18/04/2026: To my great regret, I ordered a Royal Deluxe meal, admittedly at 11 PM, for takeout. I checked to make sure I had everything and found that it was, so I went home. When I arrived, I opened my sandwich and discovered that there was no steak, the main ingredient. This is a lack of professionalism and, in my opinion, a deliberate act. I was forced to eat something else to compensate for the missing steak. In short, very disappointed, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

25/02/2026: Great experience! The New Yorker burger was delicious and the iced tea was excellent too. The value for money is fantastic; the only slight downside was the fries being a bit cold, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!

09/02/2026: I'm writing to you live from my toilet, where this "experience" ended for my wife and me. The food was served cold, a measly bit of meat and fish in a stale piece of bread... the drink wasn't much better, iced tea or rather flavored water. Avoid this place; no hygiene standards were respected.

30/03/2026: Disastrous! We ordered vegetarian food, and to our surprise, nothing was vegetarian. Everything was meat... I can understand that it's poorly labeled because the receipts say VG, not Veggie, so I think in the rush, it wasn't obvious to the employees. But can you imagine the money wasted when we got home? Everything was meat. And it's not the first time. By the time we asked for an exchange, everything else was cold... Terribly disappointed.

27/03/2026: Waiting...waiting and more waiting. The least fast food around. In winter, there's not enough heating, we eat with our coats on, and in summer the air conditioning is too strong, we freeze inside... I often get sick from the sundaes and McFlurries...not always, but about half the time. It's March and they still have their Christmas decorations on the roof?

11/04/2026: We're used to coming here as a family and it usually goes well, but today we were disappointed because the manager decided not to offer the McSmart menu after 8 pm. Unbelievable! The menu is à la carte, so you can't just remove it. You can't just decide to take away a menu like that. So, there were 10 of us, and we went to McDonald's Bonnevaine, which offered the McSmart menu, which was absolutely fantastic.

The ingredients were fresh, the portions generous, and everything was served hot and on time. You can tell they care about doing things right and satisfying their customers. The store is very clean and well-organized. The tables, counter, and even the restrooms are spotless, which is very reassuring. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you can eat in comfortably. Plus, the prices are incredibly low. For the quality and quantity offered, the value is excellent. It's a place I highly recommend and where I'll gladly return! 🍔

27/10/2025: I think even my dog ​​would have refused this taco—and he eats socks. The bread was as dry as a Sunday without Wi-Fi, the meat tasted like something ancient, and the merguez sausage looked like it had been invented by an angry apprentice chemist. If you're looking for a culinary experience bordering on divine punishment, go for it; this is the place. In short: a taco so bad I wanted to apologize to my stomach for putting it through that.

They left a young, thankfully motivated young man, despite the stress, practically alone in his "in training" t-shirt to handle everything (preparing trays, cashiering, serving, handling complaints), while the kiosks malfunctioned and didn't print numbered tickets or table numbers! Good for him, but shame on the managers 😤 Let's not forget that people often go to McDonald's because they're in a hurry; the concept of speed is completely absent from this establishment.

When I asked the employee, he told me they only take three cars at a time, no more. And here I was, having decided to eat poorly because I was in a hurry. What a bummer. 😱 I'm never going back to that McDonald's again in my life. I've often been disappointed, but this time I have to say it's getting worse and worse.
