29/09/2024: I waited for 15mins to buy a coffee - there were six people ahead of me when I started queueing and service was very slow as only one till was open and people ordering didn't say the size of the coffee or give clear orders. For example one person ordered and paid for food and one cappuccino, and when they were given one cappuccino said they had ordered two! I don't think some of the customers are used to coffee shops. A big sign said credit cards only but some people paid in cash and this slowed down service. To give you an idea of coffee prices - a small/petite cappuccino costs EUR 4.95; a medium costs EUR 5.55; and large is EUR 6:15. The cappuccino tasted good but the wait time was too long.

However, probably the most stale baguette I've ever endured - was a marathon of bland chewing!
Espresso isn't horrific, but so sad to see all these pathetic bean-to-cup coffee machines and no actual barista, especially at 4 euros for a double espresso! Imagine the quality improvement of the coffee was fresh and brewed correctly!

09/09/2024: I agree with many people, we waited years to have McDonald's in Rambouillet but what a disappointment!!! The quantities are getting smaller and smaller but on the other hand they are increasing the prices (double cheeseburger requested and it is the size of the children's menu) then served almost cold, and the cleanliness we are talking about????

N’est ce pas obligatoire ???

15/09/2024: We came to the drive-thru today, we ordered 2 cokes without ice, they gave us 2 ice teas with ice, we ordered a happy meal, they didn't give it to us!! We had to go and ask for it and the young man gave us an empty happy meal box, good joke! It's time to see your preparation teams again!
Fortunately the manager was responsive!

03/12/2024: Apparently a company with billions of dollars of capital cannot provide its customers with a cup holder. Forced to drive with my cup in my hand when leaving the drive-thru. And sauces optional of course.

30/08/2024: As usual in 2023, but now it's been 3 times that there has been no more orange juice and today, at 12:10 p.m., no more crocs. They have to react.
30/08/2024: I've never had a problem until now with this McDonald's but today it's a tragedy! My children are in tears because in their happy meal, there was no play for them that I had ordered. In addition, the lady at the drive made several mistakes on my order, she charged me a maxi best of instead of a best of. It's not a big deal because it's December 24 and I'm forgiving but I'm extremely disappointed. I recommend this McDonald's but not on holidays

Dry butter ham sandwiches 2g butter,
Very golden baguettes non-existent, whereas if the sellers took the trouble to go and look near the oven, they would see them as I see them through the window.
I think I'll shop elsewhere, where the customer is considered.
08/09/2024: Until today I found these bakeries to be top notch. Unfortunately, for a short time, the sellers have very dirty clothes (shirts and aprons). I find this very limited. Surprising makeup... Cash breakdown, no credit card or loyalty card, luckily I had my checkbook. I felt like I was somewhere else...

24/10/2024: Restaurant à bannir. Borne de commande ne fonctionnant pas avec la carte de fidélité. Le personnel était au courant mais n'a rien dit, après avoir changé de borne toujours le même problème. Cde passée à la caisse, plus de 35 minutes d'attente et au final il manquait la moitié de la commande. Une honte. Revoir le gestion totale. Je n'y retournerai plus. Montant de la cde 50.40 €.

07/09/2024: Passage this September 8, 2024 at noon. Why do the 2 managers manage orders without caps or caps with their hair blowing in the wind? They are supposed to set an example to the teammates who THEY had headgear, right?
So you didn't miss the hair found in a frit.
Otherwise the food is OK (basic McDonald's). Really long wait for order.
03/09/2024: Not sure why all these other people are complaining but my experience was excellent.
Polite staff, fast service and the food quality was excellent.
