The result was an equally delicious pizza; I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I'm grateful that they offered to swap ingredients with a smile, which is rare in restaurants. In short, the service was very pleasant for all customers; it's a pleasure to eat there and to hear the trainee speaking English :)

13/12/2025: Of course, the food was very good. However, a word of caution for vegetarians: I didn't sense the chef's intention. A smoked salmon bite with a dollop of "cream" was served to me, but only the dollop of cream—a shame, even a crouton would have sufficed. Similarly, there was no second course, only a cheese plate offered. I also found the dishes too salty. Of course, we had warned them well in advance, and the restaurant had called us back to confirm. The dishes weren't presented with the subtlety they deserved. But all in all, a pleasant time shared.

10/07/2025: Excellence....the best of the best in our ARDÈCHE....FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL.....Flavors that will knock you off your feet.....I never eat celery but I tried the celery risotto and I was not disappointed, quite the contrary.....a lovely journey of flavors of old vegetables....a word BRAVO to the whole team...

The meat dishes are generous, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the wine selection complements them wonderfully. Other cuts of meat are often available outside the menu.
