07/01/2026: We had a wonderful stay; the apartment was clean and functional. The view of the lake was simply magnificent. The staff were very friendly. We would gladly return.

24/09/2024: Only two stars for a hotel that I really like. I am proactively leaving a review hoping that it will be read by management and that they will respond to help us find a solution. We have booked a room + SPA day with my wife and our wish is to go to the place by bike. We therefore called the hotel to ensure that the bikes could be stored either in our room or in a secure room. These are quite expensive bikes. We came across a lady at reception who was not ready to help us. In summary, we don't have a solution for you. Your bikes will stay outside. Take it or leave it. Too bad for such a beautiful address. Update: When we arrived, we spoke with the person at reception who informed us that the hotel was working to add a secure bicycle garage.

10/11/2024: Muita variedade, vários estilos de comida, pratos cozinhados, entradas, alimentos crus para cozinhar na chapa, sushi, marisco. Boa qualidade e limpeza. Staff simpático e sempre preocupados com a limpeza, gostei muito.

04/09/2024: Each time you pass through the valley, this place is enchanting. What could be better after a hike to stop on a terrace, a blanket on your back, with a view of the mountain, while tasting Pépé Nicolas' ice cream? Entertainment for children with animals, and rest for adults. Choice on the menu, for meals and dessert. Souvenir shop open on site. Accessible by hiking trail or road (apparently the Saint Martin - Val Thorens bus stops at the bottom of the car park, but to be confirmed...). Often a lot of people, so the service can sometimes seem a little long; but it’s so good!!!!! And the mountain is sublime with patience!

01/09/2024: What a magical place for children and adults. The garden and its surroundings are maintained wonderfully well. The very cozy restaurant is very welcoming as are its staff. The menu offers dishes entirely with local products. A real treat for the taste buds. We will come back for sure.

08/12/2023: Le service est simplement impeccable, j’ai été pris en charge par monsieur Clément qui m’a fait sentir très bien accueilli et servi. A refaire sans doute.

07/12/2023: I did like the waiter, he was cool! The food l thought was good until early in the morning the next l was as sick as a dog! A side order of food poisoning was not what l order! Yes, l can pin point this place for that because l'd only eaten bread and jam for breakfast that day

27/08/2024: Dirtiest McDonald's I have ever visited! Floors, tables, benches, ceilings, walls: sticky. Slow staff and obviously not happy to be there. Hard Burger Bread, Steak with Bad Taste. Don't feel like you're in a McDonald's.

24/08/2024: 15 minutes of waiting and still nothing... I go to ask where my "served in the dining room" order is and the guy tells me, hey, it's there. I look on my tray, my little salad is missing... I tell him and he replies "there's more, I'll refund you".... Some fries were not cooked... The staff very slow and therefore no table service. The tables are dirty... And the person I saw at the counter was very unpleasant... In short, the worst experience I've ever had at Mac Do! I really don't recommend this place!

21/09/2024: Personnel grossier agressif, qui se permet d'insulter les clients, ambiance ordurière et chapelet d'injures au menu au McDonald de Jacou . Je mets une étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre moins, jamais plus je ne remettrais les pieds dans un établissement McDonald et je ne manquerais pas de relayer les faits dans mon entourage. C'est une honte, la gendarmerie a dû intervenir.

29/09/2024: This place is a hidden gem with good atmosphere and not too many people. The food was all over good with a generous amount and the menu was variable. Service was a bit stressed and make sure to specify in your booking that you want a table by the bar/ main room. We had a table by the kitchen in the corner and the vibe wasn’t the same there.

25/09/2024: We chose Poulette on a whim as it was raining and google mentioned this place with a nice nouveau interior - wow! Absolutely beautiful interior and the staff sat us quickly even though it was an extremely busy evening. We had the steak frites (melt in the mouth steak, and delicious fries) and the seasonal duck main dish (holy moly, best duck I’ve eaten in years! Note: we didn’t try the pulled duck dish). The staff were friendly and laid back and overall a great choice on a whim!

25/09/2024: A good time spent drinking a good fada, in a real glass glass. I recommend. Great.

21/09/2024: The beer is good, quite a choice, the pizzas too, a little expensive anyway for the simplicity of the product. For parking, complicated....

31/08/2024: A disaster that gets worse and worse is missing half of the products, drinks not even fresh for the children, no dessert, really disappointed

29/08/2024: Forgot my order and yet I arrived at the start of service in second place. Finally 35 minutes of waiting and around twenty people passing in front of me. My meal was served cold and no apologies for the enormous lack of organization. The music is way too loud inside. I wouldn't come back.

08/09/2024: Accueil chaleureux et familial. Produit frais du port juste en face accompagné d’une cuisine généreuse (félicitations au chef vous nous avez régalé). Gros avantage du parking proximité Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir !

05/09/2024: Very friendly restaurant, very pleasant staff and very good quality of dishes, we enjoyed ourselves, reasonable price compared to the quality of the dishes, an address that we will remember!

20/09/2024: Thursday 19 5:45 p.m. I place a click and read order because I am joining my daughter who is already eating it, telling me that it will be ready when I arrive…. No when I arrive I wait 35 minutes before finally getting my order On duty: a trainer, a bearded manager in a burgundy shirt, a kitchen team member. And 2 little ones with the green t-shirt in formation… Abandoned in the corner of the counter Not a hello from anyone, Not a sorry for the wait No goodbye or bon appetit from the trainer who just calls my order number and hands me the bag without a word. I open my order…. No ice cubes in the drinks I ask him, the manager tells me that the machine is broken…. Strange, my daughter who ate there had ice cubes…. We decide to stay and eat there (because in any case the reusable dishes are not there and the SAT is also deactivated.... Just like 95% of the terminals only 2 are active) Not a clean table, I clean the clean table with my wipes I find a hair of beard in my fries….it’s too much, my order goes in the trash Isn't the beard cover obligatory???? Because at home it is not carried by anyone: neither the manager nor the kitchen team for that matter. Lack of luck for them…., I am in the profession so I know the difficulties of recruitment etc., but with the image they reflect how do you want to make people want to apply to us???? It's a shame, if you don't want to work, leave the place but stop showing such a poor image of our profession!!!

18/09/2024: Good royal deluxe menu that I took to take away and the person I had was friendly. I give it three because even if I didn't eat there, a fast food restaurant is dirty and I saw it while waiting for my order.
