10/06/2026: Forcing minors to buy bracelets for charitable causes is unacceptable. Furthermore, when a parent comes to discuss the matter, the least they can do is listen to the explanation and not rush through the conversation. The service is already slow under normal circumstances, and there are occasional oversights; I find it's getting worse and worse.

08/06/2026: Arrived at 7:30 PM, served at 8:15 PM, and how could they put 8 drinks in 1 bag? That's a record!! Well done to the McDonald's team, not a single one of them could be fully consumed

07/06/2026: I ordered a simple hamburger, the meat was 3mm thick, the bun was torn (I have a photo), it wasn't even on the patty. I should point out that I ate inside. Unacceptable. I don't recommend it. Go to Burger King, it's much better.

30/05/2026: Hot products, good service, order as expected

13/06/2026: Impossible to get in easily, and what's more, the lady can't stand noisy children unless you're eating at her house! An unpleasant person, I'll never go back.

12/06/2026: We were given menus upon arrival... and then nothing more. We came for a drink, and the waiters repeatedly walked past our table without even glancing at us for at least 15 minutes, even though there were only six occupied tables on the entire terrace. Between the exorbitant prices and the complete lack of consideration, we decided to go somewhere else.

22/05/2026: I came last night around 10:50 PM and waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru. There were three cars waiting, an AI system spoke to us to scan our loyalty code, and then we waited, telling us someone would come to take our order. I had to go inside McDonald's to ask the other customers to come and take our order. There were no gestures of goodwill, no apologies, nothing. Very disappointed. When McDonald's is busy, I understand they're overwhelmed... but when I went inside, there were only two people waiting for their orders, so no apologies.

20/05/2026: Drive-thru at 5:50 PM for ice cream and a drink. The attendant put us on hold for 10 minutes even though there wasn't a soul around. Another car pulled up to the next lane after those 10 minutes and was served before us. I walked up to the window and saw two people (probably on a coffee break). So we went to Burger King. That's it for them. What will happen during rush hour? immediately.

14/04/2026: Following my initial review, I returned and I must point out a significant improvement. The team was very responsive and attentive. It's encouraging! I won't hesitate to raise my rating if this level of service continues. 🙂 (Previous review below) Poor organization!!

13/04/2026: Clean restaurant. We had a very friendly waitress. The hamburger wasn't always hot, which was a shame.

17/05/2026: Breakfast was terrible. The hot chocolate tasted like nothing but water. The coffee was also bad. The orange juice was watered down and had an ice cube thrown in, just in case. Only the bread, butter, and jam were decent. It's a real shame because the view is nice. At least the waiters were helpful.

14/06/2026: The terrace was full of delivery drivers sitting and smoking, and there was a smell of gasoline. We left halfway through our meal because they were starting to argue.

13/06/2026: Check your orders before you leave! > Very disappointed! I came to McDonald's with my daughter and ordered a bag of 9 nuggets… but there were only 4 in it! I waited in line for 5 minutes to point it out, then gave up because it was taking so long. Frankly, I'm very disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to the order.

04/06/2026: The fries arrived after 30 minutes, and then the burgers after another 20 minutes. Never again! (The staff were nice, though.)

19/05/2026: I ordered a McFlurry and a sundae to go, and the sundae was served in a small espresso cup while they insisted it was normal! Shameful!

16/05/2026: The service has improved significantly in recent months. The dishes are hot, well-presented, and served quickly; the staff are also pleasant.

07/06/2026: We dealt with some rather unfriendly staff... I do not recommend it.

06/06/2026: Annoying manager who prevented a toddler from eating a cake on his terrace while the parents were having a meal… honestly, no manners whatsoever! A money-making machine, I can't give it zero stars.

20/04/2026: The burgers are getting smaller and smaller, the price is going up in the opposite direction, and when you go to eat it, it's lukewarm and you end up eating a tomato slice on the rounded corner... You tell the cashier so they'll change it, and the new one is the same problem... It's not the McDonald's of 20 years ago where you could eat pretty well at reasonable prices. You might as well go to a brasserie and get a real burger that will fill you up better than two at McDonald's for the same price.

19/04/2026: Bad experience. I came this Sunday evening to a place littered with trash, with an unsettling atmosphere and an unpleasant welcome at the drive-thru. The woman was condescending, no hello or goodbye, no smile, barely even a glance. I will never return to this filthy McDonald's.

27/05/2026: I just spent 20 minutes at the drive-thru in the blazing sun, for nothing, without any excuse

09/05/2026: Order error. I called the restaurant when I got home, but the person I spoke to was dishonest. So, my meal ended up in the trash, 10 euros down the drain. Thanks, McDonald's Clairoix, fantastic!

16/02/2026: He asked me for a bag to deliver a drink, I've never seen that before, not professional at all with the delivery drivers.

09/02/2026: Uber Eats order: I ordered a tuna sandwich, and I received a salad/tomato/hard-boiled egg sandwich... I could taste the tuna very faintly from time to time, along with a drop of mayo. So there was tuna, but try to use a bit more... Because aside from the lack of tuna and mayo, it could have been very good.

26/01/2025: First and last time. Not plentiful, the kebab meat has no taste and it is bathed in its sauce in the bread. The first price nuggets Soft fries It's long for a snack No table service.
