16/05/2026: A wonderful time spent at the Starbucks in Les Terrasses du Port in Marseille ☕️😍 I stopped there with a friend for a delicious hot chocolate, seated with a view… and honestly, it couldn't have been more pleasant! Between the sunshine, the tranquility, and the view of Marseille, it was a truly relaxing and timeless moment. The hot chocolate was delicious, generously topped with whipped cream, perfectly comforting, and ideal for a sweet treat. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, perfect for chatting quietly or simply enjoying the moment. The setting really makes all the difference at this Starbucks: a large bay window, natural light, and a superb view that make the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect spot for a delicious break during a day of shopping at Les Terrasses du Port.

10/05/2026: The staff were very unpleasant; the cashier didn't even ask me what size drink I wanted and didn't give me a chance to check if there was room before I ordered (luckily someone left just in time). The cake was dry.

31/05/2026: Another very disappointing experience at the McDonald's in Montaudran. The concept of fast food is clearly no longer being respected. At the drive-thru, you sometimes have to wait several minutes before even being served, and then even longer to actually get your order. The service is consistently very slow, and the attitude I encountered didn't help matters. The organization seems disorganized, with orders being processed simultaneously, resulting in significant wait times and sometimes lukewarm food. At the Jean Chaubet location, I was told to expect a minimum wait of about 20 minutes at the drive-thru. At this point, it's no longer really fast food. The value for money is also questionable, with meals that can approach €20 for an experience that is neither quick nor always satisfactory. The most striking thing is the comparison with the competition. For my part, I finally found the solution: Burger King. The prices are often much more attractive, the service more welcoming, and the staff seem to be doing their utmost to serve customers quickly. Even when it's raining, you see employees outside at the drive-thru with their tablets to streamline orders and reduce wait times! This simply demonstrates that with organization, dedication, and effective management, it's possible to do much better. Finally, some managers would benefit from demonstrating more courtesy and professionalism in their interactions with customers. The attitude adopted when a problem arises can significantly damage the overall experience and the establishment's image. It's also crucial that some managers fully realize that their behavior and how they interact with customers can have significant consequences.

Despite forgetting a sauce, having worked at McDonald's for two years I know that can happen, but this was unimaginable: paying over €15 for a beef, mozzarella, and cheddar meal... WITHOUT mozzarella! Despite three calls to the restaurant, no response. A real shame.

31/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Two weeks ago, we saw the 4-star rating and thought it was okay, but all it took was reading the reviews to see the mess. The organization is disastrous; it's like being in a souk. It's a battle to get your order because they forget everything. We waited a good 30 minutes for a panini that was made in 5 seconds by hand, without gloves, without even washing their hands... In short, we were already terrified. When you finally get your food, it's a disaster: there's more salt than fries, and no effort whatsoever on the panini or the tacos. A friend of mine was actually very sick the next day, so the ingredients can't be very fresh. To organize things, a piece of paper and a pen with names on them is really the bare minimum; it couldn't be simpler. But I realized that hygiene and fresh ingredients were asking too much. Their goal is just to make money; they don't care at all about what we eat. In short: go your own way.

12/06/2026: We had drinks and were served by a petite blonde lady with tattoos. Really lovely. A shopkeeper with a smile... No complaints, we'll be back for the village festival in large numbers... Too bad, otherwise I would have given it 10 stars... 👍✋️ Yoann..

12/06/2026: This place is a real tourist trap. They put dripping, dirty glasses on our table! The reason given was a problem with the dishwasher... so they didn't bother to wash them properly! A plate of salad was served with leaves that weren't even separated, so it hadn't been washed. We pointed this out to the waiter, and his response was: "I'll tell the kitchen." No compensation whatsoever. Avoid this place; they treat their customers like cash cows.

01/05/2026: Extremely disappointed. I waited a long time, and when I finally received my order, it was cold. I sent it back, but the manager on duty simply took the bag, walked around the kitchen, and then gave me the same order again… still cold. He told me that this was the case for all orders. Great energy and excellent customer service.

18/02/2026: This place has become just another ordinary spot. We used to know it was much better, and during school holidays, they didn't even serve waffles at 4 pm, and that seemed perfectly normal... As a former bartender, I always managed to help customers out. What a shame.

Instead of making Les Deux Guides a hotspot for nightlife in Le Grand-Bornand... it's a very, very ordinary place!

07/12/2025: Situation recap: me, a girlfriend, and a friend IT WAS AWFUL. We arrived with a maximum of 10 people, all men. The women introduced me and my girlfriend. A disaster. It was incredibly awkward, a cold atmosphere, constant discomfort. We didn't even know where to look, it was so embarrassing. And paying €34 for a Coke and two Desperados? What a joke! RUN AWAY!

03/05/2026: Absolutely terrible snack at MIDO in the 6th arrondissement of Marseille! Avoid at all costs! On May 3rd, 2026, we ate a kebab with two pieces of cold meat practically fighting in the bread, more salad than meat, and burnt fries. When I told him it wasn't good, he practically told me to get lost. Very unpleasant, especially since we were the only customers! I will never go back in my life, so I strongly advise you not to eat at MIDO. With a bit of luck, I won't get sick!!!

13/05/2026: After May 7th, the tall, dark-haired man was yelling at a waitress who was supposedly taking a little too long to make a drink, and it's not the first time I've seen this man treat his staff with contempt. The management at this establishment really needs an overhaul! A plaid shirt, especially a poorly ironed one, doesn't give you carte blanche!

10/09/2024: Overgrown invaded invaded invaded by rats in the evening We left the airport at midnight, we said to ourselves to go for a quick break and when we arrived in the parking lot it was just a disaster, there were them everywhere, we weren't even afraid anymore... Otherwise for the hours that it opens it’s a very good thing
