01/03/2026: Romantic dinner Sunday evening. The house cocktail was excellent and not too sweet, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The €21.50 set menu was generous, and the dessert was a selection of three fruits in fritters, flambéed with rum. The coffee was good. Highly recommended! 👍

A pleasant atmosphere, a bright dining room, a very warm welcome, and outstanding cuisine. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts, including the main courses and wines. Not a single flaw, only delightful surprises! I highly recommend it!

21/03/2026: Passing through Chambéry, I tried this place for the first time. I was disappointed. I was served in a cardboard cup when I was expecting a beautiful clear glass. So I asked why. The answer was that they were out of clean glasses. I find it appalling that they didn't warn the customer beforehand, either by asking if they minded being served in a cup or by offering them the option to wait a little while for a clean glass. Furthermore, the drink gets colder in the cup, and the presentation is awful. It's a real shame because the charm of drinking these kinds of beverages in a clear glass is that the visual appeal is there before the taste. Also, I ordered a cinnamon coffee with whipped cream, but there was no cinnamon at all! Personally, I don't know if I'll be going back.

His new tapas bar concept allows him to be even closer to his customers and offer wine recommendations. The dining room provides the perfect setting for a gourmet evening, thanks to the quality of the dishes on offer! A must-try address in Chalon-sur-Saône.

02/01/2026: We had an excellent evening at O’Rabasse. The four of us dined and chose the truffle menu. We opted for four courses, but the chef pleasantly surprised us with several extra touches. The dishes were remarkable, showcasing the truffle perfectly. The service was warm, attentive, and very professional. A truly wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat.
