03/12/2024: Cosy little bar hidden behind a vintage red door. Outstanding drinks with a farm to glass concept and very creative combination flavours. Warm service and friendly bartenders.
03/12/2024: It's marked as one of the 50 bars recommended by Timeout, so while we were in Paris, we gave it a try.
Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable about the different cocktail on their menu. We only had a single drink each and we were pretty happy with them.
The price though is quite high (over €15), but still cheaper from what you get in New York.

I put 1 star because I have been waiting for 25 minutes for my order, this is explained by the severe lack of staff. For a fast food place it's not very fast.

19/09/2024: Je viens tous les ans y déguster des couteaux et à nouveau c’était excellent.
On trouve au Ricochet une cuisine créative avec des produits frais.
Ambiance sympa.

15/09/2024: Dans l’assiette, tout est là: la fraîcheur, le fait-maison, tout est très bien cuisiné, les produits sont de qualité. C’est vraiment excellent.
Dans la salle tout y est aussi: les couleurs, les lumières, les bougies sur les tables…
J’ai vu une équipe efficace, un chef de salle qui plaisante avec ses clients, une équipe qui communique entre elle, en toute bienveillance.
J’ai vu une salle conviviale et chaleureuse.
Je recommande ce restaurant. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Fairly succinct but coherent map.
Rather long service.
The people who had a direct meal, who arrived after us, left before we had the starters.
Cooking the steak for the burger was not respected, I skipped the dessert fearing the delay.
Good commercial gesture from the boss overall, it deserves a second chance.
