10/07/2026: What a wonderful little gem! ❤️ We visited L’Étincelle as a family of 4 , and from the moment we walked in, we felt so genuinely welcomed 🥰 The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and kind, especially with our kids 🥰they absolutely loved it here!❤️‍🔥 One of the biggest surprises was experiencing such genuine Parisian hospitality. It completely changed the stereotype you sometimes hear 🙈 We felt so comfortable that it almost felt like home, and that's something we'll always remember❤️‍🔥🥰 The food, the atmosphere, and the people made this a truly special experience🥰 If you want to experience the heart of Paris and the warmth of French culture, this is the place 💯We'll definitely be back, and next time we'll be bringing more of our family and friends visiting Paris so they can experience it too🥰Merci beaucoup, and see you again soon!

12/06/2026: This cafe has some fancy beans on offer. However, the standard long black that I had was also very good and tasty. The barista mentioned that they are part of a chain and other outlets use different beans and recipes (vibes are different too).

07/05/2026: We stopped at this restaurant, which has the typical charm of an Alsatian house. The decor matches the quality of the food. The best tarte flambée I've had in the three years I've been coming to the area, and the wines were excellent. The service is very pleasant, professional, and attentive to its customers. I highly recommend this restaurant for enjoying delicious food and good wines at an excellent price. Thank you to the chef and his team, we will be back! 👏👍👏

27/07/2026: Terrible service with far too long a wait. No staff on a Saturday night. And they kept asking for the menu, which we hadn't even bothered to order from. We ordered sorbets for dessert (a simple dessert straight from the freezer), which we waited for but never received, etc., so we left the restaurant. The waitress had a mocking smile and offered no apology. We were very disappointed.

The food was really good; having tried many restaurants in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, I think this is the best, both in terms of the food and the service.

04/07/2026: Felt very welcome and taken care of from the minute we arrived. Service was quick, attentive and they spoke great english to us. Food was excellent, 10/10. The menu is seasonal and local. Straight forward, classical and high quality bistro cusine. If ever we come back to Vence we will mos def come back! A bien tot!

Needless to say, all the guests, without exception, commented on the quality, quantity, and variety of the cold buffet. The three waitresses present that evening were very professional and efficient, ensuring we had a pleasant and enjoyable evening. Thank you again. I highly recommend this company for your events.

05/07/2026: Very expensive restaurant, all dishes are around 30 euros, sometimes even over 35, despite it being described as bistronomic cuisine and the dining room, despite some nice wall decorations, being quite unremarkable. Polite service, but that's about it.

17/05/2026: Pleasant place, friendly welcome... but don't be put off by the tight stock management... hummus with Moroccan bread, but the second basket with white bread... four-cheese bruschetta with mini ham rolls, even though we're in the land of ham... a generous slice of ham would have been perfect. It's a shame because the welcome is warm and you feel comfortable there.

07/04/2026: I often went there in large groups with colleagues! It's a nice place and very spacious, so convenient for groups! The food is good, but not exceptional!
