19/02/2026: We have dined at your establishment several times. The service is sometimes very slow. When we order a burger with bacon, it often doesn't arrive, and we have to go and point it out. Furthermore, lately the steaks have sometimes been overly peppery, which ruins the dish. You should pay more attention to this.

15/02/2026: The floor is sticky under shoes, making it difficult to find a decent table to sit at! The toilets are best avoided…

12/04/2026: I ordered an iced latte and received a hot one! I ordered a duo of macarons (two different flavors) and received two of the same flavor (perhaps they were out of stock, but I didn't receive an explanation). The service was also of poor quality, even though the restaurant was only moderately busy.

05/04/2026: Catastrophic... An order including one Happy Meal, one McChicken, and one McChicken meal... Not much, really. We received two McChickens in an unbelievable state: we couldn't find the bun under the sauce (they were double-wrapped, so the cooks were well aware of what they were sending), impossible to eat! I've never seen anything like it.... Veggie burgers instead of nuggets, BBQ sauce instead of Chinese sauce, a book instead of a toy.... What a disappointment for our child! The fries were cold, but that's probably due to the delivery... In short, thanks McDonald's for this wonderful meal.

02/04/2026: Yesterday at 2:20 PM I was treated very rudely by a young man who had a superior attitude and spoke rudely.

26/03/2026: Passing by at lunchtime today, as I often do, at the Brioche Dorée on the 3rd floor, I was greeted by an arrogant and nonchalant young man who dared to breathe on undecided customers... He should perhaps change professions; in any case, if I see him again, I will do as I did today and eat elsewhere!

14/03/2026: I just found out I'm being forced to eat halal food against my will. It's not my religion, and I don't want to fund mosques or contribute to animal suffering. I won't be going back.

04/03/2026: A very good chip shop, but unfortunately the welcome is far from warm, which is a real shame! Hello, goodbye, and thank you are the bare minimum in this business!

22/03/2026: How sad to see amateurs trying to pass themselves off as restaurateurs. Stale bread (maybe even two days old), supermarket-quality soup, and a tiny chicken cutlet straight from the freezer. Not to mention the €17 burger and the €22 royal chips, which were far from satisfactory. And then there was the dust, the marks on the cutlery, and the high chair. In short, very disappointed; the value for money is terrible. Perhaps a career change would be a service to the community.

30/03/2026: Appalling service. A 30-minute wait for a simple meal. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the so-called collector's items had already been opened! 😅 It seems an employee was having fun opening all the boxes just to try and get the surprise item. Shameful. I don't pay to have my surprise opened for me. Frankly, I'm very disappointed, and on top of that, it was cold. We asked for ice in our drinks and didn't get any either. Avoid at all costs.

28/03/2026: Hello, I ordered a €5 McSmart with the chicken burger. I was surprised to find the chicken in the burger was raw. I went to the staff to tell them it was raw and to ask if it was possible to get another one. I approached the till and spoke to the woman, telling her the chicken was raw, but I was surprised when another woman asked me to step back. She didn't say it nicely, but rather rudely. They refused to remake my burger, supposedly because I had eaten too much of it, even though I ordered two patties. The takeaway from this meal: pay and don't eat; unpleasant staff; never go back!

12/04/2026: At the drive-thru. Always check. There's always something missing from your order.

08/04/2026: The hamburger bun had gone stale and was rock hard, three-quarters of the sandwich was fine... I simply informed them without expecting a refund and was surprised by their completely unprofessional reaction.

17/04/2026: Catastrophic. A 45-minute wait at the drive-thru only to forget half the order. Well done to the bigwigs who just talk the talk.

09/04/2026: It's great, we feel like we're being a nuisance by asking for two spoons for our ice creams, and they forgot the girl's ice cream, which ended up half melted because she doesn't know how to do her job, and on top of that, it's unpleasant, and apparently, at least one "excuse us" doesn't exist. Not the first problem we've had here, frankly disappointing!

23/04/2026: I went to this café today and honestly, the whole experience was a mess. We ordered to stay in, a caramel macchiato and a matcha latte, and they still served everything in takeaway cups like we were being hurried out from the start. The staff were unbelievably inefficient. Then it got worse. The café is supposedly open until 8 pm, yet at 7:45 pm they told us to leave because they “needed to clean.” Since when is cleaning time included in customer hours? That’s not how it works. And they didn’t just politely inform us, they basically told us to move out, even though I was sitting inside with my baby. To top it all off, the drink I got wasn’t even a caramel macchiato, it was just plain milk coffee. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years, I know exactly what a caramel macchiato tastes like, and this was not it. We left completely disappointed. I will never come back to this place and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

07/07/2025: One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Wrong order, burger dripping with grease and the burger meat didn't taste at all like other McDonald's which makes you question the freshness.

06/07/2025: A complete team of incompetent people, not a single order served without a hitch. Scrap metal in nuggets, cold fries cooked and recooked, incomplete order, in short, everything to be happy after having traveled 20 km for a McDonald's.

09/03/2026: Excellent, as always for over 25 years! Fairly priced. Very good quality. I recommend the vegetable ravioli!

27/01/2026: I bought beef with onions and Cantonese rice on Friday, January 23, 2026. The rice wasn't cooked, nor were the onions. Frankly, it was inedible, and this isn't the first time this has happened to me. From now on, I'm going to avoid it.

28/03/2026: Honestly, paying €70 for a click & collect order and not receiving everything is becoming a recurring problem! 1: Happy Meal: only nuggets, no drink, no fries, no dessert. 2: Zero McFlurries made even though two were ordered. 3: Happy Meal with a special star for Super Mario Galaxy the Movie: zero stars, nuggets instead!!!! Seriously, change your staff, or at least make the orders properly before handing them out.

26/03/2026: Thanks to Loriana for her efficiency at the end of service and her smile 😄!! Everything was as expected… Except the cheddar sauce, which is no longer on the menu… 😂😂 Everything else is OK, no problems

22/03/2026: It's incredible that in 2026 (and it's been years), you still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for an order in a FAST food place.
