10/03/2026: When we get a craving for a nice little restaurant, we head straight to Le Picoun; we're never disappointed. The food is high quality, we're always full, and the staff always give us a warm welcome. We highly recommend it.

06/03/2026: Today, we ordered two tacos for delivery between 8:15 and 8:30 PM. We decided to call, as we still hadn't received our order. They kindly apologized for the delay, explaining it was due to an error on the website. I really appreciated the gesture of including two cans of Coke. Thank you so much!

17/03/2026: We went to eat lunch at this restaurant on Saturday. We were very disappointed. The food was fairly decent, except for my tiramisu which had no flavor whatsoever. I think the biscuits had been soaked in water. But the most disappointing thing was the service! The waitress was very unfriendly and the owner was no better. We aren't regulars and we definitely felt it. We won't be becoming regulars anytime soon! What a shame!

30/11/2025: Passing through Valognes for 48 hours this past weekend in November, we ordered two large pizzas. The telephone reception was excellent. The delivery timeframe was given precisely and respected. Takeaway. The pizzas were very good and the prices very reasonable. I recommend this pizzeria.

20/03/2026: Went in alone for a drink during happy hour before meeting a friend for dinner elsewhere. When I went to pay, specifically mentioning a glass of rosé, the man at the counter told me 4 euros, but when I looked at the CC machine, and it read 8. I told him again that it was a glass and it's happy hour. The only 8 euro rosé on their menu is a 25cl (a small pitcher). I live here and generally know what I'm paying for. If you're a visitor, double check what you're being charged. The pricing was extremely random.

20/03/2026: After all these years, I can confidently say the food here is consistently good, never had any problems. The bread is never stale, and the veggies are always fresh and well-prepared. The staff are always welcoming, especially those who have been working here for a while, big smiles and lovely small talks. The only thing that could improve is handling the workload during busy times. Sometimes there are too many orders, both online and in-person for the number of staff present. Overall, it’s a reliable spot with great food and a friendly atmosphere.

08/04/2026: The service was very good at first, but it deteriorated over time. Furthermore, they didn't bring us a new bucket for the crab shells, which is outrageous! ❗️Don't order the snails; they were a complete disaster!❗️ The rest was quite acceptable, but the shrimp were excellent 😍.
