mc do France est INJOIGNABLE par téléphone et aucune procédure en ligne n'existe. Il faudra alors se lancer dans une longue procédure fastidieuse par courrier pour obtenir réparation. Ou saisir les autorités responsables des résolutions de conflits pour les consommateurs. Autant dire qu'une soirée mc do ne devrait pas amener autant de tracas: FUYEZ !! (PS: si vous souhaitez un mc do tournez vous plutôt vers celui d'orange sud. Les équipes qui n'étaient en rien responsables ont bien voulu faire un geste pour nous).

14/12/2024: Electric terminals in the parking lot inaccessible as customers park their thermal cars in the spaces. Request made to staff to make an announcement without success. Restaurant not very clean.

30/06/2024: Often there are mistakes in burgers, even in take-out orders, even when there are few or no customers, when 1 burger out of 2 is missing, or one burger is replaced by another, it's annoying and that not serious at all...
