29/03/2026: Ordering is becoming increasingly long and tedious; a wait of over 35 minutes on a Sunday evening is truly unacceptable service! Note to the manager of this establishment: you need to increase your staff, as this is disrespectful to your customers.
27/03/2026: I ordered at the drive-thru, and my order was given to the person right in front of me, so they had access to my order without knowing what they might have touched. Then it went back to the server, and finally it was given to me. So much for hygiene!

10/04/2026: A 20-minute wait for the drive-thru is inconvenient when you're in a hurry. The same goes for the wait to pay, even when it's not busy. Once, I paid €5 for a large Coke and was served a medium one without a refund or even a word of warning. I had to wait for the drive-thru clerk to come back and offer me a small Coke as compensation, with no apology, no explanation, nothing. I understand mistakes, but not the lack of explanation or at least an apology. Very disappointed.
07/04/2026: I ordered at the drive-thru at 7 pm, and there was no one there! After leaving and just as I was about to eat, I noticed that both Happy Meals were missing desserts, including pineapples, which cost me two extra charges! On top of that, I also paid extra for peanuts, and of course, they forgot them! It's practically theft! I tried calling them, but no one answers; I just get a voicemail! And to top it all off, there were no napkins! Not practical with two 6-year-olds! Yet, it's not like they were overwhelmed, which would explain this lack of professionalism.

27/12/2025: The place is very nice.
The sandwiches were ready quite quickly.
Unfortunately, two of us ordered turkey bagels and we both got sick.
It's probably a problem with the cold chain or something else, because the hygiene seems fine...

25/03/2026: Really don’t appreciate how rude and unwelcoming an employee named Niko was to my family last weekend. We are good customers of Starbucks and considerate and courteous people. We have never been treated that way in a Starbucks or any other shop.

04/04/2026: I'm a regular McDonald's customer, and until now I've never really had a problem with the service. But my experience today was frankly disappointing. I placed an order at 9:30 p.m., and I had to wait until 10 p.m. to receive it... even though there was only one meal option. Such a long wait for such a simple order is unacceptable. What's most frustrating is that when I went to the counter to ask for information, there was simply no one there to answer. No employees available, no follow-up, no explanation for the wait. It's really a shame, especially for a chain like McDonald's where you expect fast and efficient service. I hope this kind of situation doesn't happen again.
02/04/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered several meals online, and once I got home, I realized one sandwich was missing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened.
So I called the restaurant to explain the situation. The person on the phone acknowledged the problem, asked me to come back, and even offered me a goodwill gesture (an ice cream).
So I went there, but once I arrived, the story completely changed: not only did they not give me the missing sandwich, but the manager claimed they had checked with their security cameras and that everything was in the bag, which is impossible, so either he lied or they had made a mistake with my order!
I then explained that they had confirmed the problem to me over the phone, but they didn't listen. The manager was unpleasant, unsympathetic, and even aggressive.
The result: a wasted trip, no solution, and deplorable customer service. Very disappointed.
I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's!

04/03/2026: Hello, I have a question for the Subway manager. Today at this restaurant, they tried to charge me extra for a pinch of carrots, which seems excessive.
I often eat at the Subway in Saint-Aunès, near Montpellier, and I've never experienced this before.
I think the people who manage this branch are doing you a disservice, and I wanted to let you know.

31/01/2026: Appalling service. The waitress was haughty and had absolutely no sense of customer service. I was asked to fetch a high chair for a child myself and then clear the table, even though we were the only customers. Unacceptable.

13/04/2026: Arrived around 9pm, not many people around, so it was quiet. Ordered at 9:11pm, served at 9:28pm. No greeting during service, which is the reason for the 4-star rating.

14/11/2025: The owner, Katia, made my wife and I feel like absolute VIPs on our honeymoon. The table service was very attentive and it seemed that other customers were attended to very promptly attended to at the same time. 10,000% recommended and would visit again! I recommend the Nutella, pistachio and mango ice creams.
28/09/2025: Unacceptable service. I simply asked for tea, which was clearly stated on the menu, and the waitress responded in a derogatory manner, calling my request "weird." She then introduced herself as the "boss" and continued to behave arrogantly and disrespectfully toward the customer. This attitude is completely unprofessional and should have no place in the restaurant industry. This establishment deserves to be called "Bad Mood."

They shouted at each other, protesting because there were only three customers, and their smiles were also missing along with their friendliness.
Disappointing, especially when you pay €41 for three menus (good ones, though, I should add!)
We'll avoid this stop on our next visit. Too bad.

11/04/2026: I never leave negative reviews when I'm not satisfied, but this time I have to. We stopped for lunch on our way back from vacation. The place was practically empty, it was 2:15 PM, but we had to wait over 30 minutes to be served, and that was in several stages.
First, the drinks and ice cream arrived, even though my daughter had asked for the ice cream "later" at the kiosk. We thought it wasn't a big deal, since the rest would come, but not at all! It took another 25 minutes for the meal to arrive! The sandwiches were cold, the fries tasted like grease, and the extras (collector's specials) were missing. When my son politely asked for them, they practically threw them in his face without a word.
To top it all off, my daughter threw up when we got home, and I've been feeling nauseous since lunchtime (even though McDonald's is usually pretty easy to digest). This is the last time I'm stopping at this McDonald's!

We get takeout
Something's always missing: the sandwich, the Happy Meal toy, sauces, drinks. And yet we were the only ones in our car! I even asked the person preparing the order if he'd put everything in. He just said, "Yes, of course!" 😤😤😤😤😤
Plus, the sandwiches and fries are cold.
So disappointing! I won't be back.

30/09/2025: Friday afternoon, bright sunshine, I sat down on the terrace, since it was hot and I wanted to enjoy the ocean view. I asked if we could open the parasol, and the waitress replied, "No, not today. You're not the first to ask." 🤔🤔🤔 I should point out that the parasols were already in place.
I ordered a hot drink and a crepe. The drink arrived, but the crepe arrived a few minutes later, almost cold.
I understand that it's the end of the season and the staff are tired, but still.

06/04/2026: Having regularly ordered a hot matcha with white mocha at other Starbucks locations, I ordered the same thing at the Aéroville branch.
From the first sip, the taste was extremely bitter. My initial thought was that they might have forgotten to add the white mocha. Surprise: here, the mocha isn't a syrup but a puree, poured directly from a bucket.
Despite this, the taste remained bitter, with a very earthy matcha flavor. It was undrinkable. The result: €7 spent on a drink I tasted and then threw away.
