06/05/2026: We arrived as a family with two of my daughter's friends. I couldn't find what I was looking for on the kiosk, so I asked someone for help. Not knowing, she said she'd ask her manager. I'm still waiting for him to come and help me, not to mention he rolled his eyes when she asked him! The place is incredibly noisy, full of thugs listening to their phones at full blast, shouting from one end of the restaurant to the other, blocking access to the restrooms, and nobody saying a word. We had to tell one of the young men off because we couldn't even hear ourselves speak, even though we were facing each other.

05/05/2026: When I ate my nuggets, I found a huge, squashed fruit fly at the bottom of the container. When I went to see the woman, she acted as if everything was normal, without offering any compensation. She didn't even apologize. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend this place. All the staff are unfriendly.

23/02/2026: Great spot for a quick and refreshing break! The service is really efficient: you're served quickly, even when it's busy. The portions are generous and well-filled, which is much appreciated. The price is very reasonable considering the quantity and freshness of the ingredients. Special mention to the staff, who are particularly friendly and kind. The welcome is professional, and you immediately feel at ease. A great option for eating healthy without wasting time!

23/05/2026: Thankfully the staff are lovely, everything else is a disaster, the prices are exorbitant. I paid €2.70 for a lemon syrup, and on top of that, the syrup wasn't good. It wasn't at all the same as the syrup in the bottles on display. Those bottles are the same brand as in most cafes/bars, and they taste nothing like the same at all!

05/06/2026: A stark difference in cleanliness compared to other restaurants in the chain As a regular at Le Poulaillon in Morschwiller-le-Bas, where I eat very frequently for work, I particularly enjoy the Burger du Moulin. I've had the opportunity to try the Cernay location twice, and the experience is unfortunately quite different. On my first visit, the patty in my burger was overcooked. That can happen, so I didn't hold it against them. However, I went back yesterday for a quick lunch at 12:15 pm, right at the start of service, and the lack of hygiene in the dining area was glaring. As soon as I walked in, I stepped in huge Lotus biscuit crumbs. The entire floor was covered in crumbs, and the tables and chairs were dirty. Birds even freely wander into the shop to peck at the floor. This is a complete contrast to the impeccable cleanliness of the Morschwiller location. It's a shame, because the bakery section itself is impeccable and the products are still good. However, the filthy state of the dining area and furniture makes it absolutely uninviting. I won't be returning to eat there anytime soon, and I hope a serious effort will be made to clean and maintain the restaurant area.

02/06/2026: We arrived around 1:30 PM to eat in. (Perhaps it was too late, but they should have mentioned it.) The staff was very unresponsive; we had to wait before anyone bothered to ask what we wanted. The employee who took our order was friendly. The person in the kitchen was apparently unhappy, judging by the look on their face, since we had ordered the Bretz burger meal. The rest of the staff were very unfriendly (something they need to improve when dealing with customers). Frankly, it was a huge disappointment to eat at this place! I've eaten at several Poulaillon restaurants, and I've never had such a bad experience.

08/05/2026: I stopped by this afternoon for a snack. I was served by a lovely young woman who gave me excellent advice with a very pleasant smile. I'll be back!

10/03/2026: The chicken smelled awful, not fresh at all! It disgusted us; we threw away all the menu items. It was so disgusting!!!! I will never recommend it again! I'm writing this right now. The chicken naan was disgusting; this will haunt me for a long time! A very, very bad experience!

09/06/2026: We come to Tours twice a month for appointments. My husband orders, and everything goes smoothly. However, if you need to use the restroom, you have to wear boots and a mask that's not very clean at all 😂. The cleaning needs improvement for the customers 🤪

10/05/2026: Few satisfied customers leave reviews, so I'm doing it. In terms of value for money, the bar is set high. We're always amazed by the size of the Pépitos and the maxi pain au chocolat—they're so big and delicious. You can tell everything is homemade. Sandwiches can be remade upon request, before a certain time. Special mention for the Pépito and the brookie!

11/04/2026: I'm very disappointed with my visit to this bakery. The saleswoman was unfriendly and haughty. The hygiene also leaves much to be desired. We were treated like dogs. There was shouting at the baker from the back of the shop. I don't recommend this bakery in Caen; go to one on the coast instead, you'll find a much warmer welcome!

10/06/2026: It was great, fast service. The staff was very friendly, and there was even a makeup workshop; my daughter had a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.

06/06/2026: I just got my McDonald's delivered by Uber Eats, and as usual, the bag was soaked, the drink spilled, and the order completely wet. Something needs to be done; this is becoming urgent and infuriating, especially considering the price we pay. Thanks

12/05/2026: Their sandwiches are a true moment of pleasure 🥰🥰 I don't recommend the pastries at all, and the manager could be more welcoming, not just on social media or with customers she knows.

24/05/2026: The welcome was extremely unpleasant, and the service was truly awful. The staff were haughty and completely out of touch. The total lack of politeness made for a dreadful experience. This hotel/bar does not deserve its reputation. Avoid it.

18/05/2026: The breakfast was very good, I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and fairly quiet. The location is excellent. Parking is rather difficult to access if you have a large car. The prices are reasonable.

20/05/2026: We ate at the McDonald's in Pessac and were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was compared to other McDonald's restaurants. The servers were very attentive, helpful, friendly, and responsive to customers' needs. Kudos to all the young people who work there.

17/05/2026: There was a terrible smell in the children's play area. I asked the employee if he had air freshener, but he refused without a smile or any kindness. The smell was really unpleasant, like a strong odor of shoes.
