22/09/2024: After several attempts, still the same observation: You don't know how to prepare your own sandwiches...
When your royal cheese looks like a cheese burger left for 5 hours in a heatwave reheated in the microwave. This is unacceptable, after having forgotten the whipped cream on the dessert of the moment launched today and made by the restaurant manager, not to mention the absence of the Szechuan sauce widely highlighted in the restaurant and on the terminals.
Plus, you can't connect your loyalty account, so it's worth promoting it so much.
In short, a visibly gastroenteritis counter. So disappointed.
04/08/2024: Click and collect order. What was my surprise to see when I arrived home that the potatoes were missing from both menus.
It's always nice.... 😤

En attendant de récupérer les produits commandés, avons attendu devant le comptoir......et face à nous un employé qui portait un masque sous le cou,s,est tripoté le nez sans arrêt.....sans lavage des mains. BONJOUR L,HYGIÈNE !!!!!. , DEGOUTANT!!!!.Je me suis permis de le dire à un de ses collègues. Donnez des cours d,hygiène à vos employés......

09/09/2024: We come several times. And we see the men's toilets, in several months. This will be the last one we come to. We don't see this among our neighbors abroad. No information on HS men's toilets, no repair time. Toilets open but tap broken. I ask an employee. He tells me to go to the women's room or go into the men's bathroom.
I go into the toilet
There is water everywhere!
It's nonsense!
Then the order. My friend orders a glass of orange juice. The glass is dirty with traces of chocolate!
Cold goat cheese wrap.
No interest in coming back.

Les jeunes gens qui « travaillent » ici, n’ont clairement pas envie d’être là, et le font savoir au client, dans leur attitude et verbalement.
Mais l’état de saleté du restaurant reste le pire du pire : voir les photos.

01/12/2024: I admit, the McDonald's in Pays de Gex are not the best in the world, but the one in Ségny clearly beats those in Ferney and Thoiry.
Orders are fairly quick, very few errors in orders, the employees work hard.
Keep it up !
