The meat dishes are generous, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the wine selection complements them wonderfully. Other cuts of meat are often available outside the menu. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. An ideal place to spend a great time with friends. I highly recommend it!

It's rare to eat badly in France. El Pais is extraordinary. The owner's service was phenomenal, and the waiter was so charming you could buy him an apartment. A real gem. We would definitely return. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, as it's located next to the hotel, and were completely captivated by the cuisine. The quality was exceptional, the presentation beautiful, and the flavors abundant. Our starter, a simple leek vinaigrette, was so delicate and unforgettable. And thankfully, the main course and dessert were equally impressive; this culinary experience was truly amazing. A huge thank you to the chef and his entire team.

The staff is amazing 👍 smiling, pleasant, and very helpful; you can tell the pizza chef is a pro 👏👏👏 Real pizzas, good dough, good ingredients, and perfectly cooked for a very reasonable price. And finally, to-die-for desserts! (The only slight downside is the slightly noisy atmosphere), but you go there to eat well, and that's exactly what you get. Very good value for money. And what's more, there were four of us, and the coffee and limoncello were on the house! Absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it! 👍

14/03/2026: A cafe near the Garden of Luxemburg. The owner was extremely hospitable and friendly. There weren’t so many people when we were there. It a great place to take a break after a long walk! It’s is a home-style cafe so it offered basic drinks and pastries. We had our lunch earlier so we only ordered two cups of coffee. They were good and affordable (4,6 in total). I’d definitely go again and order the pastries next time.

A truly authentic spot in the Montparnasse neighborhood with a smiling, helpful owner whose homemade pastries are perfect. An explosion of flavors and textures on every plate. A true symphony created by a gifted chef, brimming with imagination, with efficient and seamless black and white service. You will appreciate the Sologne caviar and cauliflower prepared in various textures, the perfectly cooked diver scallops with salsify and pork, the warm buffalo pâté en croûte, and the surprising yet magnificent dessert of black trumpet mushrooms, parsnips, and chocolate.

26/02/2026: It's always a great pleasure to come for lunch. The cuisine is excellent. The inventive chef creates delicious dishes and appetizers using local and seasonal produce. The service is attentive, and the sommelier is extraordinary. Her knowledge of vineyards is astonishing. The chef's work with non-alcoholic beverages is remarkable. Bravo to everyone for this wonderful experience.

25/03/2026: Here, in this lovely little corner of the Couserans region, you're guaranteed to enjoy quality cuisine worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We sampled the entire menu with the tasting menu and discovered a very good local wine. We left delighted and completely satisfied. And as an added bonus, the staff were incredibly kind. I recommend that food lovers and gourmets come and dine at La Table de Gaya, if only to experience the "farm-to-table" concept and because it's simply delicious!
